First time I have been to a Winn-Dixie that I can recall and I enjoyed it. Its a big, spacious and clean store! Inventory is huge, if you need something youll probably find it here! Service is grade A, in particular a friendly accented gentleman in the deli section and a nice Self-Service checkout fellow! If I could compare it to anything Id compare it to Frys from AZ, and if I have to go back here, which I probably will, Ill probably get a free membership to get better prices! No complaints!Edit: Took some photos of the store, outside and inside, each isle and stuff like that!

I bought my meat at Winn-Dixie while it was on sale and the tenderloin was delicious and the prime rib was incredible they were tender cooked to perfection would buy it again can’t wait gonna go on sale again I’ll be back to buy make sure you’re watching the newspaper and when that prime rib goes on sale or the tenderloin go get it at Winn-Dixie you can’t beat the price

Today was an especially rough day for me coming out of dialysis and this one cashier called Sabrina was 1 person who came to help me. She is the most kind and generous person so when you shop at Winn-Dixie look for her and youll get the best service and smile possible.Laura E

Nice and clean recently renovated. Lovely seating area if you want to have a sub or something from the hot bar. The bakery makes some truly amazing cakes. Have a great special today buy 2 bottles of 19 Crimes wine that’s on sale for $9.99 and you get a free lobster tail! They also make fresh sushi here even to order if you can wait a few minutes. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Parking is never a problem. I highly recommended. They also have a floral department.

The food is always expired. 2 months at least. Ive tried shopping here a couple times. Yes the place is clean and stocked but be careful of sales because its always expired.

This is one of the newer Winn-Dixie. The store is very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, and an abundance of shopping carts available.

I know this might sound weird in Florida, but this is actually a pretty solid Winn Dixie.Maybe the only one Ive ever felt that way in.

The set up of the store is not great. Getting great veggies pastries and fruit before heavy things like water isnt smart. If you got youll understand. Its not set up like others. And once got pre made sandwiches, opened one up and the cheese had mold.

Big selection of vegetables and fruits many organic products and usually tasty. I prefer going there than publix very often as it is faster at checkout (self checkout) and also they have a big selection of alternative products

This Winn Dixie is so clean. Aesthetically, they do such a great job at keeping up with the other higher end grocery stores. Much much better variety than Publix.And BTW Penny in floral is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Almost every time we come in she smiling and greet us. She takes so much pride in her work. I hope that Winn Dixie understands how valuable she is. Her customer service is unparalleled

Prices seem to have gone way up! They raise prices to on Bogos to make look like a better deal. Meat deals are great on weekends, but lunchmeat and wing buckets and veggies are way higher than Publix or Aldi or even some things at Fresh Market

Produce is never really fresh. Lots of fruit flies. Bread reaching expiration date or past on shelves. Never my first choice but close and convenient for limited items.UPDATE: This place updated but its the same mess. You leave moldy fruit on display (photo). You dont fill up the produce that gets taken. I hate having to rely on this place. Always a let down.

This is a very clean and large supermarket. Selection is good, including wine. The aisles are wide so practicing social distancing is easy. Organics and produce are nicely laid out. It would be my go-to market if closer.

Tam is our favorite woman in the deli! Shes great and deserves a raise! They have a wonderful wings deal for 12.99 that everyone should try. They taste great and they pack as many wings as they can fit into the container. Well worth the drive from 136th. We love Tam 💘 the only thing that I would improve is the ID scanner system.....my boyfriends brand new florida ID doesnt scan (for beer) At checkout. However, my California ID does haha 😄 weird but whatever. We just use mine now

Aisles are wide and social distancing is easier to do than a Publix store. Found all we were looking for and saved tons.

Great sale until I read ungraded meat from an unknown Country. Just because the Fed said they could doesnt mean they shouldnt disclose

I accidentally picked up two packs of cat food because it was in the dog food section which is what I had intended to buy. I found it out when I got home, and tried to return them the next day with my receipt, but with a Coronavirus they are not accepting any returns. While I understand not accepting returns for food, paper towels, toilet paper and other Essentials oh, there was no reason for them not to accept the return. I would have been happy to switch it out for the dog food which was the same price and the same brand. Since Winn-Dixie seems to be having a lot of problems and stores closing, you would think theyd work with the customer.

Winning Dixie is Winn Dixie until you shop here, at this one. Weve always found it to be clean and Customer Friendly. We like their nice fresh Produce and Trademark Beef (and meats) by the Beef People. They have a Wine Section and a healthy conscientious Natural Foods & an Organic Section, as well. Our neighborhoods convenient Marketplace!

Just moved to the area and its a really clean store. I mean I was shocked. Ive worked in retail and currently work at a grocery store myself but I was blown away by the presentation of this Winn-Dixie. The cashiers were nice and store was extremely well stocked. I might sound like Im hyping them up but Im just giving credit where its due. When you first walk in its flowers on the left and smiles on the right. Definitely gonna continue shopping here.......(maybe I choose the work chain to work for.🤔🤔🤔 lol)

Clean store, I was amazed that an employees job was to clean the screens at each register. When he finished one side he went back to the beginning. Very impressive. They had awesome bogo offers.

Clean, well organized, and well stocked. They had everything I came in for with a few surprises like fudge.

I was craving steamed crab legs and came to this Winn Dixie since all between Griffin and Pines closed. The guy at the seafood section was pleasant. I ordered steamed crabs extra cajun. I waited 10 minutes. And I absolutely enjoyed every bit of those three crab leg clusters. 🦀🦀💙💙 when you want something and youre able to be served with pleasantry and immensely enjoy your order, you cant ask for anything else but a second go round. This Winn-Dixie is very pleasant to visit. And the fact they have grape Kool Aid is a huge plus. Oh, and their hot wing are awesome too.

Best Winn Dixie Ive ever been to. My 1st time there that I ever did grocery shopping. So I way unfamiliar with the layout. The Staff noticed, I was a Newbe lol, so they took initiative to come up to me and ask if they can help. Awesome, got to give respect to them. Will be coming back again. Thanks everyone.

Horrible customer service and not the right way to treat a customer that’s been shopping there over 8 years.I accidentally grabbed the wrong baby formula for my 2 month old baby. My son can’t drink this it is bad for his health and he chokes on it. Doctor recommended a different formula which they had there available. I spent over $100 in baby food.They refused to do a exchange after they told me it was ok to do so. If something happens to my baby they will hear from my lawyers.Just not the right thing to do! A baby’s health is a game. Sorry we are in a pandemic and i can’t afford another $100.Customer service is key to running business even if the business loses a couple of dollars.

I brought some orangic chicken wings today when I got home to cook them it was a bad odor. The meat wasnt any good. Becareful with the meat section.

Worst managers and customer service! Stay away from this store. We accidentally picked the non-organic apples in plastic bag and went back to return the unopened bag right away but the managers refused to exchange or return our money back. They’re taking advantage of the ‘virus’ as a perfect excuse to deny exchanges of items or refunds, meanwhile their employees are touching all items without using gloves..If you shop here keep your eyes open on the employees hands, they go out smoke cigarette and go back inside and your they do not wash their or clean their hands..

This store should be a model for all Winn-Dixie stores. I typically refer to this chain as Lose-Dixie because many of their stores are awful relative to competitors but this location is an exception.

Very bad experience with the management, it happened for me to forget my mask, and i went to theyre customer service to ask for a mask, they told me that they dont have, i taught that just they in that section dont have, and i went to continue my shopping, after a half an hour they came to me ans they kicked me out very mean, i explained them that i forgot my mask and if she have one, and the employee tells me that i have to get out of their store because they dont provide mask. This never happened with me, every store i went they had mask, and i beleve the fact that they are a respected store, they might be able to have mask for people that forget, i was veryy disappointed, i will never come here again . They have a bad management and is not worth it. If i was able i would give a 0 star review. Dont go here it it happens to forget your mask they will be mean and aggressive about it .

I promise the more north you go, the better the Winn-Dixie’s are.I was heading back south and was looking for a Winn-Dixie that I had not been to that wouldn’t take me too far out from my way home. Luckily two were in the vicinity but I’d already been to the other one, so I chose this one.Much like the other location, it was nicely laid out. The produce section was massive with lots of options and everything actually looked fresh (I usually don’t buy produce from Winn-Dixie).The meat (beef) section was a little scarce but perhaps that because people had already been through there. However I was still able to get some for my dog. The household section was completely scarce but those are essential items and I’m sure is due to the pandemic. I didn’t need anything from this section but noticed it.I just love how this new layout (idk if it’s really new but the Winn-Dixie in Miramar isn’t laid out like this) has all the refrigerated items on one side. It helps me remember (when I forget to write a list) everything that I need.Definitely would come back when in the area!

I went to this Winn-Dixie with my grandfather who apparently goes everyday. What stood out to me about this location was the customer service. He knew almost every employee in the store by name and they knew him! They seemed genuinely excited to see him and help out with whatever he needed.

I enjoy this location very much. Its clean and it has very good selection of items available.

The GM of the store Wayne started yelling at me from the other side of isle 4 as he approached me this morning asking me to leave my bicycle outside of the door. I apologized and said I usually do however my $1,900 cannondale bike was attempted to be stolen outside 2days ago and they broke my lock. I Have not been able to get over to Walmart for a new one yet. (I am also in a full arm cast from broken arm) This is why I came at 7:55am not to disturb anyone. Also there were only three people in the store at this time in the morning. I understand there are rules however in three years of going to this store almost every other day and Ive never even seen this (GM) before. Not to mention he was mumbling under his breath as he walked away,,, not exactly how a GM should treat others when approaching them or walking away. Have some manners and class... welcome to 2020.
