The nicest gentleman ever working at this store! Unfortunately didnt want to pay as much for a mattress since I was only searching for one for my camper. But the Navy Veteran that helped me was so kind and discounted the mattress I was looking at to way more than expected! I will remember this place next time I need a mattress for my house :)

We had a wonderful experience! My 16 year old daughter was picking out a new mattress. Tim had all of the conversations with her and went above and beyond to help her make a decision. I called close to closing time but the gentleman I spoke with told me to come in and he wouldnt close till I was taken care of, he was the owner. Tim was extremely helpful and kind. I got an amazing complete bed with headboard and extras at a great price! Not too mention delivery was early afternoon the next day!

Showed up at 615 and signs says open until 7 so dissatisfied. Didnt update on Google or any websites of early closing. No note on the door.

MITCHELL IS THE MAN! He was so caring and helpful. We came in with a budget and doubt because we had been testing out and trying beds for 2 years! We didnt want someone that would just take our money and talk us into a bed that wouldnt fit our needs. This was my husbands and I first true bed of our own that wasnt handed down, So we were excited. I have major back problems so I didnt want to spend 4,000$ on a bed that wouldnt help. Mitchell not only helped us pick a great bed but went over and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations and kept us below our budget. He was very professional, knowledgeable and truly cared how much it meant for us to find a bed that accommodated my needs, find the perfect comfort, and gave us a great deal! Seriously if you want someone that really cares,listens, and wants to help find you your perfect bed Mitchell is your guy. We love our bed! We had excellent service here years back so when we needed another mattress this was our first stop. We were warmly greeted when we walked in by Mitchell. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We were in and out with a new mattress and a headboard (I’d been looking for months with no luck) in less than 15 minutes. We cannot recommend Mattress Outlet or Mitchell enough. If you want an easy and ethical shopping experience make this your first stop.

Tim got me a great deal on my bed. There was a problem with the delivery, but Mitchell was able to solve the issue for me quickly. He really went above and beyond any expectation to make it right. Stopped in during a cold, snowy day while looking around for a new mattress, as I had just moved into the area. Manager was very friendly and graciously offered me a nice deal on a queen-sized set, and even threw in a frame for free for coming in on such a crummy day. I highly recommend shopping here, they seemed friendly and were willing to work with me to help load the mattress into my friends truck as well!

Wow this is bad! Having worked extensively in sales and in the mattress business I can confidently say this store is a dumpster fire. They know no one with knowledge about mattresses, pricing and proper sales etiquette will shop in their store so they over price all the mattresses and any accessories to the bed. iv had a few colleagues take a look and most described this store as having a cheap and sleazy owner selling overpriced product with the floor staff not knowing anything but horrendous sales practices that leave the customer unhappy and regretful. I deeply regret having even steeped in the store.

After attempting to shop at two other mattress companies with my 20 yr old son on Presidents Day we were successful after all. After not so good service at those two places, we walk into Mattress Outlet and met Mitchell. :) What a polite and very caring person. He just didnt sell us a mattress he listen and complied to our needs. The mattress was for my 20 year old. He said, he slept so well he woke up early.

The owner took the time to help us find the perfect bed for us and then gave us one of the greatest packages we have ever had!!!! This place definitely takes care of its customers... highly recommended!

Great customer service!!I had been looking for mattresses for a couple of weeks when a friend referred me to Tim at Mattress Outlet. I needed a queen and a full set and I had a Budget. Tim gave me a few options for each set and kept me within my budget. I got them delivered same day!! His staff was very friendly and Tim was extremely helpful in meeting my needs! There sure are a lot of fake reviews looking at you Cara Medina and Emma Moeller I know because the owner writes fake reviews when hes not on grinder. any who I went in recently and iv got to say Mitchel is not a great guy and other staff were very disrespectful. I bought a small bed for my granddaughter and Mitchell just tossed me aside once I paid it took far to long to get it shipped. they offer a deal to have the shippers put it together I went for this deal. after waiting a few months (far longer than they said) the shippers made rude comments in my granddaughters home and they didnt care about bumping in to things. overall this is the worst establishment to go into. I know these things believe me.

My wife and I bought a mattress from here and dealt with the owner Tim. Very good sales experience and we got an awesome deal on our bed. The delivery guys where really rude to my wife and kept making smart mouth comments and complaining about everything. We did ask for the old bed to be moved from the bedroom to my garage and they could simply have said no but instead they decided to be rude and a complain. When asked if they needed anything one replied yeah a new job. And honestly if thats the kind of customer service they give then I recommend he gets a new job also. I was not at home when all this was going on but if I was I would have sent these guys back. I deal in customer service also and I would never act in such manner with the people who give me business. Never got an apology for my wife. Very disappointed in the experience at the end. Well be taking our business elsewhere in our future purchases.

Me and my wife purchased our first mattress after we got married at the Mattress Outlet in Davenport about 9yrs ago. It was a excellent bed, and we was glad about our purchase. Time came for another bed, and I end up purchasing a Sleep Number bed reluctantly. The only reason I got it was because it was on sale and I would receive 24 months no interest. After taking a night to think it over, I end up calling Sleep Number back the next morning to cancel my order. I was on hold for 30 mins, but I eventually got somebody on the line. Still in need of a bed, we decided to go to Mattress Outlet, and Im glad I did! First off, my mother in law and wife had went there a few months ago to get a bed and Jason took care of her. While they was there my wife seen a bed she really like and sent me a picture of it. At the time I wasnt really looking for a bed, but when the time came, I immediately thought of them. So we went out to look st the bed she wanted after canceling the Sleep Number bed. We end up saving about a third of what we was going to pay Sleep Number. Plus everything is made local. We live hear so might as well support QC small businesses. I am extremely happy with our new bed, and plan to be lifelong customers! Ask for Jason the store manger if you go. He provided us with a great buying experience.

Im impressed with their service, I came into the store was a assisted by Tim, and was out in less than 30 minutes having bought a mattress I am now enjoying and having it shipped the next day.

Overpriced, disrespectful and disgusting workers. I wanted a bed but instead got Mitchel trying to sell me an overpriced mattress that was sold for less at other local stores. he had an aggressive and poor attitude when I asked for help looking around for other beds.

Terrible customer service, they will say itll be there in one to two weeks. two or three months later and a lot of far fetched excuses itll be the wrong bed.

Bought a very expensive mattress & box spring there & only had it for a year & a half & the cool gel memory foam mattress has lumps all over it & sagged down to my bedroom floor & the bottom of the box spring has a hole in it. I called them up & told them about it & they didnt do anything. Never again will I go back there!!!!!

Bought a 600 bed 3 years ago was told it had a 10 year warranty now its sagging with springs popping through the fabric.I was told they would not replace it or fix it because of a stain the size of a quarter .Thanks for screwing me king koil and Matters outlet.dont waste your time at this ghetto store.King koil has a new name but buyer beware of matress outlet
