They have a great registry and it works really well to find a great item for your bridal couple. However, as I get older the print is harder to read and all the UPC codes are very small on the Shelf. It would be nice if somehow there was a way to pick up a small handheld or use the app on your phone to scan the label and see if its the item that matches. I do miss the wrapping station.

Itd sure be nice if someone answered their phone. Had to call three times about an inquiry on a product to see if they had it in stock & last person said shed get someone to help me & no one did

We have not been here in a long time and were looking for a four-drawer unit for the bedroom. The selection is not what it used to be and there is not much of a variety. We can see why not many people talk about it anymore and there was barely a few customers in the store at peak time. We were in and out of the store within 8 minutes. No purchases as we couldnt even find anything that enticed us. We found it much more busy and hopping next door at TJ Maxx. Which was not even a store that we were planning on going to. We were in TJ Maxx for almost an hour LOL.

Store seems a bit cluttered. Good luck finding someone to help you. They do have a lot to offer. When did Yankee candles get so expensive? Download their coupon before you go. Its usually either $5 off or 20% off yor purchase. Lot of restrictions on what you can or cannot use thr coupon for. Read the fine print! Overall my shopping experience was a pleasant one because of their selection and variety.

I love this store (Davenport, IA). If I cant find something, theres always someone to help. Several times if an item isnt in the store, an employee has ordered it online for me. Another nice feature is they will accept expired coupons.

Found item I wanted...pulled the ticket payed for it and it was out of stock...said they could order me one ...but for 100 dollars more than the price on the shelf ...nope I left mad..

Went in looking for a very small item for our bathroom. A member of their staff helped me look for and eventually find it. It took 20 minutes. She was cheerful and helpful the whole time for what turned out to be a $2.00 purchase. Ill shop there again.

Good quality products...reasonably priced especially if you have a discount coupon. Not a lot of variety on individual items but usually the choice of a higher or lower priced item. Pleasant associates that are helpful.

My fiancee and I registered for our wedding at this store this past weekend. We spent a total of nine hours here over Saturday and Sunday. We had an absolutely wonderful experience! Didnt find what I came for

I ran into BB&B looking for a part to a coffee maker that no one (including Keurig) seems to sell replacement for. The first lady to help me LISTENED to exactly what I needed, and immediately put effort into looking it up and searching her stores inventory. When this was unsuccessful she called for Manager Randy, who was quick, efficient, incredibly helpful and GENEROUS in his commitment to immediately replace my missing part. I could not be more thankful, my business will be purchasing anything we need from them from now on, because the follow through and customer care is INCREDIBLE!

Needs less towels and more waterproof sheets

If I could give less than one star I would. I called yesterday and the woman was very helpful but there was a mistake on my order so it had to be canceled. I called back today and after being transferred twice a manager picked up the phone and told me he could not help me place an order. If the website worked correctly I wouldn’t have called the store at all so unfortunately I will not be shopping at bed bath and beyond anymore and I’m advising my friends and family to stop shopping there as well. The customer service experience left a lot to be desired.

Not store, but ordered online. I have always loved this business. However they really let me down on a rush order. And now considered less than even a standard order it has taken so long! It was a razor for man in nursing home. Where there are at least 3 BBB within 2 hours. I will Never shop with this company again I am that upset and disappointed!

We went in to purchase a coffee making system. A clerk approached us to see if we needed assistance. He was very knowledgeable, but I felt he also deceived us by letting us think we were also getting a locking tray to sit the system on.

I like this store but today when I went in staff ignored the customers and there were customers looking for help and complained how the staff just walked by them and acted like they didnt even work there. When my daughter and I got to the register the 2 cashiers were playing on their smart phones. It seemed like we were interrupting them. Then the cashier couldnt even say Thank You when handing me the receipt. She just goes Here you go. My daughter, who is 6, even noticed that one of the cashiers had their leg up on the counter and knew that was not appropriate. Poor customer service tonight. Very unpleasant experience.
