After my experience with the Green Buick GMC family, I will not choose another dealership to purchase a vehicle. My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle, and with the help of Green, all of our expectations in buying a vehicle were not just met, but exceeded. My first stop was with Tanner Boone, after giving him a vigorous list of needs and wants in a new vehicle, he was patient and gave me multiple options of what was available. Even after multiple test drives, he didn’t give up. Finally, Tanner found a 2021 Tahoe that met every need and want listed before from the partner dealership (Green Chevrolet) across the river, and was super helpful connecting me with Seth Ryan. Seth was awesome in explaining every feature and answering all questions we could come up with, and was very reassuring that any time we came up with a question later on, he would be there to answer (which we have taken advantage of the offer).Huge shoutout to Tanner Boone and Seth Ryan and all of the Green employees for making buying a new vehicle easy, and enjoyable. I will be a repeat customer when it’s time for another new vehicle!

Green Buick GMC is great to work with on new and used vehicles as well as the service dept and body shop. Over the last 15 years we’ve purchased 8 new cars here and our salesman Tom Baxter is awesome. Tom is very responsive and works hard to find us the right vehicle for our needs. The people in Service dept are friendly and professional and do a great job of making sure our vehicles are in outstanding running condition. The body shop did a wonderful job for us when we hit a deer a few years ago. We keep buying from Green, because they know how to take car of their customers.
Didn’t get told that the battery in the car did not check out great. So now have to call back to see how much a replacement is.This service department is still way too worried about not helping customers. Instead of just helping people they page your consulate t or make you wait if they are busy by have yet another person you have to talk to. Just an easy idea wait on people if you are not busy. Don’t just stare. Heck it is just checking in a car or making a payment. The whole process is just crazy at green right now.
Took a vehicle to sell outright. And felt offended at offer. So we left. They were not serious about buying. 5-7000.00 car there offer was 500.00
It was an awesome experience. My original appointment was at 2pm, but I had a last minute family emergency, so I text R to reschedule and they were able to get me in at 3 with Ron. Ron was excellent and everything was done great. Great experience. He answered all of my questions I had. The assistant he had was also nice as well and worked hard. The gentleman who came in the guest lounge to let me know my car was ready was kind. He gave me my report and explained what to expect on it.. This was my first time there.. Ron made sure to check on me after to make sure everything was great as well. Overall I would definitely recommend them to other customers.
Everyone we were in contact with at Green Buick GMC were friendly and helpful. Tanner did an amazing job of answering all questions and handling our requests. Financial work was a breeze with everything carefully explained. We will not hesitate to recommend both Tanner specifically and the dealership in general to friends and family. Definitely worth the drive from Cedar Rapids. We’ll do it again in the future when our vehicles need to be replaced/upgraded.
My vehicle had unexpectedly died. I needed a vehicle pretty quickly. My mom had been a return customer of Trina Hayslett several times and highly recommended her. So I called and we met. And had a plan to find the best vehicle for me. The day before my appointment I found a vehicle I was interested in online and called Green to see if I could test drive it. Come to find out it was Trinas day off, but they patched me thru to her. She knew exactly what car I was talking about. Came in on her day off and let me test drive the vehicle I wanted. There were 28 other people looking at it, so I really appreciated her quick response. Long story short I loved the car and bought it.Trina did an amazing job getting me a vehicle I wanted and could afford. She was realistic with my needs versus my wants. I trust Trina wholeheartedly, and plan on only buying from her from here on out. She works hard and quickly to get the best car for your price. After having my car serviced with an oil change & tire patched. I seen and felt scratches on my leather steering wheel that were not there before. I immediately called the dealership. They transferred me to some voicemail box after voicing my concerns. My fiancé had to call in order to make sure this was brought up to someone on the service team. When he called they said to have me come back and someone would take pictures. Once I arrived David, and one other service member were sitting at the service area. Upon arriving I was not welcomed or asked what I was there for. I greeted them and stated what I was their for. After I said what I was here for. The other gentlemen got up and left. David said let me get a camera. David grabbed his person iPhone and sat in my car to take a picture of the damage. I said I apologize that this had to happen. But I was upset/frustrated that I’m now left with my steering wheel look like that. He said nothing to me and said oh is that it? I was told a service manager isn’t in till Monday (this was 9/9/2021) and they would call me then. It is now 9/17 and I have received no call.We don’t plan on doing any more servicing at the Davenport dealership. We will take our business, future trade in, and purchasing to Green’s in East Moline.
I went there and they had a sales person come out right away. She helped me find a jeep around my price range. She helped me find the perfect car. I definitely recommend Aimee to help you find the car of your dreams.
Deal took less than an hour. Got exactly what I wanted for my trade and new car was priced right. Trina went above and beyond to help me from the time I pulled in with my trade until I left with new car an hour later. Best buying experience I ever had. Will definitely buy there again.

On the upside at least the car is running now but you guys usually do a way better job on service. Mentioned I needed duplicate keys several times during the initial appointment scheduling, when dropping of the vehicle, and when discussing what was wrong with the vehicle after inspection. The keys were still not done when I came to pick up the vehicle and I had to ask about it again. Then was asked if I could stay another 45 minutes for the keys. I was not able to do this. Kept the vehicle for a full day from 7 AM. I picked up the vehicle around 9:30 AM the following day. Usually when I return the car is washed & vacuumed, neither of these things were done.
Kathy is the best person Ive worked with in the service department, I will stick with her! While I was in for an oil change, tire rotation and filter change, I was able to visit with Trina who has sold me both of my Acadias and again I will stick with her. As they both not only care about their customer they work with us to get what works best for us and still make the sale for Green!I am glad I was introduced to Green back in 2014.Here is another example of how good they are to me.Its Friday afternoon, I am sitting at the high school, my Acadia will not start. I call Kathy, tell her what is going on so when I call my Brother-n-law I am able to tell him it sounds like the battery. He brings jumper cables, gets it running and I call Kathy, she tells me to come in she will fit me in!Who does that now days? Kathy does thats who!
John Thomas was very helpful assisting me to find my new vehicle. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase. He answered all of my questions honestly. Buying from Green Buick was a stress free experience.
I went to the dealership on September 30th, check engine light was on, they think it was the catalytic converter they told me to make an appointment they would need 2-3 hours to check it out. Made appointment for 1:30 October 6th I also included an oil change and repair slow leak on tire. When I got to the appointment Todd told me to make an appointment because they would need the car all day. Had I known that I would have made other arrangements. They did oil change and told me that the tire would have to be replaced. I declined replacing the tire. I took the car to Firestone and they put a plug in the leak for $35. I doubt that I will get my car serviced there. So now I have to wait longer to get my car fixed.
I want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to Green Buick GMC. On Saturday May 8, 2021 I visited the dealership while in the area from out of town. I had been looking for a Yukon XL for some time and found one available there while searching online. I met with my salesman Tanner late in the afternoon, took a test drive, and decided to purchase the vehicle. As a cash buyer I wanted to write them a check for the transaction but since I am from out of state, my check could not be validated by business close that day. So I met with Jim, the General Manager, who worked with me so I could drive home my vehicle that day. I also want to commend the Finance Officer Gordon, for thoroughly explaining my options. I had such a wonderful experience at this dealership that I will definitely drive the many miles back to this dealership to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff! I showed up from and 1 1/2 drive and was limited on time. I had been looking for a truck for about 2 weeks . My wife and I stopped in Green Buick and I seen this beautiful 2013 Silverado . Dallas had just park a truck asked if I needed help I said yep I wanna drive this truck . Fell in love with the truck . I let a week go past and gave Dallas a call back asking if truck was still available he said yes I said I will take it . I have to say it one of the cleanest used trucks Ive ever had . If your looking for a dealership that will actually WORK with you as a customer, this place is NOT for you! This is my first time ever buying a car and the salesman made my experience the worse ever once I sat in that chair to start negotiating. I had my eye set on 2 cars and his tac tics to try to get me to say YES on the spot were a nightmare! (Theres not enough room on here to tell the WHOLE story) The most he could do is POSSIBLY $500 off the Total amount of the $40,000 car! (We ALL know Dealerships can work with you WAY better than that!) He had the audacity to even say.. if you walk out of here the Deal is Done and no turning back .. (What deal, Sir?! $500 is chump change!) I made the mistake to say I was approved for anything so never again.. I REALLY liked 1 of those cars too and was ready to call the bank after MONTHS of car shopping! Melvin was the Sales Guy.
Green wasnt our first choice for a dealership. We first went to Tilton-Jax Nissan. They were unable to offer any percentage off MSRP and even told us we may have to pay over the MSRP pricing. Im glad we went to Green. They were upfront with their prices and were able to land is a nice interest rate. Dallas did a great job and deserves a raise. 😁

Brought my car here to fix a recall issue along with an axle issue. Paid over $1000. They told me my sway bar was cracked. I took my car to Aledo auto and muffler who told me my sway bar was just fine but my wheel bearing was about to give and needed to be replaced ASAP. Got it replaced there for under $100 along with some other issues that Green failed to disclose to me.

Sales men were great financial advisor not so friendly. As a customer who has a check ready to go to make it easy for a dealership not having to go through all the loan paperwork you would think he would be happy that his job was easy with us. Not very friendly. Sales men was excellent and did everything to make us comfortable Tanner was great.

We had a great experience with both the sale and financing aspects of our purchase. Zach Rohlf and Gordon Jenks were wonderful to work with and made everything incredibly easy. The people were great, especially our sales rep Jose. My biggest dis was the bogus security charge they added when filling out the paperwork they said might even reduce our insurance. Well two of the insurance companies we spoke with never heard of this. Just another way to swindle seniors out of $ 297.00 I new about the $180 doc fee. Not this trap.
Terrible dealership. Would only recommend to someone who likes getting screwed over. Had a deal on a new truck, starting running the financing including the credit inquiries, then sold the truck out from under me. The rep I was working with said they sold it to one of their own salesman. Then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a different truck. Asked them to reverse the credit inquiries, and they said...nope.Horrible customer service.
I went in interested in purchasing a new car. Dawson helped show me a couple different SUVs. Fell in love with the Buick Encore. I was given a more than fair trade in value for my Traverse putting the Encore right in my price range. Everyone was pleasant to work with making it a very nice experience. Will definitely go back if I’m in the market for another car!

Had a great experience at Green GMC/Buick, Davenport, when I purchased my used Chevrolet Silverado LTZ Redline pickup. My wife and I first noticed that we were left alone to browse the lot prior to being contacted by our salesman, Michael. I had reviewed the pickup first on CarGurus, but being able to have our own alone time to look the truck over in person was beneficial. Once Michael made contact with us, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and relatable. The whole process, from the test drive to signing the papers, all went smoothly. We will certainly return to Greens for our future vehicle needs.

Service advisor Brent was horrible. Took my Cruze in to have oil changed and tires rotated. Once in for that, he called me and said my check engine light was on and a simple filter change would solve it. I told him to ahead and do it. I come back to get my car and once I get in the car the light is still on. So I call back and speak to Ryan another advisor. He proceeds to tell me that my car actually read a code for an o2 sensor issue. Why was I not informed of this before I left so I could get the issue resolved. My advisor said nothing about this when clearly a better trained advisor found it right away. Ryan told me go ahead bring it back in and we will get it looked at. I had to take more time off work to bring it back in and wait for a shuttle because my advisor said no courtesy cars were available. Ended up getting a car that evening because they didnt look at it yet. Turns out parts had to be ordered and didnt get my car back until the next week. Long story short my advisor should have told me something was wrong with my car before letting me drive off. When I asked Brent what all was done to the car, he didnt offer an explanation all he did was point at the paper and say its all there. Service advisor Ryan who assisted and Zoey the cashier were wonderful and very happy to assist me.
Very nice salesman and buying process. Will definitely be a return customer.

It took close to 2 weeks to get my vehicle scheduled for service. Once I got the appointment and dropped off my vehicle at 10:00 am, I called the service dept at 3:00 pm to check on progress since I hadnt heard anything. My service consultant said,Oh, I was going to call you, but I was busy. I said its been 5 hours, you could not take 3 minutes to just call me with update? He said my car had not even been looked at yet? I really could have used my car that day and could have brought it back when they were ready to start work on this. I felt this was very inconsiderate and why did I have an appointted time for service if they dont even start work on it? I did not get my car back until 2 days later.Very dissatisfied with Green customer service!

Ive been using your Green Buick dealership for oil changes, etc for the last couple of years. Ive always found the techs very personable, friendly and not the least condesending! We had just purchased our 2017 Envision in March and was thoroughly enjoying it except the thing when it shuts down when you stop and starts again as soon as you touch the gas. I know what a sinking feeling it can be when a car wont start. We havent always had reliable vehicles to drive. Well, I was stopped at a stop sign, the car shut off but this time it didnt start again. I tried repeatedly to start the vehicle but no luck. Had it towed into the dealership where they were unable to find anything wrong. It wouldnt do the nasty for the techs. After a day, they decided to put a new computer chip in it! I was impressed! I have an idea about how much that must have cost and I really appreciate that they would go to that length to assure me it wouldnt happen again. Thank you, Green Buick!
Though the overall experience was satisfactory - the next day left me feeling cheated.I was offered a price for my trade and through negotiation I was given an additional $1,000. I was told my car would sell a few thousand more than that - because it wasnt a brand they carry and they couldnt certify it (which I think is absolutely fair). However, the next day I look at their website and my car is listed for $11,900 over what they gave me. Fair deal? I dont think so. Im not against a company making money - but I am against being lied to.I take some of the blame - I guess I should have done better homework.

Finance guy didn’t know the truck had 5 year 100,000 mile power trane warranty and neither did I till Sunday. Then called Monday to say I didn’t need warranty that cost $4000 . Went in Monday to pickup the truck and he said he sent in the paperwork and there was nothing he could do. Then he says he could leave off the warranty and I could pay it off quicker! Lies!! I should not have to pay for a warranty that doesn’t cover it for that money!
I was looking for a dealership that displayed genuine care for my family and my needs. My experience at Green was very positive. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism before I even walked through the doors and throughout the process. Loren tailored the vehicles I looked at based on my needs. Despite it being very well past the time of closure on their latest evening because of our work schedule, everyone that helped with the process of buying was kind and not the least bit inconvenienced.The experience I had with Loren and staff far exceeded any previous experiences. The care and attention to even the smallest details was impressive. I highly recommend Green to anyone!
All work was done a timely manner I was in and out in 30 minutes my last time at a dealership not this one. I didn’t return because a simple oil change and tire rotate took over 1.5 hours and I had a scheduled time

I was very satisfied. Waiting area spotless,free refreshments,washed my car and a lot cheaper and more careing to look over my equinox I will be back.

I was greeted by Ron, who was very friendly and courteous. As I was describing the issue with my vehicle he seemed to know exactly what I was describing but said not to take his word for it but let the service guys make the correct determination. He then asked if there was an extended warranty still active. I was not sure and before I could say anymore he said he would check into it. I was so grateful because there was and it covered everything except the regular maintenance parts. It saved me a lot of money. He then arranged for a rental as I needed to be in Chicago later in the day. When I picked up the vehicle the problem was fixed. Every time I am in the dealership I am treated very kindly and professionally.
