LOVE build a bear. Such good memories from when I was a kid and now get to pass that on to my son. He picked out his own dinosaur and loved it.

I love this store. I go in there all the time and they are always super nice and friendly and willing to help me out.

Came here for a stuffed animal for our daughter. Staff was friendly, store was clean and the service was good. Only problem we had was how they have all the add on items that they try to up sell the kids in directly: beating heart? added scent? special song? All of those cost money and really jack the price up but they offer them directly to the child without consulting the parent... and offer the add ons without mentioning the added costs. A $20 bear can quickly double in price without realizing it.

Im a guy, what kind of fun am I going to have making a teddy bear??? Of course my grandkids think its a great place to go! It is fun for me to watch them having such a good time.

The second bear was only$10.!! Its really an experience destination. My daughter at 19 still loves going there.

Ive been going here for years and years. The staff has always been helpful and friendly with anything. Always a great place to take kids and give them tons of choices to choose from. Theyre actually able to think and form a bond. It can be a bit pricey, but the kid has a blast anyways and the smile is definitely worth it.

I was given a Bear for my birthday and I went to get it filled today. I like the soft bear that I have. My grand babies got birthday bears and I love how fun they make the whole process for the kids.

I walked.past this store. Never went in. I did glance into that place, but didnt go in!

I recently found out that if you have an old build a bear that has come unsewn, they will fix it. I no longer have to worry about my toddler destroying them.

Kids love it so the over priced stuffed animal is worth seeing them smile! Grogu is $44 to start? Why? Because its popular? Ridiculous lol but I got my daughter one! 💩🤣

Build a bear is a nice place to get fashionable bears and clothing for your bears but one of the most enjoyable parts to going has been changed due to covid. You are no longer aloud to stuff your own bear taking the fun out of going to build a bear.

Had an amazing experience here. Hunter was the bomb! Shes super sweet and she made it such an awesome experience. Its so wonderful to see someone care about their job and make an effort to provide theyre customers with such a great service.

Tonight was AWESOME. We went to Build-A-Bear for the 1st time. To say it was magical is an understatement. Our Build-A-Bearologist was AWESOME. This young woman named Madison is going to be a phenomenal teacher someday. She totally made not only my daughters day, but, she made my day too! What a heartwarming experience! Our little lost her plush Rainbow Dash My Little Pony....2 weeks ago. Weve looked high and low. Ive gone to many stores trying to find a replacement. No dice. Shes been so sad without her. I called and the most spunky and upbeat associate answered the phone. I immediately thought- I need whatever shes drinking...that or its the fluff? 🤷‍♀️ Either way, I need some. At any rate, they have every pony BUT Rainbow Dash. Go figure. Seeing as we were nearly to Northpark, I told her we would still come in and order a Dash, and fill another pony in hopes to humor our Bean. 3 min later a call comes through. Its Madison. She went in back and scrounged and found a Rainbow Dash! 😲 Awesome! We get there and this energetic young lady didnt only talk the talk...she walked the walk! She was over the top full of sincerity and truly made our experience SO MEMORABLE! It was all around amazing. She truly enjoyed her interaction with kids and it showed! When it came time to close up Rainbow Dash, her strings were defunct. Go figure. No biggie, Madison went straight to work suturing up Rainbow Dashs wound by hand. She installed the ponys voice, and heart, filled them with not only fluff - but love. Helped our little design her birth certificates (bought a Fluttershy too) and sent her off to the fluff station. All this at 830pm...minutes before closing. What a great place to light up the love and imagination in all of us. Heard this was supposed to be an “expierence” took my niece there and after me saying no to a few things such as flavor and sound and there was an obnoxious lady standing behind us waiting to get her bears stuffed. I figured the girl working would continue to help my niece dress the bear instead she started stuffing the other ladies bears. I had to ask her twice where the clothes were. Felt like she ditched my niece to help another customer so sad to say this did not at all feel like an expierence it’s literally the quickest 50 bucks I’ve ever spent

There are just cartoon related animal choices!!! All we were looking for was a regular bear or any other basic animal choice that didnt look gaudy.
