I had to bring in my Altima for recall service. I was happy to be able to book an appointment online for my desired date and time. When I arrived, I was taken at my appointment time with Jorge Baez as my service advisor. He was extremely friendly and courteous. I was contacted with recommended service along with updates. My car was ready at the time I was told. When I picked up my car, Jorge reviewed what was done and vehicle diagnostics. I was extremely pleased with the service experience especially since I was apprehensive having service done at a dealership based on previous experiences.

Went into service on an emergency because I had multiple issues with my truck. My front bearing was shot and had issues starting. Rude Guy behind the counter said unless I had an appointment then he could do nothing because he was by himself all weekend. Thanks for not even listening to the severity of the issue. So, I called the Nissan Dealership where I bought my truck and they said because they should’ve taken me in immediately because it was dangerous to drive with the issue. Weston Nissan is convenient to where I live but I’d travel any distance before I ever step foot there again.

I went in to get my battery check and I was so afraid that since I purchase the battery from another Nissan (Royal Palm Beach, Florida) that Weston Nissan wouldnt honor the exchange if it was bad. But I was wrong, the service representative was very professional and helpful. They checked my battery and it was bad and plus they didnt charge me because it was under warranty. I had some bad experiences with previous Nissan Dealerships and had said I will never purchase another Nissan. But after my visit with Weston Nissan, I have changed my mind and decided if and when I purchase another vehicle and I choose a Nissan model, I will definitely visit Weston Nissan as my first choice of Dealership.

I bought 2 gtr’s from Weston Nissan. I bought a 2020 and my brother bought a 2021. This place is awesome, sales people are very friendly. Also the car was washed and inspected before we got it. Their cat service is also excellent, they did both of our mid pipes at a reasonable cost.

Your service department is running at ZERO STARS in my opinion. We brought it to your companies attention that there was rust happening to the rack screws almost a year now. 2019 Rouge with 6000 miles on it and still under warranty. We were told the whole rack had to be replaced under warranty and that it was being ordered. No one followed up. Our attempts to follow up fell on deaf ears. Fast forward a few months ago, my husband goes to Weston Nissan to press the issue. Everyone is trying to shirk responsibility. Finally, the service manager says he’ll handle it and says only screws need to be replaced and they’ll be ordered. Still no call back. Calling again. Finally a person in Parts Dept say they’ll take the initiative and see it through and after several subsequent weeks finally get an appointment to resolve the issue. EXCEPT IT’S NOT. After waiting for over two and a half hours past the appointment time. They say that they ordered the wrong screws!!!! Apologies are offered and say they will deal with it immediately. That was August 24th. Today is September 9th. No attempts to reach the service manager have been successful. No calls returned. Zero attempts from your company to contact us. Totally unacceptable. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!’

We purchased a brand new vehicle at this dealership. There were major issues during our first trip across country. 85 miles from our destination the van shut down and it was towed to the Nissan Dealer in South Colorado Springs. The driver had to sleep in the van at the dealership because it was so late and there was merchandise in the van. The van was checked and we were told that the motors fan fell off the motor and the belt that connects to the alternator also fell off. We have pictures and video to show it. This dealer and Nissan Corporate will not replace the vehicle or help us get the Van back from Denver! TERRIBLE customer service! They sell lemons and do not check their stock before selling their faulty cars.

Pedro Gonzalez is the guy you want!! He has excellent customer service! My son and I flew down from GA to by a van. We were treated with respect, and Pedro even bought us a pizza and Coke for our 10hr drive home! BEWARE!! Ive been taking my Nissan 2012 since 2018. All services were done only here. I felt it was the best thing since they are close and reliable. Big mistake, I’ve been paying for repairs they have made my car worst. I would take it in to get repairs and they would keep it for a week 2 weeks. Then the repair was never fixed properly. They damaged my armor console and messed with my dash. The service rep said it himself and told the manager Tony but it was never added in the system. Then I’m treated like a liar. They took my battery off and added a smaller one. They said that was the rated size now. The battery went dead and they added a bigger size like it originally had. They “fixed my a/c” which I have dishes out over $1,000 and it’s still broken. Last time I took it in it was working perfectly they changed the control panel for the air and it back to the same thing again. Now they want to charge another $600.00 for a blower motor or something like that. They just quote things and why wasn’t this checked before. I was always assured the car was fine, until a month went by. They messed up my electrical and my light switch for my lights. They won’t take responsibility for the damages they make and want to charge to fix what they damaged. Then you call to tell them and their answer is “ you didn’t say it was broken when you brought the vehicle”. I didn’t mention it bc it wasn’t broken. Tony is the works manager and has no customer service skills. Revolving door of service people and mechanics. They have a system and made me explain what repairs had been done to my vehicle. I told the service man if I didn’t have a good memory and forgot all these details. He said that they wouldn’t be able to help bc the system wasn’t showing them everything I was explaining. Incredible!!! A/C still broken. Put a claim with Nissan corporate and nothing was done. Manager won’t take responsibility and my car is too old is what the service man said. If that was the case I would have taken my business else where. Never again will this happen and never again will I purchase a Nissan. Incredible what these companies get away with. Swindle and take advantage of you customers is not a good look. So if you have a older model vehicle, think twice before bringing it here.

Buying a car these days is a torture, is almost impossible to find brand new cars. I went to six different car dealers, most of the Sales Reps at the other dealers were almost impossible to relate to, they were extremely pushy and obnoxious. Mark Mirand was totally different, he is professional with a great attitude, nice, and very patient. I hope 10 years down the road he is still here, by then I plan to come back and buy another car from him.

I purchased a 2016 Volvo S60 and I had the expectation that my $21K purchase (includes $4K limited warranty that Id 100% GP for the dealer) would be treated the same as the $900/month subscription that I have for 2021 XC60 (yes I am a returning customer)...I am sadly mistaken. I have a really bad experience with Nissan cars, I had my first Nissan 6 years ago, I got a Nissan Rogue in 2015, took really good car of my car and just finished paying for it and the transmission is gone at 87 k miles. now when I am doing my own research, a lot of people are complaining about Nissan transmission, is really trash, so my advise to everyone, do your own research because transmission will last you from 3 - 5 years and Nissan will not take responsibility. The cost to change it is $4,500 (around that price) but Nissan will lost more than me, because Nissan, never again. I hope this help in chosing your car, and remember to do your own research for Nissan transmission recalls or visit Nissan page in Fb and you can read all the comments about transmission recalls.
