If you can get past how rude the new front staff is the eye doctor here is great! Hes very kind, easy to talk to, and does a very good job of explaining things. Ive been to this location three times in the past 2 weeks. Each visit the blonde woman behind the desk was incredibly rude, not just to me but also to her coworkers.
I ordered frame from Walmart and they told me that is should arrive in one week. After 3 weeks, I still didn’t receive the frame and nobody called me, so if you need glasses do not waste your time and money, go somewhere else to shop for frame and glasses.
I took my daughter here today for an eye exam and they treated her great! They made her feel very comfortable by explaining everything they were going to do before they did it. Not only did they have patience with her but also with myself and my other two kids that had to come along. This place is amazing and we will be coming back.
No sign in sheet to record what time you arrived. If youre asked to sit down while standing at the register politely remain standing. They serve customers based on whos at the register. Doctor Paul is the best - no complaints there. An hour and a half for a standard eye appointment during a Tuesday afternoon was a bit much.
Dr. Katz is one of the best optometrists Ive seen. Very professional and courteous service. They offered a wide frame selection at very low prices. The staff were all very nice and helpful. I came in multiple times for adjustments and to recheck prescription.

Horrible customer service! First, the tech did not know how to use any of the Electrodiagnostic devices. She blamed the machine, saying that it was not her. She then had to call someone else for help, after the second staff member came in which by the way came in very rude. Did not even introduced herself and seemed annoyed that she got interupted. Second, I was there to get contacts and was told that they were out of what I needed. That their stock would arrive within a week. I have been waiting now for 14 days for a pair of trails! I called Friday, a male tech answered the phone, he was very rude and unprofessional. He seemed careless of the situation and brushed off my concerns by saying that he would pass on my concerns to the doctor. Do not waste your time nor your money here.

If I could leave a zero i would. I bought my daughter glasses here and a nose pad fell off. They wanted to charge almost 3 dollars to replace it. You can go to Sears Optical or Pearl Vision and even if you didnt buy your glasses there they replace it for free. Cause what does a nose pad cost? A penny? Shame on you Wal-Mart. You are a billion dollar corporation and cannot replace a nose pad on a childs glasses that were purchased there? You have lost a future vision customer
