Its a great place for instraments the staff is very helpful the prices are reasonable the store is clean ND they also will offer u to have personal lessons for a very small fee..(its charged only when u go in ND actually have the lessons) the dont charge u for wht lessons u didnt do or take..

Brought my bow in to get the tip replaced. They replaced the hair instead. Now I’m out for the price of restringing the hair and bringing it elsewhere to get the tip redone.

I had a stuck mouthpiece that had had been stuck for awhile. We walked in and they got it out in less that 2 minutes. The employees were very nice too!

Overpriced and rude employees. Go to West music instead! Employees there are friendly and helpful! Bought a violin string and charged me nearly double than what I pay at West music. Stay clear from this store. When I returned the string, the guy who did the return was very rude and condescending. I won’t ever do business with them again.

I wish the correct holiday store hours had been posted online. The website claimed the store would be open until 6p. I assume now that those are the regular hours for a Wednesday night. My family drove in to pick up a Christmas present only to find the place closed before 3:30. It put a huge damper over the holiday.

I purchased a used guitar there that had just been traded in. After further inspection, I realized the guitar had some issues that were not immediately visible. I called the store, feeling as though I had been scammed. They immediately sent the guitar back to the manufacturer, had it fixed appropriately, and got it back to me at zero cost to me. I was very pleased with their willingness to work with me, cover the costs, and the the overall friendly service I received. Would strongly suggest this place to music enthusiasts.

This place is a rip off. Dont use the school program if you have more than one kid because you cant transfer an instrument from one kid to another even though you are the one paying the bill! You are better off to buy an instrument through Amazon then pay the exorbitant monthly rental fees.

I turn over my clarinet to be repaired (the cork). 4 days later they say theyre done, but I take a look at home and they didnt do Jack and the cork is actually worse than before! Dirty money grabbers.
