I took my rallycross car over to Choice today for a particularly challenging alignment project. It was hard, there were setbacks, things broke. In the end, they were able to get the car right on to the specs I needed.The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and even remember you from your last visit. The prices are also fair.I absolutely 100% recommend this excellent shop, and the fantastic people that work there.

This place is Amazing! They got me right in and fixed the issues I was having with my car! The prices are truly the best in town and the guys in the shop are so helpful they showed me what needed fixed and they did it on the spot! The Gal Mindy in the front office was awesome she was very personable and fun to talk to. I will definitely use this place as my GO to shop.

My brakes were grinding really bad. I called as soon as they opened and they were able to get me in that day. They were up front about what price it would cost and how long it would take. Their prices for an oil change ( something I will be needing soon) was half of what I am paying at a corporate shop. Definitely will be changing where I go from now on for all my car needs!!!

Honest and helpful. Went in for an alignment, but it ended up I didnt need one.

Had to come here for a wheel stud repair because a tire shop I went to before sheared it off. From the first call to set up the appointment to after the appointment, every one was super professional and so nice. The repair itself was done super fast. Mindy and Jason are fun to talk to and are super knowledgeable. There is a reason they are always busy, it’s because they do good work. I can’t recommend this place enough. Im a legit customer, no relations. Im an ex automotive tech and this shop is amazing. Amazing prices, locally owned, less markup, the team works together like a family. This may be the only great shop in Davenport. The chain stores are expensive, deceitful, poor service, high turnover rate in techs.

Come to find out months later some of the work done was done wrong and rigged different sensor and different colored wires. So cost me more to get the work redone.

Cheap oil change but some minor issues. Took a 93 3000gt in for an oil change, 3 things happened.1. My stainless steel oil cap was replaced with a normal one2. They closed the pan on the dipstick causing damage to both3. Didnt disable my radio before disconnect battery, damaging it and refused to take responsibility

Me and my boyfriend drove to Davenport from Iowa City to look at a car and we took it to Choice Automotive to get a new car inspection before purchasing. They seemed happy to help and were very flexible when I kept having to push the time back because of weather and traffic. When we got there, they were quick to get the car in and out and very insightful when it came to what needed to be done on the car. We left feeling confident in our purchase and were greatly impressed with not only the service provided but also because they gave us so much information and for no cost at all. Best mechanics in town honest and fair. Something wrong with your vehicle this is the place you want working on it.

Came 2x week wait each apt. To find out needed to fix 250$ in tires to perform an alignment. Then had to set new apt. A week later. To find out had 1600$ in repairs had to be done before could do a alignment. Took somewhere else which did it immediately and claimed the issues listed as damaged were worn not damaged where alignment couldnt be done. Always heard good things so wont say anymore but wont be back either.

Dave is excellent at what he does! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful! I wouldnt trust my car anywhere else.

Great service. I called and set a appointment to get my car fixed. They looked at it and didnt even charge me to tell me what was wrong. I was sure it was bad brake pads and they informed me all I needed was a 30 dollar adjustment and I was on my way for much cheaper than I anticipated. Totally straight forward business.

Hands down the best experiences with auto repair I have ever had. Will not go anywhere else. Friendly and accommodating staff.

I went for a free inspection. My son checked my oil before we went to choice. A friend recommended them. After I got a copy of what they suggested needed fixed. My son and I stepped out to wait for my car. We could hear a slamming at least 3 times so we look around corner my hood was being slammed over and over because they couldnt get my hood shut. I said right before we got here we had no problem. Also. they said I have a transmission leak that we have never seen leaking. So my transmisson out of nowhere after choice has slipped 3 times and fliud was low. Nothing wrong before my visit. So, I talked to my friend who suggested choice to tell her what my car is acting like now. Her words, I will never go back they fixed my brakes gave me a price for fixing them then did my rotors too without asking me first so that added charge on her bill. 2 customers lost.

My wife and I were traveling to California and broke down in Davenport. Found Choice Auto online, called and explained our situation and they got us right in. Great customer service, very friendly. They had us back on the road in no time! Highly recommend this place.

My wife took my car here to have an alignment done. They did not have the car for more than 10 minutes, when the mechanic came out and told my wife that the car needed well over $1000 in repairs before they could do the alignment. I had my mechanic check the front end the day before. I also had it rechecked after what Choice Automotive had said. Both times I was told that there was nothing wrong with my car. WHAT A BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS!!! The following day my wife took my car to another shop and had the alignment done with no problem at all. There is absolutely no way that I could recommend this shop to anyone.
