This GameStop is really going down hill with its workers. The incompetence I have to deal with for a simple trade in is unacceptable. How am I supposed to be satisfied with service when I get an employee who isnt knowledgeable in a simple task. I was even originally given the wrong amount of money back and we had to sit and count out 5s rather than having a stress free transaction. Definitely reccomend training the workers before putting them on the clock. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Will not be going back here for a while.

Gamestop as a company regarding their website and pro membership program needs a revamp. This location however have always been very attentive and willing to help me solve my pro membership issues. Great service and great environment thank you.

Im never aloud back in this store ever again when Im hungover!! I spent way to much money,, but the guy was real nice..lol..he could of sold me the whole store..thank god he didnt...I left with over $600 less in my bank account..the struggle is real..thank you gamestops for making my kids reallllllll happy today😘🥰

I called this location 3 times no answer so I drove over there to location and its no longer there! Ross Store takes up a big portion of that area . I think location is gone.at least tell people in phone message your closed here and update Google information as closedWaste of time

Some places are with the wait, specially when you want games to play.This particular location was the closest one to us and man, do I regret coming here.Pretty empty and the attitude from the employees was not helpful at all. I get it, its the day after Christmas and probably nobody wanted to be working, but hey you are bless enough to have a job; or maybe thats only my moto 😒The visit was not pleasant every question we asked related to games availability or products was like a pain in the butt for them to answer, sour taste after coming to this location.

Picked up a switch, some classic controllers, and adapter, JUST so I could play SSBU, I also grabbed BotW and Pokemon go while I was at it. Store is always well packed with inventory, even on release day, one of the better GameStops that I have been to. Staff is great and you have to love the discounted gamer swag. Now I just need to wait until after work to Smash some friends, family, and loved ones. Super excited.

The employees are helpful and friendly. They are also adhering to the COVID-19 guidelines for allowing so many people in. Overall this GameStop is better the majority I’ve been in.

Big balding African American guy refused my return. Went in to return some games dude picked out the ones he wanted and refused the rest of the games. Horrible professionalism must be a franchise and not a real store. Dont go this store.

This isnt just for this location any gamestop in the sunrise/davie area i try calling and they never pick up its always “store associate unavailable”

They charge you for the warranty without asking and shame you when you notice and ask for it off the bill.Keep an eye on your screen to see if they charged you or not. They’ll mention it after you enter your card.

I wish I could leave NO stars. Big Guy with the beard in the front was not friendly at all. I called first and he wasn’t friendly and when I came in he wasn’t friendly. Horrible customer service I definitely will never be going back.

I waited 8 hours for an Xbox Series X and they put up a sign saying only 6 in the store at the last minute. Meaning I wasted my time

Theres another GameStop closer to me but I prefer to go to this one because of the sales, toys, and variety.Employees: Most are incredibly nice and helpful.Cleanliness: The walkways are always clean and the selection is usually organized enough to find what you are searching for.The only con I have is that NO GameStop has a public bathroom. Luckily the BestBuy next door has one, so if its urgent theres that.

I dont go to GameStop very often anymore as I feel like its kind of a rip-off to trade games in instead of selling them through other means but today I just didnt feel like going through the hassle. Regardless, I had a good experience there today with the manager who helped me at the register. Super friendly and wasnt as pushy as most of the other stores with renewing my membership or trying to get me to pre-order some game I didnt want in the first place.

Dude charge me the warranty without asking in one occasion second occasion dude acknowledge me helped me n made me wait in line while pretending to help the other lady, after 10 mins in line he decides to cash me out. Straight b.s during this pandemic

Good place to buy action figures but a few dollars higher than Target or Walmart. They do get collectibles faster than big retailer stores. Of course they are in business to sell video games.

Decent store nice and big but it almost seems like there is too little stock on the floor a lot of dead space. Cool staff never had a problem.

Funko pops!

My PS4 has tanken a tumble and I knew my hard drive was the problem so I went to this GameStop to see if there was an internal hard drive specifically for PlayStation. The employee had told me that I could not do it and that I should not even try. After hearing that I made my way to the BestBuy conveniently next door and bought an internal hard drive 2x the speed and 4x the size of the stock PS4 drive, formatted it, and reinstalled the PlayStation OS and am now watching YouTube on my new and improved PS4. Thank You GameStop.

Hey if your trading something in make sure James, the manager is helping you. Each time I come in for a trade I have to help the employees there. Like, it’s ridiculous how they have the information to do their job on the screen and still can’t follow basic instructions on how to check a device to trade

Extremely rude staff. Went to buy a charger that had been marked down to 9.99. It was locked up so I asked for assistance to purchase it. I said 9.99 is a good deal and he rips the 9.99 price tag off it and says its 24.99. I said but its marked 9.99 and his reply was not anymore that was wrong. I then said that was not right and asked of I could get there corporate number. His reply was Im not giving it to you, you can get it on Google of you want it. I will never return to Game Stop.

They have a large selection of collectables and often have cool ones on large discount.

They were very helpful and amusing.

The one girl is hot and she was nice enough to explain stuff to me.

Horrible customer service. Asst manager rude, arrogant and treats customers badly, to an extent that I would consider harrassment. Treats special kids (which are an immense number of their clients) disrespectful and hurtful.

Staff is always very friendly with a great smile. One employee ( a older man, mid 50s), is very rude, but whenever he is not there, i enjoy my visit!

I am here sitting for the midnight release of Pokemon. Im new at this and so naturally I sit in my car. Until Alexis comes out and recognizes who I am since my husband and I have dealt with her when we first preordered the game. She told me, go inside and ask for Jason that he will print out a receipt for you and finalize your order so that at 12 am you can pick up your game. Well, I go in and ask for Jason with the manager with bloodshot eyes standing next to him and neither of them have an idea of what the hell I am talking about. Seriously, gamestop, not everyone that shops at your store is a game geek. So learn to assist ALL types of customers including those of us who have never done this before.

Would give this location 0 stars. The people who work here lack: communication, professional staff, and knowledge.I always leave this location disappointed. The staff provides zero assistance, they giggle at customers, and behave like school children. They need some serious common retail training.
