They have a large selection of medium to high priced items. It is a good place to browse and learn whats out there. I find their customer service lacking though. I asked where something was, a cashier pointed me to a section of the store where I could not find the item. You can; however, find employees at the cash desk chatting with one another while you venture out into the aisles on your own.

A gentleman by the name of Nix was very helpful and attentive to my needs. He also went out of his way to give me additional information on their promo items. Thank you so much Nix for making my visit there so pleasant.

Beautiful brows & more!If you’ve ever thought to get your brows done at the benefit brow bar but weren’t Sure PLEASE DO! Nicole is so gentle and sweet. My brows come out perfect every time. It feels like I’m hanging out with my girls while getting pampered. Never a dull moment with Nicole! I usually go in for a brow & tint service. She even clears out my brow scar effortlessly. Yesterday, afternoon my two friends & I were racially profiled & followed around the store by the security guard. I was so upset I almost couldnt find myself to complete my purchase. Something must be done about him. As much as I wanted to have a word with management I just couldnt find the words, I was too embarrassed to talk about it. Dont think Ill ever be going back.

I went to the Ulta Beauty Hair Salon in Tower Shop plaza Oct 20 to get a my hair root retouch with Lisa, after waiting 40 min she finally put me in her chair and went to take care another costumer she has taking care, after the color was done my roots didnt cover at all at the front.I decide to come back next day and Gladis take care my service and they told me they will remove the $70 credit for the day before towards to fix and retouche roots.When I went to paid 2 highlights on one side of my hair and haircut of half inches long, for my surprised they charge $60 for haircut and 30 for highlights in my hair.I spend for roots retouched, haircut and 2 lines of highlight in my hair $160.My hair looks good, since Gladis fixed but $60 for haircut it sound like they charge customers for their mistake.Manager at Davie Ulta, definitely needs some training, she is rude and far for getting customers satisfaction.

Its a strange experience to buy makeup here without trying it on but the return policy was very open. Buy it, try it, return it if anything at all is not what you want. The reason for writing this review is to thank the employees... the store was a little busy but all 5 of the ladies I came in contact with truly helped me.Even the manager repeatedly left her area to come help me. One lady went went back and forth looking for shades to match me and the lady who checked me out was patient even though I was driving her crazy.Very helpful! It made for a much more pleasant and successful trip. I have 2 young boys and it was nice to treat myself to new things and shop. They have a ton of selection. Definitely check it out!

When I first walked in to the store today, I thought it was going to be an overwhelming experience.Since, I am not a makeup expert I did research online to help save me time inside the store. When, I walked into the store I was greeted by staff right away. In conclusion, Cindy in the salon department made the process so easy and fast while maintaining appropriate social distance. Not only did Cindy retrieve all the items on my list, she also was able to ring up my order to avoid the long line up front. The young lady who I think is the makeup artist, 🎨🖌👄is really sweet. She is a pint-sized. 😊 fair-skinned Brown woman and has goddess braids. She informed me that she was also an esthetician, which makes sense, because she was very knowledgeable. She helped me pick at appropriate products,and was honest about what I needed. Others recognized how helpful she was towards me; so they flocked to her, and she was able to help all of us, withOut getting agitated and With a smile on her face!😊☺️🙂All was appreciated. Actually, there were 2 Other women in the skincare dept. who were Very polite and helpful as well.😊😊There was also a cashier with lavender hair.🧞‍♀️ She was very kind, sweet and soft-spoken.😊 I did not feel uncomfortable there.

WOW!!!!! I had the best customer service both yesterday and today by a wonderful lady by the name of Josephine! (I apologize if I’m misspelling it) she is usually at the front and yesterday she helped me with an online order. Today I came in looking for a natural powder for my face. I’m currently dealing with a horrible allergic reaction so I came in freaking out. She made me feel so much better! She showed me a product by PUR. And I honestly feel like I can trust her. She was incredibly kind and comforting. Outstanding customer service!!!!!!

Friday, 3/6/20 was my daughters wedding day. Mimi and Edie did me, the bride, her best friend, and the maid of honor’s faces. We had three appts but the salon was able to accommodate four of us! Always able to find the beauty and skin care products Im looking for. Sales help took the confusion out of all the options too.

The layout makes it hard to find things. Its relatively clean. The employee that greets you did so in passing like she couldnt be bothered. Didnt even look in my direction. Only one employee at checkout and she was helping someone who wasnt even purchasing anything. The place is stocked well, it used to have a greater variety of popular products but i find a lot is never heard of. Still, very much worth a visit if youre a fan of Ulta. I went for Redken shampoo and conditioner, but I think its cheaper at my hairdresser :/

She went out of her way to assist us, was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. When I first came to this store I thought the stuff will be expensive but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have pretty affordable products from various brands.Customer service is great as the staff are always happy to assist customers. They have a salon too where one can make appointments for haircare, haircuts, manicure, facials and brow shaping/waxing.I also love the layout of the store which makes it easy to find and access products.

From the customer service reps to the salon services and technicians, this Ulta location cant be beat. It is stocked, organized, friendly and checkout is quick even when there is a line. I receive excellent recommendations for makeup (the Nars rep was wonderful) that suit my age and complexion, without any sort of pressure or pushiness to purchase what I dont need. Ive been here for hair emergencies (even though its not my regular salon) and had amazing color correction performed. The staff is warm and sincerely wants to help, and that makes me feel welcome as a customer. This is my favorite Ulta in South Florida!

Its no secret that I have not a clue when it comes to makeup. I can count the number of times Ive worn it. So my daughters interest in the stuff seriously confounds me. But I digress. I went to Ulta to get a Christmas gift for my daughter. The staff there was so supremely helpful. The lady who attended to me ran around the store to get the best combinations of prices so that I could get everything on my list without going broke. Of course thats probably not special but she did this in the height of the Christmas shopping season on a Friday (I know... what was I thinking 🤦🏾‍♀️). It was a madhouse to say the least. I went in there with my two toddler boys who thought I had taken them to a playground with trinkets to play with. My SA was patient and engaged the boys so we could find the perfect gift. If you have not visited this Ulta what are you waiting on?

I love Ulta. You can find skin care products, make up, & hair care at every price range. I love the variety of brands that the stores have. The app is also easy to use & they now offer buy online pick up in-store.

Excellent selection of products at various prices. Higher end to drugstore. Staff are friendly but seemed overwhelmed with the volume of customers during my visit, I was unable to find a staff member to assist me in finding a particular product and as a result I ordered it online. The store has an odd layout and to get anywhere you have to walk around the perfume and cologne funk. Will not return to this store.

I am a constant shopper at Ulta. The Ulta I frequent is in the Fort Myers area which is extremely organized and helpful. I have been to many others when traveling usually finding the same great customer service.Not today! I went to the store in Davie Fl. The lack of customer service was so poor but I believe it had to do with the manager. She was so unfriendly and when one of the team members asked about a product she shrugged her shoulders and kept walking. They did not have any testing strips for perfume. Not one out!I was waiting on line while the manager and another team member were helping a customer. The line was growing. Finally she sent another girl over to open a register. When the girl said the registers were not open the manager said oh sh... loud enough for three of us to hear it on line.Finally she said to the girl helping her go to this other register. She helped me and walked away without another word. Very disorganized and very coldThe girl who I believe was the manager needs to be a role model so her staff will learn. She looked annoyed the entire time I was in the store.Yes it was the day after New Years Eve.Don’t work if you can’t be pleasant.

Ulta is a great store but they truly need more product for women of real dark complexion. Products to enhance our natural beauty, skin care regiment, help even out our skin tone, and not trying to make our skin tone brighter or lighter. Believe it or not most of us love our chocolate, dark brown, coffee, and cocoa color/complexion.

The managers working right now at this time are super rude. They don’t know how to treat costumers.

The makeup there is beautiful. If you would prefer to go and not have any help or input on what to buy, go on a weekday. However if you want the full glam experience then go on Saturday.

This is a huge cosmetic store with everything that you can possibly imagine for beauty. Theres makeup, face masks, hair supplies, you name it. Theres also a salon in the store where you can get your hair done, and thats specifically what I go here for. my hairdressers name is Lisa and I think shes awesome so if you ever go to this particular Alta in the tower shops ask for Lisa shell make your hair look great.

Lisa at the salon is an amazing colorist, stylist, & all around person. From hair crises to color correction to cut, she is always ready for the challenge that is my hair. I have been a consistent client, as her work is consistently great. The salon environment is always warm & welcoming.

I came in here one morning to get some help with finding the right product for my eyebrows. Im pale, so the few inexpensive cosmetics I bought at Target were just too dark on my brows.I was greeted by a few people who were stocking a shelf up front. I told them what I needed and a very friendly lady helped me out. She applied 3 different brow products on me and I quickly learned that I was actually using a product that was a little too light on me. She explained some basics about the products and how they work. I ended up picking a great color for my brows, but it was costly. Then I grabbed a brow gel from a less expensive line.I dont think I had been in an Ulta before, other than buying from them online. I browsed the store after, they have so many great products here. Beauty gurus will love this place! Its more than just makeup, they have a lot of hair products such as flat irons, blow dryer, curling irons, shampoo, brushes and so much more.I was also surprised to learn that they do hair cuts and blow outs at this location as well.My only gripe is that the prices are on the high side, but at least you can try the items before you buy.

I was in the Ulta store today at the tower shops at North University drive in Davie Florida I had some cosmetics that I got as a present and I just wanted to exchange them for other items because I dont use makeup I used shampoo body sprays etc well I had returned to the Ulta in Dania the day before and those people are so very nice and pleasant but here in the tower shops the lady call the manager to come and see if she could do the return because I did not have a receipt and I thought the store manager was very rude because she was whispering to the sales clerk something and then she told me she couldnt do it without a receipt and I got it as a present and the person who got it went back home and she wont be back in town to visit for several months if thatI would rate your Dania store at 5 stars the tower store I would rate probably a-10 for whispering at the sales clerk right in front of me something I thought that was very rude I probably wont return

I go to this Ulta to buy my normal makeup product all of the time. I also get my hair done in the salon and I absolutely LOVE Lisa Diaz! She is the only hair stylist that I will go to! She always has the best intentions for her clients and how they can take care of their hair outside of Ulta between visits. I love the cocktail of hair color that she uses to give me a dark mahogany brown color. I have already referred someone to her and they absolutely loved Lisa as well! I cant wait to schedule my next appointment!

I am a platinum member at Ulta and I love shopping here I spend lots of money. I know this Ulta is high demand they get inventory every Thursday., today a Thursday I went and I wanted a lip color and I asked an associate and I said I know you guys get inventory today and she did not even say oh let me check or you can go online, she straight up said I can not go in the back. No customer service, she was rude and I have been here before and other employees who work here runt o my rescue inventory or not to check for my item. Worst experience ever. I wont let this one bad apple employee to stop me from shopping there and I did not get her name but if I see her I will definitely avoid her, even if I need help because it useless asking her. Train employees to at least BS guest a little nicer.

I used to live in this area and now still travel an hour to see Travis to get my hair done. Hes amazing!!! Everytime I walk out, I feel like a million dollars. He does my color, cut, styling, listens to what I ask for, suggests his expertise (maybe bangs arent for everyone lol), etc... and hes a pleasure to spend time with. Everyone in the salon & store are friendly and knowledgeable.

She is very knowledgeable about all the stores products as well as being an excellent ambassador for her line. She was an amazing help in rejuvenating my tired old makeup routine in a nice way without making me fell bad for not staying current.
