Love the system, the staff and the customer service. We live in Davie and have a lake behind our house. We also have a pool and a tiki hut. So plenty of places where mosquitoes gather (not to mention...hello its south Florida) and can get to us. I waited way too long to reach out to MosquitoNix. I have lived in this home for 15 years now and have never enjoyed my back yard. We have always had tons of mosquitos!! Great service and friendly, professional people. We had a one time treatment the day before a pool party and we had a bug free day. In fact its been 5 days and the mosquitoes havent returned. We have a terrible mosquito problem in our back yard that is every day all year no matter if its hot, cold, wet or dry. The MisquitoNix treatment really worked. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

What a big difference around my home not having mosquitoes and noseeums around my home! Now going to the car or having a barbecue or hanging out by the pool is a pleasure! I never worried about the Zika scare around my home! Mosquito Nix has done a great job and helping us maintain quality of living in sunny South Florida.

Our technician is terrific and thus the user experience has been as well. While not inexpensive, monthly service is punctual and should we run out of misting fluid our tech is here within 48 hours (usually sooner) to refill our tank. Candidly, its the best monthly service of any kind we use.

The mosquito system is not effective and the customer service is poor. After speaking with multiple people and leaving several messages, nobody returns my phone calls when there are problems. They scheduled to remove the system and never showed up and now they refuse to honor their word promised to the customer. BEWARE!

The system has ony been In for Less than a full week and I allready notice the difference. The only mosquites and Nats I see are dead ones. But I can see that Lady bugs dragon flies, Bees and certain other benificial Insects are unaffected. The Bees and Lady bugs ar helpung to polinate my Vegitable garden.Thanks Mosquit nix. I am really enjoying sitting out in my Back yard and my front porch again.

Absolute worst. I would not recommend. They charge you a monthly fee of around 180.00 and do not show up monthly. I have made several attempts to cancel in person, over the phone and via email for the last 2 months. They will not let you cancel even though there is a money back guarantee. I live in south florida and never leave poor reviews but this is ridiculous. A technician just showed up to my house to today to service my system after I firmly asked them not to send anyone and to cancel my contract. Its like the mosquito mafia. Once youre in you cannot leave. Beware.

This Company is a BIG FRAUD; they operate under a different company name CHRISTMAS DECOR ( which i have proof your company installed my lights) charged me almost $8000,00 for christmas lights last year and this year want to charge me the same amount...refuse to return my calls and texts, i will report both company to credit bureau for misleading your client until this issue resolve.
