Shipping on Funko Pops can either be good or bad, somehow its hit or miss and not universal. I most recently received 4 pops in flimsy cardboard shippers and then thrown in a poly bag which damaged half of the Pops. Very disappointed in their packing.

Most of the staff here are super nice and helpful once you approach them except for one that kind of talks at you instead of to you and offers no help. A lot of clothes fit small so try for a size or two above what you would normally wear. Jeans are really great quality and look new even after a year of wear, just make sure to wash the clothes before you wear them. I do however wish they still had more stuff for the Goth subculture like they used to, once they stopped carrying the style it was like losing a major clothing stop.

Store member was very helpful, helped me choose out a new backpack and a couple other items. Her name on her tag was Izzy I believe, and was one of my most pleasant employee-customer experience Ive had.

Always helpful staff, store is crammed with merchandise. Great to stop in and read all the funny logo t shirts. Store always filled with teens and tweens.

Another one of those teenybopper stores. I mostly only go in there when my daughter is with me or when I want to check out the novelty t-shirts. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful but not overly aggressive.

My daughter enjoys this store. Has a lot of the quirky genre merchandise that young people like these days. A lot of stranger things, star wars, and harry potter merchandise. Also a big selection of funko pop characters.

I went in to get a new morrisey shirt shirt and some hello Kitty leggings and the cashier kept demanding that I let her see my toes. Im not the type to let a random person just go peeping my Piggly wiggly like that, but then she promised me 15% off of Disney pride of the avengers backpacks and game of thrones ear muffs, needles to say, my shoes have never come off faster.

This is my all time favorite store in the world!!! Whenever we come to the mall I always ask if we can go. Even if we dont buy anything it is still so fun to go look. If your looking fo a gift for someone in a fandom, this is the place to go.

Hot topic sells cheap items for outrageous prices. There are gems youll find occasionally but the only things that are sold at a decent price are the POP! figures and thats not my jam. Ive never had an issue with an employee but the prices are just crazy.

I did not hate it. Only said to witness its passing.

Helpful staff, happy that they asked for ID when the credit card was used. Poor selection of band tee-shirts; nothing that is really current.

The manager was super awesome and dreamy also he totally helped me out and even got me onto their sweet deals total wicked experience and I definitely will be going more often to spend all my money there!

Ive never had a problem here, the associates are always friendly and helpful..but the past 2 times Ive gone they made me use my $5 off rewards, but instead made me choose a free gift of some random useless thing nobody wants and charge me $5 for that..like today, spent $5 on a $1 candy, thats annoying.
