Would have had a much better experience if any one of the three employees who helped me had a tape measure. Kind of strange that youre in a hardware store and employees have to scramble to find a tape measure 🤔

Get to checkout its 114$ I get the run around with management no they cant price match the price mistake to much of a loss for a clearance section item and the customer is disappointed and time is loss

Found everything we needed was helped when we needed it and check out was great gal very pleasant shopping experience.

Tammy went out of her way to make sure we found the right back brace for my wife. We were surprised that they were so hard to find. I suggest a womans section.

This place has poor customer service they sold me a shed they didnt have then made me wait around for 2 hrs while they looked for it just to come to find out they did have one. Then they refundy money send me to Illinois and charged me more for the same shed

I wasnt able to ask permission due to late arrival, but Google says Menards will allow overnight parking & no one chased us off. We really appreciated a place to park with our pickup & small Runaway camper while I am biking the MS River. The quad city area seems devoid of campgrounds. We like our Menards at home in MO; now I have even more reason to like them!

This is a great place to find anything other than straight lumber but I still love shopping here.

My favorite part of mahnards is when I dont buy enough of one item and have to keep going back in mah C8. Would be 5 if I had a mask choice. 😷

Good quality products at decent prices. Garden department is open with some real nice plants. Only wish there were more associates available to assist. Finding customer service lacking at several places lately.

I will never go there again!!!!! I was planning on getting flowers and plants. In the garden center I was told I needed to wear a mask. I said I have a Drs note to not wear one. I was told I had to wear a mask. I have rebate cards that can only be used in the store and I explained that to them. They just kept saying I had to wear a mask. I promptly left the store. Apparently they do not want me to get my rebate and they do not want my future business.

We built a bonus room in our basement and Menards online ordering and delivery options made that portion of the process a snap!They delivered everything we needed right into our garage and their curb side pickup filled in the gaps for those items we needed on-demand.

I wish that they would have courtesy phones throughout the store. Im disabled so I have to go up front to find help then go back to where I was. Then half the time Im given wrong information so Im going in circles looking for what I need only to learn Im in the wrong place. Please fix then Ill be happy to give you 5 stars.

N Wednesday 5/19/2021 at 15.10, (yard ticket DVNP 90185) I tried to pickup a trailer load of roofing that I had purchased. I pulled up to the material and had trailer ready for a loading yard person to use a fork truck to set on. I notice at least 5 fork trucks in yard moving around without loads no one would stop, I flagged one down and that person said that this was not his area, buy would get someone to load material, after 10-15 minutes I went inside and asked counter what I would need to do to get trailer loaded, she said that no one is carrying radios but would get me some help, went back out to yard waited for 10 more minutes and went back in and asked again, she then told me that she had no way to contact anyone. what was frustrating While I waited outside in less than 5 minutes 4 fork trucks came past me and parked together rear of store and went inside. I LOVE Menards, but their flowers were pathetic, COMPLETELY neglected of water and dead or dieing and still FULL PRICE! Shame on you. I understand that its tough times, but come on, its the garden area....#1 SHOULD ALWAYS be to care for the LIVING things. Call me a tree hugger or whatever,I love my plants and it hurts me to see such WASTE and neglect.Maybe its time this stay at home momma put in an application at Menards.

Menards is the best home improvement store in the Midwest! Employees are knowledgeable and friendly! They have a great selection of unique and hard to find items that Lowes and Home Depot dont stock! The 11% rebates make shopping here a bargain! You can even rent tools and vehicles! The lighting selection is also extensive!

Cashier did not know what an itemized ment and tore our receipt out off before we got our rebate slip so we had to wait until someone could open the register to get it. Other wise it went fine we got everything we needed.

I always tell people when you go to Menards bring a picnic lunch and your skateboard because youll need it since the store is so big lol! up until recently I understand this used to be the biggest Menards store in the world and I believe it. There are many many items that will satisfy any building need. Furnishings are also available as are food items, books and cards, decorations, and garden items. I like the fact that you are able to find if the store has a certain item on the app. They have a program where the staff can pull item and have it waiting for you. If they would make it so there was no charge for that, I would find it more usable. Of all the employees I have encountered there I have not found any rude or discourteous people. in fact several have actually gone out of their way to assist me in finding something or loading something big into my car. all in all I think they are totally great place and Im glad that they have moved to that new location on highway 61!

Was able to complete this product pictured in one weekend with everything purchased from Menards. Before and after. They always have what I need. As a DIYer, this place makes project easier.

Never been a big fan of this place but after my visit today. Ill never even think about stepping foot in their door again. Highly recommend to find somewhere else. Lowes or Home Depot

Good service dont bother going to lowes no service

Bought 3 water heaters at once in July. 1 failed out of the box. Warranty replaced. 2 others fail on the same day a couple months later. Take them back and get 2 new ones. 1 works and one fails. Take back the bad one again and get new. Failure out of the box. Menards refuses to refund because initial purchase was over 90 days. I dont want your store credit to purchase your garbage hot water heaters.

Easy to locate items and find what you need. If you arent sure where something is located they have a bunch of people working the floor that are always willing to help. Good prices on everything too. Seems they have a great system for pick ups for online orders, ours didnt have a location on the paperwork of where it was in the warehouse but the associate kept looking and found it!

Big store with wide a variety of options. Often is very crowded though due to the popularity of the store. Try to visit during non peak hours.

This was the second time they sold me pea gravel that they did not have after purchasing I went to the yard only to find the shelves were empty. Their inventory off but they just kept the computer says we have some. I will go to get some a third bit time but this I will go to Home Depot.

Still have to wear mask and no one helps with loading

Every time I walk in I am constantly harrased to wear a mask by a manager with long hair. Even though others dont wear them. Last time they threatened to trespass me if I didnt wear a mask. Then I saw a man without a mask walk out. If I could rate less than a start I would!

Store was okay. Entrance to business is rediculous. One way in, one way out. No traffic controls. Very poor engineering. Never going to this store again.

The young man who helped my daughter find a leaf blower/pod grinder item was extremely helpful and courteous. She has special needs and for him to point different aspects of the products is very commendable. Thank you......

Huge store with wide variety of items. It is a little difficult to find things in such a big store, but the people working there are nice and helpful. The prices are pretty decent as well compared to other places.

I called ahead to see if they had in stock what I needed. I was put on hold and waited, patently waited. And I waited some more. I finally drove to their store only to find out that they didnt.

I will never shop an another Menards even if it means I have to be homeless. Rudley asked to put on a mask or leave. But they didnt say anything to me about a mask while I was spending over $2000.

Wednesday night 6:00 p.m. not crowded at all

I mean, its a hardware store. I cant think of a title they didnt have what I was looking for (and a few things I didnt know I was looking for 😉) anytime I have asked someone for help they have always done so. Average or better customer service, store is as clean as can be expected, decent stock of a little of everything. Overall a generally positive experience each time I visit.

Quick trip to find some patio furniture. Compared to other places was way more expensive. Considering its end of summer, and most places are trying to make space. Other stores have reduced pricing, not menards seem like they raised their prices.

I love menards! They have a great selection of all the things you would expect to find in a hardware store, plus many many things that you would not expect to find there! And Everyone is always so friendly and helpful!

If I could give more than five stars, trust me I would the gentlemen in the plumbing department today October 6th so many more stars. They were Beyond helpful and very patient helping me find the pieces I needed with my father-in-law on the phone telling them.

If I could rate this less than 1, I certainly would!!!The incompetent workers literally had me and my husband on a wild goose chase. One guy didn’t even know what wood runners were for the tops of the stair stringers!!! We literally had to show him as we were standing by a staircase!THEN, we finally find what we need and are absolutely lost when going outside to “pick it yourself”. One and ONLY ONE person came to us as we finally found our wood and asked us if we were doing this by ourselves. Then, he simply went away!Won’t be back anytime soon!

Had a great experience at Menards this week - needed to find and order some blinds for kitchen windows that are hard to fit. Charles, who works in the window treatments area, was super helpful. He went out of his way to help us find the correct size and style, and even figure out the proper hardware. Then he carefully did a special order for us. Its unusual to find that level of service anymore. Thank you for solving our problem!

I guess were harassing customers over masks now, regardless if they have health problems and doctors notes. Its almost like you guys want to loose business!

How is a good place to visit and get supplies. Sometimes data on always have what you need but it just keeps you coming back.

I was very impressed when we entered the store today and an employee very politely told a customer that he needed to be wearing a mask and he could purchase one for a dollar if he didn’t have one. As an older person at very high risk I appreciate their concern for their customers! Thank you!!
