I had to go there twice on separate days with check in hand to be able to purchase a used Audi. They were playing hardball with my credit unions financing and would not take the wire payment. I had to go back the next day only to find they would lower my interest rate down even more. So, at least in the end I got a really low interest rate and go with Audi’s Bank of America financing But they did make me waste a lot of time which was annoying because I work full-time far away. Although it was a pain, my car is absolutely gorgeous and flawless. I like that they don’t do the price-haggling and set their price online, and offer certified preowned vehicles which go through a 300 point check. I’m very very happy with my purchase.
After shopping around several months for a particular car and buying 2 other cars within last 8 months we have met our share of horrific dealers and sales reps. The experience at Audi Pembroke Pines was top rate from the moment you walk in it was absolutely incredible a pleasurable experience all the way to finance person. The staff is very professional and we could see how Audi takes the time to train their team.

Worked in to test drive convertibles. When I arrived I was told I cannot test drive because I will make the car dirty. Hahahahah. Unprofessional. Right? I fully respect you charge a markup on your exciting inventory with this shortage market. But I also immediately was told will be charged 5000 more on msrp for sending the order to factory and 4 month wait, that’s funny. Also it feels like I beg them for something when we talk and they are the boss especially the hidden manager behind the sales associate.
I got notified a few weeks after dropping my vehicle off for an evaporator change that my windshield was broken in the process and it’ll take 7-10 days for it be delivered from Germany, prolonging the service. A few weeks later, the tire on the loaner I was driving blew up while I was on the highway and unfortunately I had to carefully drive across the expressway to get to a safe location. Audi roadside assistance came out and changed the tire. When I arrived at Audi the following day to get the flat fixed I was then told by my service provider that my windshield was on back order and it wouldn’t be another month or two until it arrives. I got another loaner and a few moments later was called and told by Daniel that the wheel on the previous loaner was bent and I’ll have to pay for the damages. Something which I hope you can understand is frustrating since the only reason I was in that predicament was because my vehicle wasn’t ready yet- and not for what I originally dropped it off for but because of the lack of attention to detail that led to you all breaking my windshield. Daniel also went ahead and explained to me that I’ll be given the employee discount and would not have to pay any labor fees as if you all were actually doing me a favor. But the funniest thing of all is now a week later I get a call from Daniel stating my vehicle is ready to be picked up. I thought the windshield we were waiting for was on back order though? Anyway, that is most definitely the last time I will ever go back to your dealership for anything. Not once did anyone ever call me to update me on the status of my vehicle or windshield being on back order. In the Air Force we have 3 core values; integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do. You all should take some pointers.
Spent almost 1000 dollars for 75000 miles maintenance in my Audi A3 and didn’t perform the job well (date of service 28 August 2021). Next morning driving to Orlando the oil light was on at 0300 in the morning making me work to find a place to get more oil to fill it up. All they offered me was 8 dollars or filled my fuel tank when I called for the complain. This made me think what else they didn’t do. I was thinking about getting the Q8 but definitely here in US makes me think about it. Back in Germany where I got the car my experience was totally different. Now I see why this cars lose the value so fast here in US.

I was offered a loaner vehicle, I literally drove 7 miles total. The car had 460 miles in gas, I returned with 450 miles on the screen, and yet I was charged $15.40, I mean the tank was full. The explanation was the charge for the gas was $4+ and a $10 fee to fill up. When I returned it, I wasnt told I was gonna charge that amount, otherwise, I would have gone to next gas station and fill it up my self. That is ridiculous, I paid $700 for a service package and you charged me $15.40 for driving 7 miles.

My experience started when I went in to check out used vehicles. I met Lucas who showed me the perfect vehicle - test drove it and loved it. I then opted to test drive two new vehicles, both were not an option because they were not at my price point; and I was somewhat hesitant about the SUV. I told Lucas I would be in touch about the used vehicle, but later that week he called to say it had been sold.He kept in touch over the next couple weeks via text messaging. I went back to the dealer one Saturday to say I was ready and to see what was available. Lucas was busy, so he had another Sales person assist me. I decided on the Q3 and the color. I had secured financing and got my car valuated but he suggested I go to another place as they would beat all the offers I had received. They did not. So I stopped by later that week to see Lucas to find out if Audi of PP would honor the valuation I did online and they did. Lucas asked if I was ready to complete the purchase if they could make it happen that evening. I did not walk in to make the purchase but he made it happen. At 10:30 that night I walked out with a new car 2021 Q3 - S Line. It was a seamless process. Lucas was patient, extremely informative and he ensured all my belongings from my A4 were transferred to the Q3. When I walked out, I was tired but very pleased with my purchasing experience.Purchasing a car is one of the most stressful experiences one can have and I had no stress throughout the entire process. DJ contacted me after I made an urgent appointment due to a flat tire. He knew my vehicle from prior service and had already sourced the tire (RS series) and had it sourced for delivery same day. Wanted to share an excellent customer service experience I just had at this Audi dealer. On my way back from Miami to Tampa I noticed a low oil warning show up on my instrument panel. At 530pm I pulled into service lane to see if they could help. Without hesitation they had me topped off with oil as well as windshield fluid and air for all four tires. I had a tire problem...constant loss of air. I came in without an appt. I was taken immediately. Tires were checked. I was assigned to my usual representative, Joe Falco. The process was explained to me. I was directed to the waiting area where I was able to continue my work on my laptop remotely. A video was sent to my phone, explaining the evaluation of the car. My car was ready within 90 minutes, with a wash. Thank you Audi Team!

To make it simple I drove 60 miles to potentially by a car which I took a appointment for with Robert Pino, I also chat per email with the internet sales director Ivonne Travieso who put me in relation with Robert and I ask to both of them if the car was still available, they confirmed the availability and offer me a appointment the very next morning and then when I arrived my sales person wasnt working this day so a other sales person came to me and try to find the keys of the car but he told me sorry car sold .....Audi reputation as luxury brand supposed to be perfection not in this location apparently.
It was my first time at Audi Pembroke. When I was on my way there I realized that there was another Audi location closer and had decided that in the future Id go there. However, after my experience on Saturday I plan to remain a customer of the Pembroke location. I really appreciated seeing the inspection video along with the detailed explanation of what it means and how to proceed. Ailyn was very informative and helpful and gave me some great info about the services provided at the location for the future health of my car. I had an excellent experience.
Having purchased at least 15 cars over the past 40 years, I just enjoyed — by far, the most excellent car buying experience. Our sales consultant, Ron, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Melvin did a great job executing the paperwork. We searched for a late model CPO A5 convertible at four different Audi dealers…all of the other dealers were grossly overpriced. I highly recommend Audi Pembroke Pines — and Ron in particular! Well worth our trip from Naples!

I purchasedy via online. When contact by the dealership, I changed from my personal credit union to their finance due to lower APR. I completed the application and even applied a large down payment to receive delayed responses once I flew down to obtain my vehicle. I picked the car up on 6/29/21 and has yet to receive my second key, the cigarette lighter cover not the information to register for the MyAudi app.

I am really disappointed that my 2020 Audi Q3 that I leased from Audi Pembroke Pines has water leaking into my my car. What kind of a lemon of a car is this that you leased to me? This is supposed to be an AUDI> I am paying a significant amount of money monthly for this lease for a car that is barely over a year old and I have water coming into my car on a daily basis from the middle light console area where the review mirror is located. This is totally unacceptable. You pride yourself on being such a quality car and I have water coming into my car?? I am livid.
As an internet buyer from out of state, I couldnt be more pleased with how this transaction was handled. The way the vehicle was presented to me by the salesman was top notch, and I feel like they even went above and beyond to quell any concerns I had about the vehicle by not glamorizing the condition, but being more than honest. That actually made me more comfortable with my purchase and my salesman, Camilo Rojas, was absolutely exceptional. The transaction portion of the vehicle was fairly straightforward, but we had a ton of hiccups regarding the shipping. Camilo was very responsive, up to an including helping out on his day off, and I couldnt have asked for anything more! As a professional salesman myself, I admire his does dedication to the transaction, and complete focus on customer service. I also had interactions with a manager, Abbey Fayerweather, who followed Camilos lead and and truly finished things out for me! I went to Audi PP on Friday April 30th looking for a 2021 Audi Q7 and the salesman that received me was Luis Hernandez. He was very professional and spent quality time explaining the features on the car, made sure I understood how the process worked and was very nice and showed me the cars that were available in the parking lot. He spoke to my husband through video call and helped us find the right car for us. We are still undecided because the interior color we are looking for does not seem to be available at the time and ordering it takes several weeks. Regardless of the outcome of the visit, we are very glad Luis was our salesman, and if we decide to go ahead and buy one of the available options he will be the person to assist us in our purchase. I cant thank Luis enough for the time dedicated to us. Would recommend Luis to anyone looking for assistance in choosing the right car, he knows his job 100%!Ailyn S
If you have an actual car issue don’t waste your time here with their service department. While I’ve had some good experiences specifically with Joe, the Managers and Service member Daniel Gomez completely neglected my car problems (leaking radiator) and when I foolishly tried to bring it back to them they refused to acknowledge any wrong doing, even after explaining to me they “know more than regular mechanics” they still missed my problem completely my radiator was leaking again 2 days after my car being serviced. They refused to help me at all with covering the cost of JUST THE INSPECTION. So now I’m left with pay for another inspection or leave. They gave me 0 options for help, and the General manager can’t be bothered to speak to customers for weeks of calls. So I took all my receipts and information to my bank and successfully reversed the charge.
I was looking for CPO Audi A4 and Audi of Pembroke Pines had the lowest priced one (with the same equipment) within 500 miles by over $1,000. I worked with Kyle and he was very professional and very knowledgeable. Couldnt be happier.
Went to visit this dealership to get information on options for purchasing an Audi . I was not pleased with the level of customer service provided. I am unsure if all sales associates use this pitch when offering the options to potential customers which was “ I want to be transparent, we don’t give discounts on certified used cars”. I was a bit taken by surprise because I had no intentions of asking for a discount and simply wanted to know what was available. Just wanted to mention that if this is how sales associates are trained to communicate with potential clients, then you guys are leaving a lot of money on the table, as potential clients do have the option of choosing another dealership to do business with.

Adam Nadel did an exceptional job locating the vehicle, which was at the port in Rhode Island and was scheduled to be delivered to an Audi dealer in New York City. Through very hard work, Adam was able to secure the vehicle and have it shipped to Pembroke Pines. It was exactly what I wanted. Without his diligence this sale would not have happened.
