One of the best storage places in Davis. Reasonable rates, exceptionally clean facility, good security. The staff is really friendly as well.

One of the cleanest self storage facilities i have ever seen! I would call it spotless. Floors are clean and the facility is not all beat-up.Easy access. The driveway makes it easy to navigate large trucks into the facility. An extra tall covered parking bay keeps you out of the sun, wind, and rain.They also have plenty of equipment to get your items to and from your storage locker...good moving equipment. Dollies, carts all in great shape.Use the elevator or stairs to get to the second floor.Staff is awesome too. Friendly and helpful.

This storage is safe and secure. Ive been using 2nd Street Storage for over two years and Ive never had issues. The storage units are clean and dry. Since the storage spaces are indoors Ive never had an issue with mold, mildew or pests. My only complaint would be that prices creep up every year.

Many units have no monitoring by their video cameras what so ever. They can do nothing to help when the unit gets broken into.
