Much bigger than expected and nice selection! The low rating is based off customer service. I was politely greeted by an older female worker upon entering, described the type of gift I was looking for and was told nicely that they didnt have that specific item but I was free to look around.About 10 minutes later I was approached by an older male worker who asked if I needed any help and I smiled and replied that I was just looking; I didnt feel like having the same conversation a second time with the male worker.The male worker did not return the smile and said want to let you know we close in 20 minutes...and we are ready to go; as if he assumed I wouldnt buy anything.I was taken aback but continued to look for a few minutes before heading towards the front door. The polite woman asked if I found everything ok and I replied that I was just leaving because the other worker said he was ready to go. I flashed her a wad of cash and said that he must have assumed that I didnt have money.The male worker came from around the corner raised is voice and confronted me by saying so, is that not ok to say? along with some more hostile interaction.I told the man I would be writing a review and then he ultimately claimed that he never said anything to begin with and that I was making it all up in my head.Pretty awful experience. Would not recommend visiting this place if you are a person of color.

Was turned away on antique Jim Beam serving tray because it was not Signed. Jim beam died years ago if he was even a real person. She was extremely rude telling me the tray looked far too new to be an antique.it is in a wooden frame with glass to protect the integrity of the tray. They clearly have no idea what they are talking about especially when it comes to their over priced items and firearms.

They deserve six stars, lovely staff and beautiful vintage goods. could not recommend more

I love this place! The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. I get fantastic deals and the customer service is superb (items packaged quickly, carried out to the car, various payment options are offered). I have never had a bad experience here, and the antiques are wonderful. I highly recommend a visit!

I was just in there looking at diamond earrings the lady asked me is there anything you want to look at I said yes I want to look at earrings and then she says oh youre just looking and walked away before I could even have a chance to correct what she heard needless to say I just spent $200 at a different pawn shop that did actually mean can I help you

So many things to look at. Well organized and I got a deal on every item purchased. Owners are very friendly and customer service oriented. I will go back to purchase again.

There technaclly fauls advertising do to they show a wall of bows but they domt buy them lr anything im never going there again. Also the peraon aounded rude.

If there were such a thing as Zero stars I would give it. Worst customer service ever. Old man with accent and beard is extremely rude, with no customer service skills. Rude to us from the first step in the door. DO NOT shop at this store. We will never return there again. No more business from us.

The service was great, they gave me what I asked for in a loan, I would recommend them to anybody. It all depends on your merchandise but they are very fair and really try to help their customers, I will be using the again if I get in a jam.

Tryed to sell a 800 dollar impact 2 weeks old she offered 200 dollars not even worth the drive to this place they obviously dont want the business
