We worked with Epic Stone when building our home last year. Excellent customer service, both in the office and the warehouse - all very accommodating to our many requests as we made the difficult decisions. They have an unbelievable selection of massive slabs of granite and quartz. Id recommend youd come here first - especially before trying to decide on a pattern/color from the tiny pcs of material you see at big box stores. Youll be amazed!

Great selection of Granite, Marble, Soapstone and Quartz slabs to look at. Suzy and Jeff are both extremely helpful with questions about their products. They are friendly and easy to work with. If you are looking for stone countertop this is a great to view the entire slab. There are so many choices to pick from.

The Millennial girl that we encountered when we walked into the door was rude. I simply do not understand why management would hire anyone with such poor customer skills to represent their company.

Guys in the warehouse were friendly and helpful. the woman in the office was rude and snobby. We had picked out a particular color of slab and she made a rude remark about how they had the same piece in her husbands man cave and it was totally against her better judgment and since he had to have it he could clean it himself and then she walked away. This is not the first time we had been there and spoke to her and her attitude is always snobby. I guess if she doesnt like her job or people for that matter she should work elsewhere! She does not represent the business in a positive manner in any way shape or form!

Great experience and everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. The process can be overwhelming, so their approach really helped!
