Heard an ad on the radio they where paying top dollar for bikes. Took ours in, was given the offer of $1500, or take value of $6000, plus was told our bike was in way nicer condition then the ones they had in stock. What a spit in the face. Never deal with this crooks. Traveled from out of town.

My wife found a helmet she fell in love with at our local dealer in South Bend. Unfortunately, they did not have her size and could not order another one due to it being discontinued. McGrath HD had the helmet in her size so I called. Lexi and Katie were absolutely AMAZING to deal with. They completed the transaction over the phone and shipped the helmet, which arrived in TWO DAYS!!! They are super friendly and SUPER FAST to work with! THANK YOU, KATIE AND LEXI!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shifter linkage came loose after a different HD Dealership had fixed it 10 days earlier. They put us in the shop at 9:50 even though they didnt open until 10:00. They fixed it with a new shaft and lever and worked with the other HD shop for payment. Thanks a bunch McGrath and Ron Hitchcock who helped to make all this happen quickly.

I have spent 45 minutes trying to talk to someone, specifically service. All I have gotten when I call is a recording with business hours and an option for the general manager and someone else. I left a message with the general manager and the mailbox for the other person (Heidi) was full. I needed to speak to someone in the service department and make an appointment, but there is not an option for that when I called. Might be nice if the phones were transferred to a live operator when the store opens, and have an option for each department when no one answers. I have since scheduled an appointment at Iron Eagle in Galesburg, where when open they have a person answer the phone. It is well worth the drive to get to a dealer who wants business and not let it go by the wayside.

Bought a 2000 Road King from another out of state dealer. Paid for a 3000 mile warranty. Burning oil so brought it to Ron in service. Got me right in and handed it over to Ray (Tech). Took about a week and a half and she was rebuilt - would have been quicker but had to order parts.So for all who remember Weiblers. I had reservations about taking my bike here but new owners so I thought I would give them a chance. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! First off, Ron was in constant, almost daily, contact with everything that was done to the bike. From tear down to ordering parts to rebuild I knew exactly what they were doing. And he checked to make sure it was what I wanted done. Second, I would highly recommend Ray to work on your bike. After tear down he went through everything he had done and everything he wanted to do. Pointed out all details and made recommendations going forward. I used to twist my own wrench so I knew enough to know he was highly educated on HD motors but more specifically, he was knowledgeable about aftermarket upgrades done to the bike.The bike has run great since I picked it up although have to baby it first 500. I will continue to use McGrath as needed for my service because of employees like Ron and Ray. They made an unpleasant problem go smoothly and quickly and I havent had this great of experience with HD in a long time.Also, I was glad to see Jack back at the parts desk. We caught up. He ordered me some parts and called when they came in. Jack was and is a very knowledgeable about HD parts and makes great recommendations.McGrath - keep up the great service with employees like Ron, Ray and Jack. Happy customers will return.

Advertise they well buy your used bike at retail, their web site valued bike at retail, drove an hour to have them lowball retail by 4K on a bike with ony 3k miles on it. What a scam! Dont believe what they claim they will pay! Total rip-off Response from the owner said to reach out. I did with a page long email to the address given on 8/25/21, well over a month ago. Heard nothing back and was never contacted. Response from business was apparently just damage control for my bad review. Just another lie like Cash for Chrome advertising.

Under new management. A lot different than the last time I was there. Motorclothes area SIGNIFICANTLY reduced from when it was Quad Cities. No one greeted us at all while there. We were in and out in about 5 minutes.

Service is always friendly and helpful but we will never buy a motorcycle from here ever again not sure how they stay in business with there underhanded ways

Incredible service!!! I wanted to get my dad a T-shirt from his hometown for Christmas but it was not available online. I live in CO and my dad lives in NM. I called the store, talked with Katie and she was amazing! She walked me through a few options, sent me pictures of the item, took down my dad’s information, and confirmed that the t-shirt would be sent directly to him. Thank you Katie!!

ZERO STARSWe went in and spoke with the salesman, Bailey, who found us a great 2021 Street Glide and in the process I had mentioned several times I wanted no extra parts, services, or warranties, he acknowledged this.Then we went into the financial office and sat down with Penny West who presented us with several payment options, none of which did not contain any extra add on plan and we unknowingly thought that was the basic just motorcycle payment but not once was that payment presented in a matter without add ons. She was fast to scroll through her electronic paperwork. When asked if this was the same type of policy that a car dealership screwed us on she quickly denied they are not a car dealership and went right back to throwing papers at us and scrolling screens. Surprise, theyre worse than a car dealership.Went in immediately the next day, less than 24 hours later (and the bike still not in our possession due to being at another dealership) she refused to remove the scam of all scams: their freedom package. Shiesty, shady, borderline fraudulent sales tactics at this dealer. Plan to file a complaint with the BBB and the Fair Trade Commission as well as possibly speak with our attorney due to a COMPLETE LACK OF transparency with their loan process.The harley is great, its a harley. The floor staff was nice but the FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT IS S.HA.D.YBuy from ANYONE BUT a McGrath dealer.Currently playing phone tag with the owner but I highly doubt any progress will be made with that route as well.

Had a few issues getting the parts i ordered in a timely manner which was pretty disappointing but Woody took care of it and the service department found some other issues I needed to address.
