Set up our outdoor furniture, moved all our grills and asked where to set all the big furniture. 2 thumbs up!!!

We had a little hiccup with move in since we were locked out of the new place for an hour. They were so patient, and made the whole experience of moving so easy! Workers didnt show for work so they didnt move us. To be fair, the packers were really amazing. They were polite, efficient, and careful. Then the day of the move arrived and we got a call asking if we could change it to 5 days later (to move my mom into assisted living). NO! The manager refused to speak to us, making the office staff talk to us instead. They could have easily done our move first (the other movers we hired last minute completed the job in 2.5 hours) and then gone to the larger job, but instead, they prioritized the high dollar value job and stiffed us. For a small job in the QC, I would hire Lindseys moving again in a heartbeat, and Im never going to use Two Men and a Truck again.

This was my first time hiring a moving company to handle my stuff. I was at first concerned at what the cost may be and how careful they would be. Those were both unfounded concerns, I thought pricing was very reasonable and there was no way I could have done it myself for what they charged me ( my time is worth something). The 5 guys that showed up at my house could not have been easier to work with at all, super friendly, polite, and extremely motivated to get the job done. As far as I know there was no damages at all and my wife was super happy with how they worked with her to put boxes and furniture where she requested it to go. Overall rating of a 10+. Thank you so much for making our recent move much more pleasant.

I have moved a lot in my lifetime and dealt with several moving companies. My preferred movers were not able to accommodate me so I decided to support local business. I spoke with the office in a lengthy call to go over my items and this was after filling out the online form. I have a white couch that I asked for white glove service and it is now stained with handprints and the sides are grey from it not being wrapped and just put on the truck. They were late and I had to call the office to find out when they would arrive and no apology or discount was offered for that. The job was quoted at 8 hours with two trips and it took them 6 hours to make the first trip, so I am renting another truck to finish the job. The workers were ok, just not motivated to get in and get the work done. I unloaded just as much as they did and they left me with pieces to put together after they left. I wanted to like this company and wish them well and others a better experience. I let the workers know I wasn’t pleased and they said they would pass it along, but this survey is the first time I heard from the company. I was not so lucky and paid a high price for bad work.

We had a 3 man team. Matt and E were great! They knew what they were doing. Everold was banging my furniture around causing damage to my furniture and freshly painted wall in my new house!!!

They moved our stuff into a storage unit in 2017. Scratched up a brand new bedroom set. The boxes we took to Florida had broken antiques, lamp shades, etc. So I called them to move the rest of the stuff to Florida and their bod was OUTRAGEOUS. STAY AWAY FROM TWO MEN AND A TRUCK..

The staff is always so helpful and professional and they take great care with moving furniture. Super flexible with their schedule.Im also looking forward to their new junk removal program thats soon to be implemented. They are awesome!

Just reviewing the salesperson there. Otherwise Ive always has had good luck.

Arrived three hours later than quoted arrival time. Arrived without enough movers and not enough room in the truck. This caused complications not only for us but for our buyers. Movers destroyed our sleep number bed. Damaged parts value estimated upwards of 9000.00 Front office refuses to advise us what their plan is to replace/repair/reimburse for our losses. Management refuses to take phone calls numerous times. Phone calls not returned by management when voicemails are left on machine and with front office staff.

This moving company has no regard for your possessions. They lost over $700 worth of wedding gifts and other possessions and completely damaged our table and chairs (See photos). Their response was that we should “file a police report if you think we stole your stuff”They were also supposed to have all of our possessions out of the property by noon but took until 3 in the afternoon. They blamed us for not telling them how many boxes we had. Even though their crew was there packing the day prior and was supposed to be taking inventory.Terrible company and terrible customer service. Would NEVER recommend to anyone.

I worked up for a short time too many Indians and not enough Chiefs I asked someone when you get paid three different people told me three different answers was like no one knew what the hells going on then the first day I started everybody vanished from me and then I told the person in the office all she did was laughed at me and said it happens it gets hectic at times.

Mo and Johnny helped our family move my parents to an independent living facility. They were great to work with. They were helpful, courteous, and patient with us. We will definitely use them again.

Matt and Gage were the movers we had and they were amazing. I have used movers in the past that complained the entire time but Matt and Gage were helpful and willing. The move was very efficient and they were very careful with all of our belongings. They were incredibly polite as well. I have family that will be needing a moving company and I will definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck, specifically with Matt and Gage.

Will not use again or recommend to anyone. I am not sure what the point of a follow up is if there is zero intentions of correcting the situation other that I will talk to the movers about this and the movers basically said the same thing I would recommend speaking to the office about this. Feels great for your concerns to be pushed back and forth with employees just blaming each other and not doing anything about it. Since I am already moved, that doesnt do a single thing for me. So basically they were just hoping i would say everything went well so you they could ask me to leave a positive review. Very very poor communication during the entire process.

I just had a very good experience with this company and their two men (Lance and Gage.) I needed some larger items moved from one level to another and from one room to another. They were prompt, courteous, careful and strong! I really appreciated that they politely listened to me explain my ideas of moving the furniture so that there was less chance of damage to my woodwork, floors, and art work on the walls. And then they were just as polite when they explained a couple of alternate ideas from their experience that would be just as safe but easier for them! Im one happy Grandma!

Lance and Freddy did an excellent job of moving my furniture safely and efficiently. The move was projected at 5 hours and it took 2.5 and everything went undamaged. Would use again and highly recommend.

SO WORTH IT. You may feel inclined to DIY and use this chunk of money toward a different moving expense... but you would be making the wrong decision. As long as you are organized, packed and ready to go on moving day - this will be the easiest portion of your entire move! The 3 men that were scheduled to my move were quick yet careful, friendly and talkative but not distracted from the job, respectful of my neighbors, and handled all of the equipment - including driving a huge truck through my small community - like pros! I cant recommend this company enough. I even had a new neighbor see their truck while driving by, stop to flag us down, and compliment them as well! The office staff was flexible, friendly and informative. The move took quicker than the estimate, so I appreciate that they saved me some money and time. Overall, a great experience and money well spent! Will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and family.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. We have never used movers before. We have a new baby and early December is not the greatest time to move. I called a handful of other places in town and I couldnt get a hold of a couple of them. Others were nice but when I talked with Morgan I was sold. She was super friendly and professional. She assured me that everything would be handled. The day of the move the movers were right on time. We hired 3 movers for the day. two young guys and a slightly older man showed up. It snowed a bit the night before. That didnt slow them down at all. they came prepared. They had shovels, salt, runner rugs for the house and truck. They asked see what was going and we took a brief walk around the house. They got right to work. They worked hard! They took very good care of our things. They moved swiftly but were careful with all of our items. I had to tell them to stop and drink some water. Between the first load out and first load in to new house I grabbed them all lunch. They still didnt really stop. We did 3 loads and those guys worked hard. They were all friendly, professional, and had great attitudes. I gave them all a big tip on top of it. They were worth every penny! I dont think anything was damaged during the move. We couldnt have been happier! Dave, Michael and Tavian (19 year old super star of the move) We thank you! A+

After damaging my property, and putting multiple gouges in my new bamboo floor, they conveniently did not have their tablets, and were unable to take pictures of the damage and turn in an accident claim to their Supervisor, I had to take pictures while they were here with me and forward them. It has been almost 2 months and still have no resolution. Its easier trying to make jello stick to a tree than it is working with this group. They talk a good game until they get your money, then they are done. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointing with the lack of customer service, communication, and damages they left in there wake. 3 words. Dont hire THEM.Now they will of course respond and say they called us and we have worked it out and blah blah blah. Whatever. They only respond when you give them a 1 star review and make up trash because you cant respond so I wouldnt put a lot of weight into their bogus responses. Nothing is right and nothing is worked out.its called a dead end

I needed help unloading a 15 uhaul into a garage for storage. I was quoted $154/ hr for 1-2 hours plus $77 travel charge. It took them less than an hour to unload although unfortunately they charge a minimum of 1 hour. Overall it was a great experience. Germaine even followed up after they were done to make sure we were satisfied with the service. 10/10 would recommend

I would recommend that the company supply the gentleman that move us or anyone clean runners because they had wet dirty runners moving us.its not very professional looking as it did leave a couple muddy marks on my carpet but I was able to get them out.I dont believe that it was any fault of the gentleman moving us. I believe its ts the fault of whos ever responsible for those runners and sorry guys if its the responsibility of the gentlemen moving anyone, but thank you again as Ill definitely use you if I ever need assistance in the future.

Two Men and a Truck were absolutely fantastic. They helped me move out of my old home into our first home we purchased and made the experience amazing. I highly recommend them for all of your moving needs. They performed in a timely manner and they made sure to protect all of my belongings. I opted to go with this company for my move. The person I spoke to on the phone to schedule (Morgan) was above and beyond helpful, with all my questions and concerns! The two movers that arrived (I believe their names were Darius and Michael?) were amazing! I have a VERY valuable and extensive vinyl record collection, that I was very concerned about getting damaged in the move. They were so careful, thoughtful, and thorough in every thing they did.... and they were very nice and personable through what can be a very stressful time, if it wasnt for them. I cant recommend them enough. A very special thanks to all 3 people, and this company!!

I recently took advantage of the junk removal service. I am super impressed. The guys showed up right on time, were professional and got the job done quick!

On 7/25/20, these 2 movers moved my daughter from her house to mine, 3 blocks away.. Virtually every piece of wooden furniture was damaged, multiple walls/doors in both her house & mine were damaged. It took 6 hours to complete a job that should have taken less than 3. The only items to be moved were a broken down bedroom set, 2 living room sets & 2 desks. While I was on the phone with Mediacom, 1 of the movers walked into my family room & started to mess with my cable cords trying to assist me. I was instructed to move somewhere else so the troubleshooter could only hear me due to the multiple conversations going on. Multiple times the movers came into my kitchen to ask what I was cooking. They asked several times to use my bathrooms, as well as for drinks & water. My daughter has yet to hear back from the manager despite calling & talking to the scheduler, leaving messages & leaving a poor review. We have used this company on previous occasions with NO problems, however, this time, complete disaster. Both were brand new employees, never should they have been allowed to move without someone experienced/senior.

Broke a corner off my 60 year old beveled glass mirror, but they did get the couch in my murder house, and everything else is intact. (So far...)

We were very happy from start to finish with using Two Men and A Trucks services to move our larger furniture. Scheduling with Crystal over the phone went smoothly. She was helpful, informative and friendly to work with. Our movers, Michael and Kobi, were the BEST! They used care and caution in moving our items and listened to our suggestions. Michael and Kobi are super friendly and STRONG, and we would use them again if we need to! The follow up phone call (I didnt catch the name) went well, also. Our experience with Two Men and A Truck was very positive and saved our backs as well. They cared from the time we called to schedule until after we got things moved to where they needed to go. We had a phenomenal experience with our crew. They completed the entire move in less time than originally quoted and did so without cutting any corners. We had a crew consisting of Alek, Ray and Nate. All three were excellent and as accommodating as we needed. When we ultimately move again, we will definitely request these three again. They explained each step thoroughly and ensure we were kept in the loop on everything throughout the entire move. 5 stars all around.

Delivered as promised. Thought price was a little expensive. Moved a large whole house for $800 with another company and paid these guys about $270 to have a 400lb gun safe moved.

This is a great establishment for all adults. Very respectful and courteous to those whom, like myself, do not drink alcohol. The music set up they have with D.J.s and full bands is awesome. I initially decided to go with this company because the office staff was so wonderful. They were clear, honest, and were able to answer all of my questions. I didn’t ever feel that I was going to get scammed and they were able to accommodate my needs.Now for the move itself:We had 4 pieces of furniture that needed to go from one apartment to the next (a 3 minute drive). I told the office staff the details of the furniture pieces, the fact that there are a lot of stairs, and that the two couches are extremely heavy. The two guys (both very kind) showed up and immediately got to work. There was a little paperwork mishap that the truck driver took full responsibility for. They wrapped our couches and dresser. The mattress was wrapped by my boyfriend and I prior. This process took about 25/30 minutes which we were okay with because it was to protect our brand new furniture.After it was all wrapped they then tackled the big job of moving the couches to the truck (down a narrow 4 steps and outside the building). Getting the couches outside took them about 30 minutes. If my boyfriend had a buddy available to help him it would have taken them about half that time. They then loaded the mattress in which the cover fell off (I partly blame myself because we should have taped it but if they had carried it instead of dragged it this could have been avoided). So it is pouring down rain on our brand new mattress. No issues getting the dresser loaded.Once to the new place, the movers decided that the wrap on the couches made them hard to grip (although worker gloves could have helped with this). So they then spent more time UNWRAPPING the couches before putting them in the new apartment. As they took the couches up, our walls got beat up, paint got scuffed onto our leather couches, and the leather itself ripped in multiple places. The movers pointed out the damage on the walls and took responsibility. I said we can patch it up no big deal. But we did make them complete a damage report for the couches because that’s where I draw the line.These couches are heavy and the stairs make this job very hard so I fully recognize the difficulty of this job. But when I pay $130/hour I expect it to be done right. This job (moving 4 pieces a mile away) took a total of 2.5 hours when we could have done it in 1-1.5. The guys were nice and very apologetic, however I don’t think they were equipped for this job. We would have much rather saved the money and done it ourselves but we needed the strength of another person that I could not provide. We are brand new to the area and we didn’t have anyone to ask so therefore we had to result to a moving company.Again, the office staff was wonderful and I believe the manager is going to contact me to discuss this further. But as a heads up, the movers may not be qualified for the job and I think it’s just the luck of the draw on what kind of movers you end up with.

The move went well. Took longer than expected but thats not my complaint. The movers admitted to the Snap On toolbox falling off the ramp and being damaged. After 4 or 5 loop holes they have made me do, found out they wont cover the electronics inside. I have been nice and done everything they have asked. Started in October. Still no check in January. Now its going to small claims court. And a call to the BBB.

The guy who came to survey our place was great. Unfortunately, the office staff didnt meet our expectations. We waited for awhile to get our quote and even left a voice mail. Its a shame since the reviews were good. Guess we will take our business somewhere else.

Cant recommend this place enough! They were so fast and friendly. Freddy and Nate had the truck loaded and ready to go so fast it blew my mind. They also wrapped and protected everything. They waste no time and hit the ground running. They finished way before the estimated time. You will not be disappointed by these guys!

We hired Two Men and a Truck to help us move our big items in our home. The two men who came were on time, helpful, very polite and were just great. I honestly cant say enough good things about them. You pay Two Men and a Truck by the hour, so there really doesnt seem to be much motivation to hustle, but these two men were NOT lazy. They didnt stop moving from the minute they came to the minute they left. We would definitely recommend them!

We have used Two Men and a Truck three times to move furniture around the house and to load a trailer to move my Mom. They are fast, efficient and do their best to not damage walls or furniture. . I am sure we will be using them again because I am always wanting something heavy moved around the house.

Two Men and a Truck (Quad Cities) were great. We actually hired a third man to have it go a little quicker. They arrived early, were very respectful, and careful. We had two moves in one day, so it could have been a little tricky, but they handled our two moves well. I would have given them 4 1/2 stars, but its not an option on here, simply because our TV stand got a visible scuff mark about an inch long. I guess I could have protected the piece of furniture better, but regardless, they were great!

Great first moving experience with Two Men and a Truck. Billy and Francis were a great team, and they were very detail-oriented with packaging my furniture carefully for the move. My new location with stairs had me concerned on how they were going to get my furniture to the proper location, but they handled the situation very professionally and succeeded. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them for others to use!

I hired Two Men and a Truck not knowing what to expect, really. I cant say enough how surprised I was at how accomodating and pleasant they were to work with. They took excellent care of my things, carefully wrapping each piece of furniture. They dismantled everything and re-assembled it at the new house. They even asked me if I wanted furniture re-arranged once they had it in place! They worked very hard - I would hire any or all of them to work with me! -- and they were amazingly courteous; not just to me, but to each other. I enjoyed working with them and would definitely hire them again.

Great customer service and verification for moving day. Estimate was affordable leaving our bill actually lower than the quote. The 2 Men were super adequate for our move. Overall Very pleased.

Movers did a fantastic job. No damages to the furniture or the house. Job completed on time and as expected. However, an error made by the office staff resulted in the incorrect account to be charged.

The staff was professional and on time. The scheduling group took a lot of stress off of me by offering several times/times to fit my schedule. They treated my furniture with kit gloves which meant a great deal to me. Moving can be crazy and I have moved four times in the last six years. These guys made it a piece of cake.

The move was done ahead of schedule, and the guys were friendly and worked hard. My furniture was well protected with blankets, and they used blankets to protect door frames too. They managed to move a very large sleeper sofa into the basement, which I applaud. The service is more expensive than just renting a truck from somewhere, but worth it since they actually lift things and have the equipment to do it properly.

I had an item which was damaged during the move, so I called within the timeframe to report the damage and provided photos of the damage. They got back to me and said that damage to particle board is not covered. I asked why your company never let me know that, because I would have made alternate arrangements to move those items. They said it was in the pre-move letter and I looked over the pre-move letter and there is no mention of particle board. They said they would look over the paperwork, and then I was ignored. I reached out again and was ignored.I understand that mistakes happen, but I think its a bit irresponsible to have a policy of not covering certain items, but never disclose that to the customer until one of those items is damaged. I also think its a bit rude to ignore customers with valid complaints.

We needed some heavy furniture moved to the garage for donation, and picked TMAAT based on referrals. They sent 3 young men, and they were fast, careful, and polite. Could not be more pleased with them. Im sure if you are actually moving, that they would do a great job. Kudos to them.

I recieved courtesy calls during the move to ensure everything was done as expected and movers were meeting my expectations.Not only was this the most reasonable estimate, but the movers managed to have us do the move 2hrs less than was estimated, so we saved more than $200 from the original estimate.Will definitely be using this company again!

If moving can be fun, this was it! Our guys, Dale, Austin and Cohl were awesome. They were strong, careful, efficient and fun to work with. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

The three men who moved my family from Muscatine to Corning Iowa did an amazing job. They packed one house in the morning and safely transported it 250 miles and unpacked that evening. They were conscientious and courteous. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.Janet Phillips

Wow. They charged us and sent us a receipt with booked date and time and everything... never showed up, we called them and they said they declined our appointment but nobody ever told us. They still have our money right now, and we’re on our own for figuring out how to move our stuff. Don’t recommend, absolutely no empathy here.**Edit: we called and thought we resolved everything, and they promised to send us a check to cover the difference in the other company we got to help us (which charged us last minute pricing) and they never sent it and we were never compensated for their mistake.

The movers assigned to me were very helpful and took great care of my belongings. They also made sure to waste no time in the move, without rushing themselves as to be careful to not cause damages. They were also attentive to my questions and concerns, which brought me significant comfort using movers for the first time.

Two men and a truck does a great job.on time,.fast workers.gets to where THEY are going.unloaded PUT the boxes and furniture wherever you want things,never stacking boxes very high. Always treated us very kind. WE will always choose two men and a truck over anyone else. Very very reasonable On price.

Those guys were so professional, caring and strong. They moved my piano and Hammond organ, and I am seriously SO impressed with them! Highly recommended!

The men were nice to work with. They were very careful about the furniture and taking care not to damage walls or doors. They were fantastic and Id recommend them to others.

My wife and I used Two Men and a Truck to move the heavy stuff (sofas, beds, dressers, televisions, pool table, etc.) on our recent move. Guys showed up at specified time, worked very hard, and did a real good job. They were very careful to protect corners and doorways in our house, and wrapped pieces of more delicate furniture in plastic wrap to protect stuff even more. The leader of the crew and his two other crew members were so nice, polite, and professional my wife couldnt believe it. It was a warm muggy day and they didnt let that impact what they did or how they spoke to each other and us one bit. I would recommend Teo Men and a Truck to anyone. Good rates, good service, good people.

Our move went very smoothly. They took very good care of the furniture. The office staff and our 2 guys were very friendly and professional. We will definitely use them for our next move!

The absolute worst moving company ever. If they didnt break it they took it or lost it. You would be much better off selling your furniture and starting new then letting these morons touch your possessions. You pay for one more person however the extra person is so overweight he does nothing but sit in the truck. The rest of the movers, I use this term loosely, do not even know how to use a screwdriver. You will end up spending more money on replacing everything then you would have had you used a more expensive and competent mover.

I called them and gave them a list of everything in my home. I was going to be moving a week in advance. They told me Id need 1 truck, 2 men, $900. Cool not a problem. Then they call me the day before the move and ask the same questions again and this time they said I need 5 men, 2 trucks for $1700. I got angry, but said No. How about you move all my big things I cannot carry in my cars and I will move the rest, so please load the big items and leave the boxes. So guess what they do, loaded all the boxes 1st and leave no room for all my big stuff, then said Sorry we also need room for our things in the truck so it was not filled to the end of the truck or to the ceiling. I am 40, an ex-military spouse 24 years and moved no less than 50 times. We always have used Mayflower and they always did a great job, so we ended up having to rent 2 more U-Haul trucks and spending over $3,000 for it all, because this company was sooo awful!After they left to head to unload at my new home they forgot a tool bag and turned around with no one at my home except my dog and let my dog out my house by leaving the door opened and unlocked. My dog was running wild in the street when I came back. I was heated!!! They broke my washer, dropped it and smashed the back in and neglected to tell me at all. It was only 1 1/2 yrs old and over $1,000.Now I didnt see any movers while I was in the house. They had disappeared so I went looking to see where they were, and they were all in the back of the truck smoking and had been throwing the butts in my yard, so all my property was being smoked on. I am a smoker but do not smoke in my home, and I do not litter my butts. They are the worst company you can ever ask for. I was going to use a different company but the guy I spoke with on the phone told me not to that they had a bad reputation. Maybe he got them mixed up with themselves!! I will NEVER use this company again PERIOD!

Excellent work once again. I have used their services in the past so they were the first people I called for the second move. Although I swear I will never move again, if I have to move a third time, I would still have them as my first call. Quick, efficient and prompt.

I would surely recommend two men & a truck to others. We had a more difficult obstacle for them to get our furniture out of our old house. Bedroom furniture needed to come out & over a higher balcony. They accessed the situation, got creative & made it happen! The guys did a really great job of making sure that all my items were protected and move in a professional manner. They were very quick and effortless in the move process. I would highly recommend them when you are moving.

They are very unprofessional with their staffing. I applied, had an interview, was told to wait for background check, so I waited. When I tried calling the number listed and the number I was given at the interview both numbers led straight to voicemail. I have called at varying times of day and received the same response.

Extremely hard working, considerate and polite. Worked efficiently and placed the furniture as requested. They placed protective covering on items that required it. Our two movers represented your Company in an exemplary manner and a way you would be proud.
