This was my first time shopping for a mattress on my own. Gyo, the manager greeted me as soon as I walked in and explained the whole mattress finder process to me. We talked about my sleep and what I was looking for. After finding out what was best for me, he put me on a couple beds and explained the different features. I really liked that I didn’t have to try 10 different beds to find one I like. It was just 3. I tested the base that moves and vibrates and I fell in love!!! Gyo did all he could to get me a good deal and I left so happy! My bed vibrates and it’s memory foam! I can’t wait to sleep like a baby!

Sheets were even available, slightly disappointed limited stock on colours to purchase immediately. I wouldve preferred white, nonetheless, they appear good quality and nice and soft. I was offered a mattress protector with cooling effect. Everything in 1 shop. Thanks!

The location was very clean, and Gyovany was very nice and very helpful. He asked questions to be sure he knew what we were looking for, and took the time to answer any questions we had. He clearly explained the difference between different brands, and styles of mattresses. With his help the whole shopping process was quick and stress free.

Yesterday was my first time walking into Mattress Firm, as a real estate investor specializing in rental properties I had purchased mattress from the big name furniture stores but figured I would give Mattress Firm a shot. I was extremely pleased with the competitive pricing and the gentlemen helping us out Hensley was an extremely knowledgeable and professional young man with great hospitality skills he patiently walked us through everything and was extremely resourceful picking up the phone and checking with near by stores for inventory to meet our pricing and scheduling needs. After we purchased our mattress we were not completely sure of the purchase. We decided to check another store. We found a better bed, with a better restocking fee, and free shipping. We cancelled our order with this store. They were really friendly about the cancellation. The only issue I have is they gave us a free pillow on our initial purchase, obviously when we cancelled we have to pay for the pillow because we cant return it. The pillow was $49.99. It is junk. We threw it away when we first opened it. They said it would be memory foam but it felt like lumps of cotton in it. Worst pillow ever. Definitely not worth the price.

Great service, i started at the location across from tower shops davie and they did not have the mattress i was looking for. Frank (i believe his name was) took the time to call other locations to look for mattress i was looking for. He found a close location at the Target Plaza and had Robert the sales agent ready and waiting to assist me. Robert was very helpful, informative patient as i took my time to make my decision. I Highly recommend both both locations.

My husband and I purchased a bed in 2016 that had a lifetime warranty from manufacturer unfortunately we had to make a claim because it started to sink now in 2020. But no worries we made a claim they honored it and gave us store credit!We then went to a Mattress Firm located in Coral Springs,fl cause thats where we reside now with our store credit and Melina was the assoicite that helped us pick our new bed she was very nice and knowledgeable and also worked with the Davie,fl location because thats where we originally purchased our bed in 2016. We were in need of a new bed and were referred to this store by a family member. Hubby decided to go in a few days before I did to ‘test’ out all the mattresses. When we went back together we were greeted warmly by Arthur and the lady there with him. They both gave us all the time we needed to decide on the right mattress for us, answering every question we had to the best of their ability. They were patient the entire time even when we weren’t sure we could agree on a bed we both loved. It was a very pleasant buying experience the whole way through, and delivery of our new bed was on time and done very professionally. I absolutely love my new bamboo sheets and pillowcases and the mattress we picked is just right. Having the adjustable bed also has been amazing as I have a 6 month old that I am still nursing and it makes getting into a comfortable sitting position a breeze. The vibrating feature is also my FAVORITE! Helps my body relax so much easier. We highly recommend Arthur and the staff of Mattress Firm Davie South! 😊
