Today made my second time to A.C . Moore and it was just as pleasant as the first. Because Crochet is my happy place Im always looking for great deals on yarn. Today I purchased three 7 bundle designer yarn by Isaac Mizrahi. Its regularly sold for $19.99 but its on sale for an amazing $7.50, and with my VIP Membership the deal was incredible.A.C . Moore is becoming one of my new favorite arts and crafts store.

I always buy very nice bracelets that I can give to my friends. The design are very unique. I also like the decoration items that they have with different themes. I decorate a room with beach items close to my swimming pool. I also can buy frames at very good prices.

Love! Love! Love! AC Moore! Great selections and, inventory. The pricing is a little elevated but they have gett nice choices for jewelry makers or crochet loves. I love the fact that they have done of the nice yarns Joanns and Miachales dont carry in store. For me its a distance but worth the drive!

Very upset AC Moore is closing down it states on the window 30 to 60% off store wide sale unfortunately it’s a bunch of lies if the item rings up differently then what was provided on the shelf, was wrong all they say is sorry we have a dead line we can change what it rings up ......... that’s it get out !! SMH I SEE WHY THEY ARE CLOSING. I loved Ac more now another vision has been shared smh.

The layout is a little weird. I usually can stay a long time in a craft store as I love them, but this store doesnt really give me that feeling. I really come here as it is a bit out of the way from where I travel. They have big selection of yarn, which is what I normally come here for. Sometimes the lines can get a little long when they only have 2 people on the register.

This is a great place to get many items for your crafts. They have beautiful frames for your home. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have great rewards and coupons.

They have things for every type of hobby. Prices are full blown retail but they give and accept coupons that you can use and get great deals.

I love the inventory, but their recent cashiers have been terrible. Theyre not helpful and seem annoyed when you ask them any questions. The one who was ringing me up was involved in a conversation with another employee regarding upcoming evaluations and raises. She was upset when I interrupted her to ask a question. I wish I knew her name, but she wore her badge backwards.

Fun store to walk through. Has different feel then Michaels and hobby lobby. Alot more wood crafts and true crafting supplies then those two put together. Left a star out because some items they gouge on. Just need to know what your buying is worth

Very well stocked but the customer service is not the best. Usually when I go there I have trouble finding what I need because of the sheer amount of stuff they have, and representatives are often unable to help me or they send me to something that I didnt want.... They need to train their employees better to recognize the items they have in stock and where to find them. In order to spare myself of this ordeal yet another time, I called ahead to confirm that they had what I wanted before driving all the way over there, and the woman was unfriendly and had no clue what I was talking about. Finally I spelled it out to clarify and she tersely replied No and hung up without another word...?Good store but they need to improve staffing

This Saturday I entered to see the store because I had some extra time on my hands for the first time.The store had some nice, pretty things in it but too expensive compared to other arts and crafts stores in Orlando, where I live. However I did like two columns on sale and decided to buy them and then start my nightmare.After a long line because theirs not enough cashiers, the attitude of the young cashier of lazyness, disintrest in helping the customer, lack of courtisity, I had to tell her to look for paper to help me wrap the columns and had do it myself with my daughter because she was so lazy,and not doing it right. When me and my daughtet finish wrap, I asked for tape she said we dont have any tape, is over.....I said how in an arts and crafts store you guys dont have any tape go and look for it....She say have to call the Manager to see if maybe She bring some type after call nobody show up, I ask her, can you please Go and look for some type?, Very slow, with disintrested attitude, bad face, doesnt care about the hold up in the line goes looking for the manager for some tape..... The process took us more than 15-20 minutes to wrap and pay some simple columns.Im sure if the cashiers attitude from the beginning was a little bit more enthusiastic and helpful, everything would have been more smoother and easier for everyone. We regret going to the store, hold the line embarrassing with the people behind us, and with the purchase in general, because at the door a big sign say Sign to the app store and save in your purchase today 55% off Is not true... at least, at the end of the advertisment small script will help and not waste time, filling and loading the app.Please fix the sign, to say 55% only in 1 product, and not on sale....Definitly first and last we are never coming back. What a waste of time.!!!
