Worst phone provider out there was told by a rep they had a phone and said it on the website they had the phone go to get it and get told we havent had those for months but still says available online and not to mention the horrible service you roam almost anywhere you go

This store location has almost no 4g and has zero 5g data service. They keep a mini cell tower plugged into landline internet to make it appear that their data is adequate while you are in their store. If you leave the store parking lot, you will have close to dial up internet data speeds near their store. It barely will retrieve a web page.If you buy from here, ask about their tower plugged in the back. It is only to misrepresent their actual, poor data speeds that exhist in the 53rd and Elmore corridor. Who wants to be lied to, not me.

T Mobile/Sprint promoting a free phone is bunk. If you pay off the phone of the difference they give you your still under a 2 year contract. If you break it they will bill you of the difference of their $800 they gave you. Total misrepresentation..

I came in for the T-Mobile mask offer & arrived at 6:55 PM. 2 workers were present, both assisting customers. Neither gave a courtesy greeting. I was behind two other people in the store & followed appropriate social distancing during my visit.During my 30 minute wait, 3 others entered the store and were briefly greeted as they arrived. At one point, the associate (not the manager) was provisioning a new device for a customer & let him walk out the store for a few minutes. During this time she didnt fully scan her surroundings to see if anyone was in the store she or the manager hadnt addressed.After the person ahead of me was assisted, the manager approached me to assist me. I stated that I wasnt even acknowledged at my arrival; he apologized & adequately assisted me.Thank you for the free face mask.

I signed up four a 4 line plan and got 4 new phones. One of the phones had to be ordered and I was given a sim card to install when the phone came in. The phone still didnt work so I came back to the store to get it working but was told that because of a system problem only my wife was an authorized user. When she called to add me she just got a message that there would be a 90 minute wait. So now I have a phone that wont work and T mobile will do nothing to fix it because their system screwed up. Worst customer service I have ever had. No one there is willing to do anything to help their customers

Ive been to multiple stores in different states and this is by far one of my favorites. Walked in tonight and it was kinda busy. Waited for all of 2 minutes to be checked in. Gave a 15-25 min Eta on when we would be helped. Was serviced a lot sooner. Didnt have the phone in store was able to get 2 day shipping to our house instead. Im okay with that because its a 40 mile drive one way. But i enjoyed how friendly the staff was.

We went to T-Mobile to acquire new a new Cellular account and to purchase new phones. Our sales rep was Shanequa Thomas. She was the most knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful sales person that we have encountered in along time. If the rest of T-mobiles staff is half as good as she was, dealing with T-Mobile should be a good experience.

AVOID THIS STORE. Representatives at this location are alarmingly undertrained. The only thing this store can do is sell you something. They become rude, deflective and will provide no customer service. Management is unmotivated to help and the over all intelligence level regarding account maintenance is appalling. You are better off driving to Iowa city or calling customer service yourself. These guys at the davenport T-Mobile store are in desperate need of training in both customer service and account maintenance. Unless you want a phone case. AVOID THIS STORE.

Went to set up new service the other day. Not sure who it was I worked with, but he was very helpful. Service is great and Im max out on signal while at work, as opposed to Att where I couldnt get any signal.

Ryan at T-Mobile help my wife and I set up a new iPhone to our T-Mobile account that we had handed down to us. Unfortunately, the phone proved difficult to sync with our hold phone. Ryan, and the manager, spent nearly an hour helping us get our phone set up. The transfer was not quite complete when we left so Ryan showed us how to complete the transfer when we got home. We are very grateful to the T-Mobile team, and especially to Ryan. Thanks T-Mobile. This service is why we have been a T-Mobile customer for nearly 14 years!

I have been with i wireless for over 16 years. I decided with much thought to port over to t- mobile, unfortunately I have tried with out success to even get the attention of a single rep the 3 time I came to the store. The last straw came tonight when I walked into the store again and was told someone would be with me shortly, 20 minuets later, several reps come and go and the the manager shows up, taking to another rep and refused to answer any basic questions that I had regrading the port, stating she didn’t have equipment. I told her I just had some basic questions and again refused to answer any questions. If this is the kind of customer service I can expect from a in- store experience I will gladly do business with another company. I-wireless I miss you already.

When signing up I was told there was a promo to buy 1 note 10 and get second one free. I have now found out that it was only for magenta plus plan and Im on magenta. Have tried multiple times to get resolution and get no answers. I have been back to store 3 times to get answersThe manager has been suppose to follow up with me by phone 2 times but never has.

The staff here are nice, thats about all I can say. T-Mobiles service is atrocious. Dont expect to get service inside of any buildings in the QC. Cant use wifi calling because the T-Mobile website is flaming garbage and my portal hasnt worked right yet. Engineering made me a ticket but Im clearly not much of a priority since its been a week since Ive gotten a call or text. Now theyre refusing to refund me and I have no choice but to switch back to Verizon. Stay away...

My husband had been an I wireless customer since highschool, at least 10 years. So when TMobile bought them, he decided to Port over. He waited until his time with I wireless was up and went up to Port over. It was 6pm when he got off work, he didnt actually talk to a person at the store until after 7pm. Then they took until almost closing to take care of his phone. As he left he tried to call me, it took him to customer service. He spent the rest of the time the store was open on the phone with them for them to tell him that his phone wouldnt activate for up to two hours. He came home and slept on it. The phone still wasnt working the next morning. He uses my phone to call customer service. They had no information on him, meaning that the store he visited never filed his paperwork into the computers or anything. They also tell him that it will take up to 72 hours for his phone cause he is porting his number in. Then gets to the payment and they try to charge him $75. Hes former military and is supposed to get the plan for $55 instead. Customer service tells him that the discount is for seniors only. And did I mention the customer service people have thick accents that are hard to understand? Yep. Its been a terrible experience.

I am an existing t mobile customer and had purchased a new unlocked phone for my daughters birthday from Motorola and for whatever reason it wouldnt connect to the t mobile lte after I put the sim card in it.I walked in to the Davenport store and Evan was happy to help and was able to find and correct the issue in minutes. His help was very much appreciated and saved me alot of hassle.

I seen someone put on here about 5 months ago that the service is horrible cant get reception in side buildings I use to have Verizon in Moline illinois Walmart I hardly ever towards the back of the building near dairy department never really got data just cell phones calls and they was bad on TMobile I can search internet call and listen to music no problems at all and I get service in all places just a few random spots no data .

I was promised after 2 months of calling they would get all the problems fixed with our phones I told them I was waiting for my grandson to be born an I better not miss a call because of this crummy service. Well after spending several hours up at hospital last night my husband an I came home we didnt want to spend night in chair but my daughter said mom Ill call right away or text. My grandson is 5 days past due so induced labor. After 3 times trying to call an text my daughter came down to tell us we had missed it. When I called after telling us they had a team on call 24/7 imagine my surprise to be told several times by recording sorry we apologize we can not take your call at this time. Im done Im going somewhere elseThank goodness I didnt fall for them telling me I needed to buy one of their phones. Do I have stupid wrote on my head.im signing off before I throw my phone . People beware!!!!
