My wife had a cross stitch picture reframed. I went to pick it up for her. They did an excellent job as usual, looks really good! I enjoy going there with my wife occasionally & just looking around. I usually get some great ideas for projects & they have the things you need to get started or complete your project.

Always a fun place to go.... such a good variety of craft supplies. Staff is friendly. It never disappoints

Great store! Clean and bright. In a nice neighborhood too. They almost always have what Im looking for. A good store to go to for beading, cricut and storage supplies. Ive also been looking into their more fine art selection. LOTS of paint and canvases and brushes to choose from. They also have a large selection of childrens crafts supplies and kits and the like.Its not a store to go to for fabric or fiber arts. Sure, they have a small selection but its not really their Forte. Floral is also a big part of their store.Also, I am so ready for their Halloween section. Michaels NEVER disappoints when it comes to the holiday season if your are looking for decor.Altogether nice art and hobby store with a good selection in the areas/hobby of their choosing.If you are looking for fiber/fabric try Joanns and Hobby Lobby.

Two employees very helpful; they took the time to help us even though they were busy stocking shelves. Cashier was very pleasant.

Got help with a 12x12 print I ordered online. A nice lady who did custom frames helped me out and was very good about knowing where to go. I was lost and kept walking by it.

The manager went above and beyond the call of duty for me to make sure I had the items I needed. I was driving from out of town to pick the items up. She even took two phone calls from me before I made the trip just to clarify things for me. She answered all my annoying questions professionally even seemed happy to do it.

Store looked really low on inventory in many areas. Not my best experience in that store.

I would give this 5-Stars for crafting supplies and a 4-Star rating for art supplies. Since art supplies would be my main focus, I recommend they beef-up their offerings a bit. Nice selection on canvases, paper offerings and brushes - could use a little work on the paint offerings, mediums and other tools. Overall, a generally good source for materials though - especially for convenience of those in the Quad Cities. Could use bigger carts for some of the larger items. Wonderful customer support as well.

Love love love Michaels! Always have sales and bogo type stuff.My only issue is recently theyve decided to cut down their scrapbook paper section. I use the paper for other projects then scrapbooking and now that they are going to cut the selection down its a huge disappointment.Other then that I can almost always find what Im looking for for a good price too!

I walk in NO ONE GREETED ME WHEN I WALKED IN THE PLACE LOOKED EMPTY NO ONE AROUND TO HELP ME, FINALLY I WALKED BACK TO THE FRAME DEPT, SO I COULD GET HELPNOT A VERY FRIEDLY STORE TO SHOP IN NOT SURE IF ILL SHOP ATMICHAELS AGAIN.

I decided to do a last minute project and didnt have much time to complete it. I went to Michaels because I knew they would have what I needed at the price I wanted to pay. I was in and out in a short time ready to get started.

Cashier was super knowledgeable and helpful was very busy but organized and clean everyone in masks and they were cleaning carts I felt safe

Michael’s is a great place to shop with lots of great Items but needs a Customer service station for UPS, Curbside, and In-store pick up. Store workers have a hard time keeping up with 200+ orders a day.

They have great products, excellent sales, and very friendly employees. Unfortunately there are way too many people not wearing masks and I probably will do more online ordering. I realize Michaels cannot enforce this since there are a lot of selfish people out there. Too bad!

The only disappointment is that they dont do curbside pick up after a certain time and thats not clearly communicated when you check out electronically. Otherwise, all was fine.

Lot of Christmas flowers and crafts pretty well picked over. Basically it was ok!

Finally used my gc. Bought a yarn winder and a yarn ball holder.

I went for fall flowers and they didnt disappoint! And, they were 40% off. BONUS!!

Was there with my niece and she got ideas for the group of boys she is in charge of. Very nice and mostly affordable place.

Lexi who is an employee is not a very good one. Had 8 people waiting in line with only 1 cashier who had a question for Lexi but instead she decided to walk away and bring in carts from outside rather than help this other cashier and help her check people out. Not a very good example of team work on Lexis part.

I have always been impressed by the selection of novelty fabrics here. I used them for all sorts of creative projects. I very much appreciate being able to just stop in and see and feel the material to determine its applicability for the project.

Ive been shopping at Michaels for years, they have a good selection and good prices, especially when you use coupons. My only issue with the store is it takes so long to check out. Theres always a line and never enough checkers. If you need help finding something when youre in the store, good luck finding an employee. They are friendly and helpful just hard to find.

Kids zone is the greatest. My kids have fun doing new crafts. My oldest had no interest at the beginning and now he cant wait to go again.

Bathrooms were filthy beyond belief. Not a good look in the middle of pandemic.The girl at the counter couldn’t see the barcode on the bottom of the item, asked ME to go find a new one instead of offering to have an employee find the new item. Then when I had walked back and forth from one end of the store to another I pointed out that the barcode was in fact on a sticker on the product, she acted like it was no big deal and just finished the transaction as if nothing had happened. This isn’t how you treat guests.

Great location, but they seldom have what I am looking for. Store is very busy, manager can be a bit abrupt. Though the rest of the staff, especially Michael, are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help me find whatever it is that I need.

A lot to choose from. The prices seem a little on the high end. I do not know much about art supplies and if the quality warrants the prices. I had their app on my phone to find what I was looking for and it worked perfectly. When it came to pay everyone up front was super friendly.

I went there for specific paint & wanted canvases of heart, hexagon shape or good sale on regular canvas. Didnt have what i wanted. Hiqever I did get colorshift paints I need . Was pleased just to go look. Thx

It seemed very quiet when I first walked in. They did have cute stuff to look at, but I couldnt find what I was looking for specifically. Theres no one really around to help if you need help finding something. I want to warn the ladies for when they need to use the restrooms: I suggest you bring a spare jacket or hoodie because theres a large gap between the stalls and honestly it was really disturbing when someone peeked through the gap to see if there was anyone in the stall. If you want complete privacy, I suggest using something to cover the gap. My only favorite part of going to this store is for when I saw the working waterfall things. It was fun to watch them flow the water.

Looking for a certain Halloween item and they were very helpful.

Not really my kind of place. Seem to have some good deals and such. I would definitely recommend searching up coupons on your smartphone though. Usually you can save quite a bit.

Loved the store. My expectations were a bit better than the reality but it was still satisfying.

VERY helpful young emplpyee that spent at least 20 minutes with me answering questions, making suggestions and showing different products. Wish i remembered her name.. she does the same type of painting as i. Acrylic fluid painting.

I came in to buy some display cases that were on sale and they were sold out, the manager took my name and told me she would honor the sale price when they got more in the following week. I was skeptical so I called before driving up there (I love an hour away from the closest one) and sure enough they had my merchandise set aside with a note that they were honoring the expired sale price!! To me thats taking care of your customers and I will give them any future framing business I have!!

Stopped in for some crafting supplies. Staff offered assistance with finding a few of our items. Wife is frequently there and had lolalty points...made prices even better that day.

When hobby lobby is closed. And Walmart. Doesnt have it. Because of where they are located. Its like out of sight out of mind kinda thing.... even though its in plain sight.. I will have to explore the store more. Like bed bath and beyond. In the same complex. Before it becomes lodged in my mind as a alternative to hobby lobby.

I think this store seems tired. It just seems small and cramped. I found what I wanted but I had not been here for a while and was surprised.

Bathroom needs better cleaning. There is a make cashier that obviously hates being there.

It carries decorating, framing, artificial flowers, scrapbooking material, various paints & canvas, jewelry making supplies & beads/gem stones. For those interested in decorating or various hobbies they care a good supply.

Worked with a very creative staff to have a few items framed and they did an excellent job!
