Very reasonable pricing and professional work. We had an additional issue where the handle for the tailgate broke off, no doubt an accident and would have happened to the next person opening it. The technician told me and contacted his manger immediately. Within a couple of days they had replaced the handle as well. From the technician to the management, this is no doubt a great group of professionals

I called on a Saturday and they were able to get me on the upcoming Monday. They worked with my insurance and gave me an unexpected coupon the day of service. Very grateful for them as every other company was over a week out to come fix it.

I was given a reasonable time window that the service would happen and he called ahead when he was headed my way. Made appointment at 10:30 am Tuesday. Next morning at 8:30 am tech was here. Took him about an hour to put windshield in. Can’t begin to tell you how courteous an professional this man was. Implored me to call if I wasn’t completely satisfied with the job. I was just so impressed. And the price was outstanding!!!saved over $100 from my other estimate at another company. Couldn’t believe it. Wow

Called, and made an appointment several days ago.Their website said Monday was open, but when I called, it was not.Tuesday was open, so I scheduled for then. Cancelled work for the entire day. Waited patiently with the vehicle outside for the technician to arrive for SIX HOURS.I received no voicemails or text messages from the unlisted number that calledAll that they had to say about it was, I guess we are going to have to reschedule...Will never use this company, nor recommend them to anyone else.Thank you for disrupting my schedule, wasting my time, and not showing up to an appointment that I was relying on to meet crucial deadlines. Your company was both a burden on myself, and others that had had to wait.May I have the $300 work day I would have otherwise scheduled back? As well as the embarrassment I went through in front of my friends and family?

I had a great experience with Glass America when I needed my windshield replaced. They were much more cost effective than going through Safelite and were able to come out the next day from making the appointment. The tech arrived on time and did a great job with the install. What I was most impressed with was after the install I received a survey in my email. I filled out the survey and noted a few minor issues we had with our experience and within 10 minutes of filling out the survey they called to make it right. Great customer service! Highly recommend.

Ive had three windshield replacements through them over the past few years. They always help me with filing the insurance claim, they are alway polite, and I have always been satisfied with their work.

Scheduled an appointment 11 days in advance for an AM repair (9-12).They called and confirmed.Then called to say they’d be late.Then called to say they’d be really late.Then called to say they weren’t coming since they kept getting work orders added by their home office.I rescheduled for another day after having waited for them from 9-4.Their work was good but I would not hire them again because of their inability to keep appointments.

I stopped by to get some advice pertaining to an issue that Im having with my windshield and some autobody work. I was very grateful that they took time out of their busy schedule to have a look at my car, give me advice and give me their honest opinion even though I was not a customer or client. And for that I respect them very much. I am sure that they do stellar work.

Quick and reasonable

Very quick, VERY professional, and less expensive than expected.

This place strung me along for over a month. I paid the extra difference for OEM Glass and Molding. Weeks later I get a call to schedule my appointment for install, but they dont have the OEM molding. I asked them to please correct it. I never heard back, so after a couple more weeks I called Glass America and a CS rep told me they would have someone contact me right away. I never heard back again! A month and a half after opening a claim and pre-authorizing a payment I never get a call back, so I had to contact them directly and cancel everything. Im taking my business somewhere else.

$130 for a rock chip, mobile service only. I am looking for drive in and cheaper.

On the one hand, I was irritated because I was forced to drive to Moraine, when I had been told that they would be able to come to my house. Once I was there, however, the work (drivers side window replacement) was done lightning-fast (45 minutes from sign-in to sign-out), with courteous staff.

The prices and service are the best I have seen.
