My 8-year old grandson did in my garage door (stuff happens). After researching prices I called Feldco based on their reputation. They came out the next day and took measurements, showed me my options and gave me a good price including an online discount I didn’t know was available. Three days later they came and installed the new door. All very nice and obviously competent people. I’m very happy with the results. Now if I can keep my grandson from doing in the new one....😇

I had my front door replaced. The sales rep who came to my home to discuss the options was courteous and friendly. He was not pushy or aggressive in any way. When I had made a decision on the door he helped me choose colors and styles. When the door came, it was exactly as ordered. The installers were wonderful- polite and efficient and they cleaned up before they left. The regional manager of the installers came by while they were here to see how they were doing and to see if I was satisfied.. I am very impressed w this company and its employees. You will be too.

The window them self are fine nice looking and easy to use and clean. The low rating is because of the install and issues we are having a year after. The install does not have any insulation around the window so the energy saving they use to as a selling put is not worth it. The warranty is also a disappointment as they will not come to inspect without a 99 dollar fee just to look ata the issue.Over all very disappointing.So I tried emailing and have not heard anything back yet. That was a little over a week ago. I even sent pictures of the leak.

I had my house siding replaced by Feldco and I would NOT recommend using them.Once the siding contract had been finalized we never heard anything back unless we called to check on the status of our order and when to expect the job to occur.The job was subcontracted out to multiple companies with no representation from Feldco at the job or after. This became an issue since the installer covered our dryer vent. The installers fix for the issue was to cut a hole in the siding. Since then it has been two weeks and we have not heard anything back from Feldco on getting a vent to cover this hole. When I called to follow-up they stated that they thought the issue had been resolved. This company has significant communication issues. I have called since the installer cut a hole in the siding, but nobody seems to take any action.

Install went well, they had everything done in 1 day and took our old windows with them. However, after owning the windows for a few years in our home now, we noticed several bugs are able to get in, as well as live inside of the window holes and crevices. The windows also seem to have more draft than we had hoped for, especially when it is windy outside. Overall not as satisfied as we had hoped to be....

The sales and install team were all very professional and good to work with. I had a large picture window installed. The window has several smudges of glue or grease inside the panes of glass. There is no way to fix this or make the window look clean. Very unhappy with this.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We scheduled to get a quote and not even 30 minutes later they called to come and give us an estimate. That was Sep. 9, 2020, that same day they gave us our quote and we made our 10% down payment for our windows. They called us about 4 weeks later and said our windows were in and they were going to give us a call in a couple weeks to schedule our install date. It has been over a month since that phone call. Everytime me or my fiancé call to get something scheduled they give us some excuse as to why they can’t. We are going on week 11 since we gave them the down payment and still nothing has been scheduled. Our salesman told us that it would take 8-10 weeks MAX. He also told us our windows would be in before the holidays, thanksgiving is next week and still nothing. Im at the point where I would just like my money back if they’re not going to put them in. Absolutely horrible customer service. They clearly don’t want their money.

We have had Feldco replace many of our windows. The sales people are knownledable, installers are prompt, clean and most importantly installation experts. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Feldco has excellent windows! I absolutely love the windows we got and feel like their price is very affordable...especially for the quality. Very nice people. No issues at all.

We bought two screen doors that still dont shut right. Poor installation. They keep telling us they are coming out to fix them and then never show up.

Have had feldco at my house 2 different years replacing windows. Got a good price and great windows. Had a few small problems the second time they called me back quickly and scheduled an appointment. In a few days everything was taken care of. Thanks for the great service!

Had. Windows, doors, and siding all done this year(2019) by Feldco, sales personel were very helpful. The team as a whole were terrific. I now have a whole new home. Awesome job.

Needed replacement storm door for patio entrance to house. Called Feldco and was very impressed by the quick and thorough follow thru.Representative came to house to assess what I needed, discussed what options Feldco had to offer. We agreed on what door I needed. A few days later another representative came to verify the measurements and style of door I was ordering. A couple weeks later Feldco called to set appointment as to when door would be delivered and installed.Crew showed up right on time and installed my new door. Very courteous and professional crew did the work. A few days later I receive a phone call asking if I was happy with the Feldco experience.Of course I was. Would recommend Feldco to everyone.

I could not be happier with my new windows from Feldco. The salesman and the installation crew were just wonderful to work with. The windows were installed within a few weeks from signing the contract. They are very well made and and made my house look like a new house. I just love the windows and working with everyone at Feldco was a wonderful experience.

Had new siding and garage doors installed. Our salesman Drew was great and Josh who came out to measure was very detailed and informative on how everything worked . Installers were very fast and professional . only reason im giving 4 stars instead of 5 was installers ran out of material so had to wait extra week to get finished but definitely will recommend.

Not happy with this company. Install date set then a phone call saying they could not come. Took time off to be there for them when called about it situation not resolved. Wait another 3 weeks.

Purchased a sliding glass door along with 2 full length windows beside the sliding door. Everything from the great sales experience, qualified installers and the follow up service after the sale was above my expectations. I will highly recommend Feldco to everyone.

Replacing 13 windows contact was 6 June as of this date, 29 July, the project is not complete. A window that was ordered did not fit, reorder was 4 weeks in coming. Ron from Feldco called to say that the installation would be between 8 - 2 on July 29th. Nobody from Feldco showed up at all. I placed calls to the salesman, the service line, left my cell phone number-- no response from anyone! Service after sales, just doesnt seem to happen. Now I wonder when and if this project will ever be completed. One half of the contract was paid, there will be NO more payment until this installation is completed. By the way there are some quality issues on the windows that are installed

Worst experience I’ve ever had period. I honestly wish I would have went with Pella or Andersen. Feldco is way over priced and windows install was terrible. Do not listen to the sales garbage at all. Go with Pella or Andersen. Do not be fooled by them. They asked for full payment before job was even done. Money is Feldco only concern not quality of install or product. I would have to say they put more money into the sales team then the install or product. Also install guys didn’t speak English at all.

Wonderful install the windows are top notch mi manufactured windows...the install was professional and high quality...the price was right and I highly recommend this company and their windows...you wont be disappointed

At first we thought we were happy with their service... until Feldco failed to complete the work they promised. When they installed the window they said they would replace a piece of rotten siding above the window. It has been over two months and they have failed to come back and replace the rotten piece of siding. We have made multiple phone calls asking and they give us the run around with no follow up. We paid thousands of dollars and they did not complete the work. We have many more windows to replace in our house and we will NOT use them again.

The owner can call me or email me....anytime.Today is Sunday October 13th, 2019.....Left first message I believe on October 10th, 2019.If the owner wanted to know what was happening.....you would think he would get ahold of the client. I couldnt private message him.....but the big point is .....you really care you would reach out to us!!!You lost a possible new client .....work being done on my house by a painter.....I had ANOTHER no show when I called got a lot of stories.....when I hung up he said well that made me decide not to call them.You are hurting your own business!!!

Made an appoinment for an estimate. The people on the phone were very helpful and friendly. Today the day of the appoinment nobody showed up no call nothing. Very disappointed.

Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable, the windows we purchased were more expensive then we originally intended to purchase but the qauility makes them worth it in every day. So easy to open and close. The installation crew left my home cleaner then it was when they arrived. They were incredibly friendly and went above expectations to make sure we were happy with our new windows.I will use feldco again for future home remodels absolutely

Ordered windows and doors in May 2017 the project did not get completed to my satisfaction till Jan. 2018. Defective patio door glass was replaced 3 times. Defective picture window glass was replaced 3 times. The original installation crew was never on time but there was many excuses. Feldco promised a monetary refund for the picture window problems but was never received. On the plus side Mike the person that fixed all the problems was always on time very personable and did great work. Would I recommend Feldco to others, not with the problems I had.

Great customer service. Great clean up. Not a speck of saw dust found from the millwork that was completed.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. My advice is to stay far away from feldco. Horrible customer service.

Not happy how everything was handled.First off let me say the windows and door we got are very nice and we love them.The service and customer interaction we got was another story.The salesman was very nice and did good at his job to get us to buy the windows and door. Told us to contact him anytime if we had issues. We had issues with the install and I contacted him (explained below) and he replied back with a generic response, didnt even seem to read my email and never spoke to me again after even when I messaged him back explaining further.The install went horrible, Not the installers fault but Feldcos. The installer showed up when he was supposed too. Did an amazing job. However we were replacing a bay window with a double slider and he said he did not have it in his truck, that when he picked up the items they did not have it there. He said someone from Feldco would contact me Monday and work out a time when it would be ready and he could install it.Monday came around and no word from Feldco. Around 4 or 5 pm I called them. Person did apologize and said the installer would do it either Tuesday or Wednesday depending on when he finished other items those days, but he would call me or the person from Feldco would call me. Either way he said someone would call to verify the day/time.Tuesday comes around and we move our large couch and take down curtains and get room ready for them. But no one comes or calls. Wednesday we do the same and again no call and no show. Thursday evening comes around and I call Feldco again. Person apologizes and says they can for sure do it Saturday. So 2 days we moved items and got it ready for nothing, not counting the initial install day.Saturday comes around and installer shows up. They tear out the bay window. Then find out Feldco gave them the wrong window and it does not fit. Installer has to drive back and get it (hour drive each way) and it is 20 degrees outside and we have a huge hole in the living room wall where a window goes. They get back and get it installed.I messaged Feldco and told them about this, their response.... NOTHING. Never got a reply or anything. We spend 10k on windows and doors and this is the kind of service we get from them. We had planned on doing roof and siding this spring threw them, however after this we will go threw someone else. The salesman stopped caring after the sale and they cant even bother to email or call even when they say they will.Update:Late update but wanted to post it.Feldco reached out to us and apologized. Offered an extra discount for anything future we did with them. Salesman came over. We wanted quotes on a couple things. But we advised we were just getting prices not for sure doing anything. After initial visit never heard from him again even though he said he would email us the quotes and reach back out. Seems against we werent for sure buying we just didnt matter. Will not go threw Feldco again. Already discouraged multiple friends/family out of going with them and going with Anderson Windows instead.Final UpdateFeldco called and wanted a chance to make everything right. We agreed to hear them out on our siding and doors. Salesman came over. Was very nice. Did pricing for everything and told us what monthly cost would be worst case and we were good with it and said lets go ahead. This was a Saturday. Monday I got an email from financial place that we were approved and it gave us the cost and monthly amount due. It was much higher than we had been told. Contacted salesman and he said he would look into it. He had also said we would get a certain interest rate and the first (i think 12 months) would be interest free on siding portion and that the promotions went together. To find out they did not work together and were a this or that and the higher monthly cost was the correct one. So we said lets go with just siding and asked for monthly cost on that. He called back and said he had wrote it up wrong and was an additional 3k. We canceled and said no thanks.

Very unhappy with the work. 3 months ago they did the siding on my house. still waiting on them to fix 2 pieces.

Very happy with the service and the install! Got another project shortly and will be using them again!

People beware!!! Adam Harlan installs windows for Feldco. He ripped us off for $5000.00 dollars and is currently in the Scott County Jail for ripping off people. Complaint has been filed in Whiteside County!!!

They do not what is promised when promised.
