First time to visit this store. Very welcoming staff. He fired up our computer to review what we said our issues were. He reviewed with us what we needed and the cost. Very happy they were able to fix our computer. Very reasonable prices on new computers as well. Will go back when needed.

I needed help finding a laptop to do some lower level gaming. Not having much knowledge about computers, they were able to point me in the right direction! Connor was patient with all my questions and was able to talk with me through them. I also ALWAYS go here with issues I had for my previous laptop- they were always able to guide me in the direction I needed to take. Highly recommend.

I went in today to see about getting my old laptop fixed, but knowing that it may not be worth it. They were very helpful, talking me through what the cost and time would be to fix the old one verses getting a new one, and showing me the various options available. The salesman was able to answer all of my questions and helped me fine the laptop I needed. I bought the old laptop from them years ago, and I will continue to go back for any future needs.The shop is clean, well lit, and the staff are always friendly without being pushy. There was no fast-talking, up-selling attitude, and I was able to find the best machine for me.

We had trouble finding someone in Clinton to work on our computers. I used to do all my computer work but since moving back to Iowa I dont have the equipment, have trouble with my hands, and dont have new software. They are very fast, the work is reliable, and they are patient and honest. One of the computer only needed a hard drive wipe with new windows install. We were going to put a new hard drive in it and they said that one was fine and refunded a balance. You rarely find that in any business. Thank you very much! You will see more business from me a my friends.

Haven’t purchased from them yet, but my husband said we should check them out as they did a great job for his office. I spoke to John and asked dozens of computer illiterate questions. He was very helpful and courteous. I’ve always bought the extra virus software and he gave me some good tips regarding unneeded purchasing, which I really appreciated. Definitely making our next purchase with this company.

Came to this place to purchase a Monitor because Best Buy wasnt easily accessible. Turns out, this is a hidden QC gem for Computer gear. Not only was I greeted right away, but I was in and out within 5 minutes. Transaction was smooth, and exceeded my expectations. This here, is the best place to buy.

Took my computer in to fix a blue screen loop. It took 5 or 6 days to get to it, and they did exactly what I asked them not to.Do not recommend this place if you are a gamer.

This was a total scam. I went in to get my screen fixed, and he said the total would cost around 95$-150$. I was willing to spend that much, but the estimate itself cost 110$, and the part 180$, and the worst part was I couldnt back out else I would be losing 110$. I will never go here again, next time Ill be using YouTube and do it myself.

Computer Evolution is a great place to get help for your computer issues. My Desktop crashed and CE troubleshoot the problem. Very friendly and a business that deserves good customers. Highly recommended, please support good local businesses.

Very helpful staff. Great place to go for basic services if youre not too tech savvy... If you do know your way around a pc, great place to pick up just about any part from case, mobo and CPU, to accessory cards displays and mice.

Brian and Gabe are awesome! They did IT work for my office and my son brought his tower in to upgrade it. Brian stayed late to go over everything with my son and made sure he got everything he wanted. They are very knowledgeable and I trust them completely. We will go to them for all of our computer needs. Best store in the QC!

Computer evolution is awesome! everyone there knows a lot about what theyre selling and theyre all really nice. They also helped me pick out the perfect parts for a gaming PC thanks computer evolution!

Pretty cool place, a little bare around the walls but the dude I met was very attentive and answered my obscure questions with very little hesitation. Id trust them to work on my $5,000 computer if I didnt know how to myself.

This is the most knowledgeable store in the QC when it comes to computers. Even though I no longer live int he QC I still send my family there for all their computer issues. Also if you want a gaming computer and local service this is really the only store in the QC to go to.

Tex Stohl 1 Star rating was left as an attack - The customer appeared in our store threatening employees for a computer that he had checked into another store. After contacting the Police and him returning to our store with a claim ticket from the other store still demanding the computer and threatening our employees that he would kick our A__es - we informed him that he was trespassed from the store and was no longer allowed to return.After the police officer confronted the man - he verbally cussed him out as well -

I had a gray screen issue with my MacBook Pro. It was intermittently losing functionality, so thought I may have a software, or worse hard drive issue. I took it into Computer Evolution and they were very helpful. The representative ran a diagnostic and PRAM reset at no charge. The service rep even took the time to give advice about maintenance and other care issues I was unaware of. After the rep ran a diagnostic, which came back inconclusive, he performed the PRAM reset. This seems to have resolved the issue.The service was great and I really felt they had my best interest in mind when recommending any future services. I am grateful for the quick help and the fact that they did everything they could for just a drop in. I really appreciate the service and would recommend any Mac user in the QC area to use Computer Evolution.

I walked in and none of the sales representatives greeted me. I stood around for about 15 minutes until someone else came in and was helped almost immediately. I left because I couldnt get helped

Took my computer in because the hard disk went bad and I lost my OS. Being new to computers they walked me thru how to install Linux and even burned me a copy. I appreciate the time they took to work with me even though they made nothing from it.

Staff went above and beyond to help me with a bios issue. However they sold me components they said they used for builds all the time and should have been aware of the bios issue
