Chris, the manager at this location of Guitar Center, was highly informative, extremely helpful, and he was sincere in his delivery of answers to my questions. He truly knows how to treat a customer well, regardless if the customer is seeking simple clarification on an item, or if the customer has complex questions in regard to the differences between two guitar amplifiers. Not only did Chris provide me with his own previous knowledge on amplifiers, but he was also researching, in real-time, the details on a particular amplifier that I was seeking to know more about! This is phenomenally great, really. And I could not be happier with the interaction I had from this location of Guitar Center. I highly recommend this location!

Found exactly what I was looking for. Staff were busy with other customers so I stood at the counter with my merchandise for what seemed like forever, but in all reality was probably 3 minutes. Would have been nice if someone would have said theyd be with me shortly. He did apologize and thank me for my patience when he did get to me so, forgiven.

Wow this place is awesome. Huge selection of products and the staff is great. Went in for a mic and left with more then that. Do you need dj equipment, a great guitar, cable management supplies, or literally anything music related. Go here stop shopping on Amazon and go somewhere local and get good customer service and get the product same day!

Guitar Walmart. It used to be a great store to go to, but it’s just not the same. They no longer negotiate on price, or give fair prices on used gear. They won’t get my business again. Johnny was very nice, but the other counter worker was less than helpful.

Marisol and Alex were excellent sales people at Guitar Center show in renting possibility for keyboards and all-in-one solutions for video recording stations with a Apple product with 20 programs loaded pre-loaded on it and everything you need to get started come on down to Kimberly and Brady and check out the good Guitar Center

Very helpful. I had a problem with a sustain pedal that didnt work on my keyboard and they happily and easily exchanged it for one that worked properly, no issues at all. Very helpful and courteous staff. Definitely NOT the usual crazy loud unruly atmosphere you find at other Guitar Centers. Very enjoyable.

The post for the guitar said excellent condition and left no details about any problems, once it arrived in store the guitar shows up with a whole chunk of the guitar epoxied back on and a hole filled in on the face also with black epoxyGuitar center in michigan helped by giving a refund right away but you ruined my whole weekGet a better camera, and write details pleaseIf I ever stop in iowa I might have to stop in to detune a few guitars

The employees here are EXTREMELY helpful and educated in what theyre selling. The overall atmosphere makes me excited to learn more about guitars and continues to improve my playing. Ill be stopping by in the next year or two to get an acoustic electric guitar from you guys.

Love the friendly helpful staff. usually can find things online for a little less and in their other locations online too. the good experience each time makes it a fun place to visit a d worth the extra few dollars to get things right when you need them.

Bought a used PRS from this location and it wound up being owned by one of their guitar techs. UPS messed up the delivery so they fully refunded my delivery charge and taxes on it which was nice of them, but to top it off they wound up including a really nice hard shell gator case, all tools, two straps, picks, and a strap lock. Now thats customer service.Ian was great to work with and you should ask for him because hell go above and beyond for you.

My son (age 12) wanted to get started playing guitar. We didn’t know a thing walking into the store today, but left with a ton of education on getting started. My absolute favorite part was when the manager insisted on putting new strings on our new guitar before we left because he was concerned they were too worn from being on the floor as a demo. Honestly, I wouldn’t have known any difference had I left with old strings. But I admired his INTEGRITY to help a customer who didn’t know any better. That right there is exactly why I’ll trust them in the future and keep coming back.

Super knowledge on tap! I love their guitar pro techs and have them string all my guitars. The pro audio department is very trained and keeps up on all the latest tech and products.Last week they really helped me make a great choice in a mic for home recording. They also price match any competitor even if its an online price!

Nice selection of musical instruments. You can get just about anything that your looking for in the way of music. From instruments to dj equipment and sounds and lights. And there selection of acoustic bass and guitars is superb.

I went in to look at ukeleles and the girl who helped us was super helpful. She played a couple for me so I could hear the tone quality in each on and make a decision on which one I wanted to purchase.

This place is every adult and kids dream when it comes to music. I picked up a drum set for my ten-year-old for Christmas and very pleased with the satisfaction of customer service and knowledge.

Good product and amazing service. I buy all of my Music instruments and audio products from them.

Staff unaware of the policies they are to follow. One person said I got 10%off anything new and anything under $500 could be paid out cash even if it was a trade in. When I got to the register I was told that was not the case and I was told that you only get 10% off of one new item not all the new items. Not very satisfied with customer service

Great environment, reasonable prices; however, the customer service was not that great. I purchased a bass guitar, a lead guitar, and a amp and was not offered any assistance at any point of time while I was there.

Im surprised by some of the negative experiences people have had at this GC. I troll the used section at least twice a month and have made several purchases at this location. Im happy to say that every transaction and my encounter with the staff has been great. Staff has always been very helpful especially with my lost String Club card, very patient in retrieving my info so I can still participate in the club. Managers and staff get an A+ from me.

I waited too long to write the review but I cant remember the name of the three sales people that were extremely helpful one woman marione or something like that and a man another larger like manager type okay type person and all my questions I even offer great musical instrument lessons

Found out that my guitar was stolen or taken to Guitar center by someone, not me and they bought it. Guitar Center still has my guitar and will not let me have it. even with the receipt

I feel like the employees ignored me standing next to the drum counter for the 30 minutes I was there. I was about to buy like 12 pairs but u guess you lost that sale. Maybe it was because Im a woman? Who knows...

I recieved a fender stratocaster as a gift.I took the guitar in to have a SET UP done on it.As soon as I walked in i was immediately greeted by 2 employees which one happen to be the tech Leo.The service was outstanding, his knowledge was informative and useful as he informed me of how a guitar was suppose to be set up. I had questions that he didnt stumble with to answer.In the future, I will bring my guitar back to Leo.

It was alright. Employees never helped me as well as they could have. If you go to trade in an almost $700 guitar they said theys give me $150-$175 on a trade in a damn trade in on another guitar. If you ask me that is absolutely horrible.

Intensely negative experience. Ive shopper at at least a dozen guitar centers nationwide and this has consistently been the worst experience. I would love to be impressed, but again and again, they let you down.

The assistant manager/manager here is ridiculously great. He made my experience with a bad Yamaha acoustic not bad at all.

The store carries an okay variety of musical gear, but the staff is pretty much clueless on most things that go on in the store. Ive seen employees even cause damage to gear on accident, only to put it right back on the rack. If youre serious about buying qualify stuff from people who know what theyre doing, go elsewhere.

Best instrument selection in the area, but the staff is always trying to sell you whatever they can. Theyre helpful if you have questions, however.

Bought DW pedals from them and they were quick to call me to tell me there were some issues with them (some screws missing). The drum tech called me soon after and said not to worry about, they found some screws and put them in :) Arrived very quickly to my house and excellent customer service :D

Last Saturday, I wanted to look at 3/4 size guitars. First, I went to Griggs, where I was simply told where the guitars were and not assisted much beyond that. I left the store frustrated. Then, I went to Guitar Center, where I not only had fun shopping, but also learned a lot from the sales staff. I was so pleased with my experience that I made my purchases right then and there - I didnt look anywhere else.

The guys that work here are excellent, patient, and polite guitar nerds! Thanks for helping my step-son and answering is many questions.

Got Drum sets for my son and so far so good.
