I wouldnt go back in this place if they offered me a million dollars. The customer service is awful! This women was dressed like she was a care bear with swamp hair. Her cleavage wad out along with her garments. Also she wouldnt listen to anything I wanted. Worst experience ever! People like her deserve to work at the dump.

The Customer Service by Kiwi was Great! She was very helpful

The store rep spent 30 minutes doing everything she could to fix my issue. Called other stores and even scheduled me to come back when a technician would be inhouse. Corporate would be lucky to have her as a manager.

Cricket wireless. A great value or the money. Only downside is their coverage is a little spotty. But way cheaper than the big red company.

Theyve updated their hotspot so they can track it better but now theres only about 4-5 phones that is compatible, which they want you to buy NEW phones just to be able to get hotspot. Thats really messed up.

Too pushy. Bad mouthing other cell cos. Not good way 2 get permanent customers.
