I give Steve at this location the highest rating possible! I recently had an incorrect billing issue. I contacted the corporate service number 2 times and sent 3 emails and was given the total runaround with nobody able to assist or make an effort to resolve. Steve is the only one who has been service-oriented and is actually taking it upon himself to get to the bottom of the issue and identify a solution. He also went out of his way to reduce my monthly rent rate.

I really appreciated working with the manager, Steve. He was quick to respond to any request and kept the property secure.However, I have little positive to say about the company. The rates have been raised exorbitantly twice since I have rented the space in a little over one year. When I called to discuss this I was unable to get a return call from the District Manager or anyone at the corporate offices. It is why I have closed my account today.

Stopped here on my way into work to get prices and sizes on boxes. The boxes are all right there in front so you can see the sizes and the prices are right on them too as well which is very helpful. Unit was clean, however front door was broken requiring an object to prop it open. Hallways were dark. Also, be aware that price increases come at random and customer service is unwilling to help in the slightest. Even when units just doors down from you are cheaper, they expect you to move all your stuff to said unit and will not adjust their price on current unit. If you enjoy dealing with customer service that reads from scripts and doesn’t care about their customers, public storage is the perfect place for you.

First time renting a public storage unit. Melissa explained everything quick and easy. She was patient as we took a bit to decide what we wanted. Theres a lot of signatures required and she was thorough so that I didnt feel like there were any questions I needed answered as she covered everything. The facility looked very clean and I am extremely happy that there is someone onsite every day.

Naperville, IL people and facility are great. Corporate business model towards customer service/satisfaction with a 10% annual rate increase dedicated to attrition might be great for stake/stock holders but bad for regular customers engaged with their brand and products. (It shines a bad light on good facilities and good people doing good work for their customer/client base.)Very disappointing!
