I purchase a sofa and love seat from Morris. I initially wanted to pick up the furniture but after getting prices to rent a Uhaul, it would have been around the same cost to have it delivered. I called my salesperson and decided to pay the delivery cost of approx. $160 and have it delivered. My furniture was delivered by three young men who were very nice. The one man carried my love seat into the house by himself on his head.Once the furniture was in and I had a moment to inspect it, I noticed that the protective fabric cover on the bottom of the love seat was torn in several locations. I called the store several times and left a message. I eventually did get in contact with someone. I explained the condition of my love seat that was delivered. I was told that this happens sometimes. Well, this doesnt happen if you transport the furniture carefully, and not like a bag of potatoes. I was told that they could send out a replacement piece of fabric that I could tack on the bottom. I told them that was not acceptable. They did agree to send someone out to fix the chair. Otherwise, I would have told them to come and pickup the love seat. I then decided a couple days later to look for a couple end tables. I bought a set of end tables at a decent price. I chose not to have them delivered,so my son went to pick them up. My son went to pick them up. They opened the box up for him so he could inspect it before taking it. He looked in the box and could not find the tops to the end table bases. My son questioned the man. The man looked at my receipt and apparently my salesperson did not add the tabletops to the purchase. I dont know what I would do with end tables without tops. Why would you sell them to someone a table without the tops. So now I am left with either returning them or purchasing the tops separately. My son drove more than 50 miles round trip to pick up the end tables. I attempted to call customer service as I was unable to locate her business card. I was on hold for 15 minutes. Eventually, I elected to press number one and leave a message. I left a message, but I didnt want to because last time a left a message for customer service, I never did get a return call. The only good experience I did have was my sales person, who was very pleasant.
Had such a great experience here. The salesman, Doug Meister, was really nice and helpful through the whole process. We had never purchased furniture before (all hand me downs) and he made it a breeze. From financing to delivery, everything was perfect - not to mention the great deals. So happy with my new furniture!
My husband and I just closed on our first house and really needed new couches and dining room table to be able to entertain and have family over for holidays. Bobby at the Harshman store really helped guide us to what furniture we were needing. He also took the time to make sure we got a really good deal on a couch, loveseat, and dining room table. He really went the extra mile. I would recommend requesting him if you are looking for a salesman that will do the extra stuff to help you and he really cares!
Truly scummy sales tactics during their store closing liquidation sale. I was looking at a very expensive sofa and love seat, originally priced at almost $6,500. Their initial offer for the sale was $4,800. The next round of discussion got us to $3,300. It was almost finalized and then I looked online for pricing, reviews, and competitors since they wanted me to buy as is. On their own website the set was listed at $3,400 for the memorial day sale. I walked out. The initial offer was just over 40% MORE than just buying it from their website. The negotiated offer was basically $100 off and free delivery. Not much of a store closing sale. More likely just an opportunity to separate people from their stimulus money. Morris furniture will never have a dime of my business.
Monica was great to work with, but the financing company was a nightmare and trying to get through to anyone to confirm our delivery was a 35-75 minute wait on the phone. The message while on hold gives an email to use for contacting customer care. I have reached out via email and via the contact template on their website and not received a reply.Our delivery did end up arriving today (though I had to go down to the store and speak to someone in person to confirm this). However, they arrived with the wrong table and chairs. The delivery driver compared the item number to what was on our receipt and they werent even remotely similar. Worst of all, we dont know if they simply loaded the truck with the wrong item or if the warehouse shipped them the wrong item. The driver submitted an urgent alert regarding it, and we are supposed to be getting a call to sort everything out. Im not holding out much hope for the call to actually come through and expect I will end up having to make another in person visit to try and get this sorted out.***I dont recommend this company to anyone.***Also, regarding the copy&paste response posted on all the negative reviews here, that is a joke and not a funny one because I clearly stated I have sent two email messages regarding this situation and not received a reply. Why would I continue sending emails that are probably not even read?
Great place to get a deal...now! We had the pleasure of being assisted by salesman James A. He provided excellent customer service, searched the entire store for the kind of chairs we were looking for, and even helped bring out items to the car! Great place to get great quality items.
I ordered three thousand dollars worth of furniture from this place. I was told it would be available for pickup the first week of July. We are about to head into the third week, and still no call that it’s ready. I understand things may be moving more slowly due to covid, so I call just to check on where my items are or when I should expect to get them (I have a baby due in NINE days, which is why I tried to make sure the furniture would be ready prior to my due date with time to spare).. I called the store, nobody answers. Voicemail full? I click on the customer care option... it says call volume is high and my wait time will be 20 minutes. I ended up waiting AN HOUR AND A HALF on hold, ONLY TO BE HUNG UP ON BEFORE ANYONE ANSWERED! I have been calling and calling and calling today trying to get ahold of SOMEONE, ANYONE. Have not spoken to a single person!! I emailed the customer care email listed in comments here, ALSO no answer or response! This is absolute BS! I have NEVER had an experience like this ANYWHERE. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother ordering from here or any of the associated locations around the Dayton area. Just look at the reviews for the other locations, they all say the same thing.
We were in the market for a massage chair, having suffered with a back muscle spasm for many years. Looked at them online but wanted to experience them in person before making the decision to buy. Morris was the only furniture store in the local area that had them to try out. The sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful and the stores flexible financing made it possible to easily purchase. From beginning to end, our experience was a good one! Would recommend to anyone in the market for such an item, to check out Morris Furniture Stores. I dont think you will be disappointed.
This particular store is running a sale because they are closing. When we walked in a nice man came over and showed us same prices and led us to the bedroom sets. We picked out a set and he wrote down the prices and then said he would take $800 off that price which brought it to about $2,000 and then go talk to the “liquidator” on site to see how much lower they could go. He left then came back and said his “boss” had 3 questions: 1. Could we wait 3-8 weeks for delivery. (Yes) 2. How would we be paying. 3. Were we buying it today. (No probably not since this was the first place we looked). He left and came back with his “boss” Travis. Still not sure if Travis was a liquidator or actually worked for Morris. Travis was extremely rude. He said he couldn’t give us a price until we committed to buying it now. We said we didn’t want to and that we were satisfied in knowing that it wouldn’t be any higher than the $2,000 and it was in stock in the warehouse. He SHOUTED at us and said “fine, I could sell this for $300 right now if I wanted!”SO. RUDE. and not at all how business should be conducted.Needless to say, we went to Furniture Fair and spent $7,000. They were amazing! Go there instead!
I went with my cousin to help her decide which couch to buy, as she had been there the day before looking. She asked for and got, the same sales person who not only remembered my cousins name, but had also taken notes as to the 3 sectionals she was most interested in along with what she wanted/did not want in a couch (believe me, my cousin is VERY picky). The sales lady was extremely personable, down to earth, and did not try to pressure her into anything she wasnt receptive to. She answered all our questions and explained in depth anything we didnt understand. Their prices werent outrageous and they had a good selection. This will be the first place I go to when I start looking for new furniture in the near future. Very impressed.Side note: I also went here with a friend in 1990 to help him pick out living room furniture. He purchased a couch and chair. Three years later we ended up married (didnt see that one coming!) and we had that furniture until we bought new stuff in 2003. At which time we gave it to my best friends daughter who had it several more years. Good quality furniture!
Purchased a recliner on 6/6/20 was supposedly available at their warehouse in Fairborn. Went on 6/8/20 to pickup the recliner was told it was sold out and would be back in 7/1/20. Went today to pickup recliner was told wouldnt be back in stock until 9/19/20. We were told by the warehouse employee to go back to the store where we purchased the recliner. Went back and was told no refunds no exchanges and mind you it does state that on the receipt. I wouldnt do business with these people they dont honor their commitment to the customers and have terrible customer service. Was basically told if I didnt like it I could take them to court.Way yo take care of your customer Morris Furniture.
Bought my couch as shown in picture. Spent $1200 on it and still don’t have it. The whole reason I got it was because it was in stock and the manager has been giving the run around saying that still hasn’t come in yet. I have two small kids and frankly I’m sick of laying in my room . Giving me my delivery fee back doesn’t really help the fact that I still don’t have my $1200 couch.

I purchase some furniture on 5/7/20. Paid In full after getting home. I was told there is a 3 day money back policy. I decide to cow cel the order. I called first thing the next morning. Asking if I could cancel my order over the phone the transaction is still pending I. My account. I was told that the manager Thomas had to cancel the order he would call back. I had to called the store three different times throughout the day. Thomas is so busy that he never return my call or cancel my order. Still waiting on my money back 🤬
I am not much of a review writer but I believe this horrific experience deserves one. We have had nothing but problem after problem with a table I have purchased from Morris Memorial Day weekend. Here it is November and still not resolved. Most of the time when I reach out to guest services, they tell me they will follow up and give me a call back. I hardly ever receive a call back.The table was delivered with missing hardware. The hardware was ordered and received by Morris. At that point they then lost the parts and had to reorder them. Three weeks later we have a delivery team come put the table together. There were damages to the wood of the table, so we sent it in to be repaired. The table came back with more damages than it had when we sent it in to be repaired. At this point we had a Morris repairman come out to repair the table. The damages were too bad and the table had to be reordered.Four weeks later the table comes in and I schedule a delivery for three days later. The morning of the delivery I call because the tracker app was not working as it had in the past. The delivery service department proceeds to tell me that my delivery has been cancelled. THEY WERENT EVEN GOING TO NOTIFY ME THAT THE TABLE WAS NOT COMING THAT DAY!!Three calls later in the same day, someone finally told me that they had misplaced the table in their warehouse. THEY LOST IT IN 3 DAYS!!! It is super pathetic that this is the second time they have lost my order in their warehouseNo one will talk compensation with me until it is complete, but at this point I need to know if the compensation will even be worth it to move forward with this disaster.Their customer service and follow up is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. All I want is a complete table with no damages, but that is apparently too hard to get.
Worst experience ever. Was sold a couch they said they had at another store, turns out they did not. Tried to move our shipment date all they way to August 31+. We purchased May 23. Waiting over 3 months for furniture is unacceptable. When we called about cancelling we were basically told too bad so sad all sales final. I dont think so, Im not waiting until Im out of my credit card protection period and hoping I eventually get furniture. I wont ever buy from Morris again.
I ordered a sectional on 10 Nov and finally got it 22 Jan. One piece was broken when they delivered. It was hit hard at some point and broke the back of the sectional in multiple places which you could feel though the fabric. They took the piece back and I found they just repair it there and return to you.If I had known this was their policy up front I would never buy anything from this store. I paid good money for NEW furniture, not something that was broken and repaired.All I got from them was tough its in the fine print!Not a company I would ever buy from again.
*UPDATE* It has been nearly 2 weeks since I got a response from the owner about my review (see below). I did as he said and sent an email with the purchase order number. Cmon Morris Furniture and do the right thing.***I would give zero stars if I could. My wife and I purchased a reclining couch in mid August from Morris Furniture. It was delivered damaged. At first, customer service was great. They sent out a 3rd party furniture repairman out to look at the couch. He said that the frame was bent during set up or delivery causing damage to the reclining mechanism and he would have to order a replacement part for it. He said that the part would be delivered within 4 weeks. A few weeks after the part was supposed to arrive, I called customer service again. I was told that since it was NOT an Ashley couch, the part would take a few more weeks to come in. Another call was made in October, I was told that the part was shipped and I should have it within a few days. I called back in the middle of November and was told that the part was not sent. I was told by customer service that they would call the manufacturer and see what the delay was. Now its December. No calls back and my couch is still broken. So I guess if you dont buy Ashley brand furniture, Morris does not stand behind their products. I will call AGAIN this week to see what excuses they have in store for me this time. All I want is a functional couch.

The furniture is great! Sales people fabulous!Their call center that takes customer service calls is horrible!!!! You can not get anyone to answer and are literally waiting for people to pick up for at least 10 minutes. Ever. Single. Time.They either need to have more answering or update their system to tell you how many callers a head of you or something. Anything to let you know you’re not being ignored. And they have an option for leaving a message but they do not reply to even that.
I spent over $3,400 on a sofa and a bedroom set over 2 months ago. The sofa was delivered with a tear in the cusion & the footboard to my bed had a huge crack all the way down the leg. After 3 weeks of trying to get ahold of somebody i was finally told they would order me a new cusion and footboard. That was a month ago, i have yet to recieve my new footboard. When i went in to speak with the manager, i was told there was absolutely nothing she could do (old white lady that is always at the desk) she was very rude and just had absolutely no interest in my situation or making anything better. I was told i would recieve a call when they recieved it. Its been 2 weeks and still nothing! If i can track my amazon packages, then how is it not possible for them to track furniture that they ordered and are having sent to their store!? I will never spend another dollar with this company.
Able to get great deal on a sofa during their back of the wherehouse sale. Price great and delivery and set-up went perfect. Sale people were very wonderful and professional and nice, I would definitely, recommend them and buy from them again.
What a disappointment! We purchased a large console with an electric fireplace, and after a few months, we started having issues. For the last month, I have tried to get it fixed. I have called every number, been transferred to every department, and left on hold for nearly an hour - more than once. The final straw was tonight. We were told that someone was finally coming tonight to replace the fireplace - between 6:30pm and 10:30pm (who does that?). At any rate, we agree, cancelled our plans for the evening, and waited. Unfortunately, no one came, no one called, and we have given up. We wont be buying anything else from Morris. :(
Dont buy from this company... We have reached out multiple times with no help. They delivered damaged furniture and ruined our hardwood floors by dragging the furniture in... Dont purchase from this company.
I made an order Online through Ashley Furniture on 04/12/2020. They automatically choose this Company to fulfill my order. Well, delivery was scheduled for 05/19/2020, when they arrived I paid for Ashley for them to take the trash, bags, boxes, they said they won’t (The workers) before opening the boxes and the plastic we noticed that one of the couches was not the correct one. Of course because of the coronavirus they opened the boxes for that half couch that it was not mine, and they said they couldn’t take it back to the truck. They did not let my love seat, and now is July after 25 calls I spoke with someone for customer service and they said; keep the other couch in good conditions, we will set up and schedule date to take your Love seat that you are missing and pick up the wrong couch left at your house. Today, 07/22/2020 I still haven’t received my love seat, waited in line for 1:30 mnts, today 48 mnts currently, no one has communicated with me, and I just want my money back from Ashley or my couch delivery ASAP! I’m done, and I’m disappointed. I’m also submitting a dispute with Ashley for this inconvenient. So frustrated.
Our first delivery of furniture was fine- didn’t receive the call to tell us when it would be delivered but just happened to be home so Ok. Now we get a automated call that our second delivery is ready- push one to schedule. Now we are on hold for 1 hour!! They call us and then we are on HOLD- for an HOUR!!! While telling the “customer care” person we are unhappy she says “well it’s the holiday season and we are busy” then she hangs up while we are still talking!!! Never again!!!
Great experience. A friend referred me to the sales associate named Lewis. He was very helpful. We were shopping for a couch for my elderly father. Lewis was extremely patience with my dad. We ended finding a beautiful couch for 50% off. We needed it delivered in two days. Again, Lewis made it happen. I will recommend this store and Lewis to my friends and family.
I paid about $2,000 in furniture and when they delivered it they didn’t put my kids bunk bed together right. It shakes and creeks like it is years old. I just got it 2 months ago and the wooden bars came off. My queen mattress I bought has an indentation in the middle as if it were used. I have tried to contact them via website, email, and phone with absolutely no response back when I have a warranty. I’m so dissatisfied!
The associate who helped us was not only welcoming, but vastly knowledgeable about both the floor stock as well as what was available upon request. My wife and I came in not knowing exactly what type of seating we wanted, but left after purchasing what was perfect for us. Thomas informed us and was able to make the shopping experience welcoming both while not being pushy or making us feel like we were being “sold” something we didn’t want. Overall great experience and have already recommended both Morris AND Thomas to our family and friends.
Not much of a super sale. Tags had original prices on them (I can see why they going out of business). If you wanted to know new price you had to find salesperson and wait for them to figure it out. Maybe there was a deal to be had but I didnt see it or wait around to find it.
Tyrece was a great salesman! He was patient and never tried to push anything on us. I am the type of shoppers that the moment I feel pushed or rushed I walk out. Especially when it comes to such a big purchase. It was the most relaxing shopping experience I have had in a long time.
Great experience at Huber Morris our sales rep Thomas was incredibly helpful in helping us pick furniture! He was able to guide our vague idea into exactly what we wanted and even helped us complete some custom orders. Best part was he did not hover but was easily accessible with any needs!
The day we visited the store it was a huge crowd but the store still provided great customer service.
I went into Morris during their 50% off Labor Day sale. I was approached by a nice young salesman named Reggie Graham. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the products at Morris. I purchased a special order (purple) sectional. Im excited about this purchase as it is the first piece of furniture I have purchased by myself. If all goes well he may get repeat business.
The customer service is terrible!!! I received furniture in March with a cord missing. When the stores opened after the COVID quarantine, no one in the customer service center answers calls. I have repeatedly been on the hold line for over an hour without ever getting a live person. Today it has been 90 minutes. Morris is a joke.
Well morris, cant get return calls, cant talk to anyone, ordered furniture in April still dont have it but you have our money. Worst experience ever. Im available if you finally want to talk
Just want to give a shout out to our salesman, Reggie Graham. Reggie greeted us with a warm handshake and a big smile. Another customer had come in a few minutes before us, so he directed us to the desks while he went to help her. Wasnt long before he found us. Reggie pointed out the beautiful features of the desk. The closing of the deal went very smoothly. He gave us specific delivery times with heads up notice. We will recommend Morris to our friends and say, Ask got Reggie!
This 1 star review is mainly for their customer service department. These people apparently have no idea how to retain long term customers. I purchased a set of couches a year and a half ago and weve been very happy with them. However, one of the couches broke and what surprise did I fine when I investigated the break? As you can see on the pictures, there was a support bolt that wasnt put in during manufacturing and its clearly never been there as illustrated by a lack of a hole in the fabric that goes over hole in the wood. A hole was drilled but no bolt was put in which is clearly a manufacturing defect. However, since this shotty workmanship made it through their year warranty before it broke, there is a $100 cost to get a tech out to even look over it, plus whatever cost associated to actually fix it. Rather than being willing to split the cost of the initial tech fee OR send the tech and then let him evaluate if it truly was a manufacturing defect, they wanted me to pay up front and werent willing to even talk at all about splitting the cost if it was determined to be their screw up. DUMB BUSINESS PRACTICE. Instead of them potentially eating $50-$100 of tech fees to make a customer happy, they now have a guy that is going to give them a negative google review, never return to spend more money with them again and will be telling everyone he knows to avoid this company. Up to this point Ive sent everyone thats mentioned furniture shopping to me to this company, but no more. I fixed the couch myself for $4.77 so this really shouldnt have been this hard for them to deal with. Dont expect any customer courtesies from Morris if you choose to shop there!
The customer service is absolutely outstanding. There were a few hiccups in my order, and both the sales associate and the manager went out of their way to assist me with a resolution, more than once. The delivery teams were prompt, professional and efficient. The totality of my customer service experience left me comfortably satisfied with my current purchase, and optimistic towards future purchases.
Furniture broke within a couple of months. When I tried to get it fixed, couldnt get a hold of anyone and when I did, they were rude and that they couldnt do anything to fix the two month old furniture. Too expensive to have this quality of customer service and quality. Save your money and you will be grateful you dont have to deal with this company! Wouldnt recommend to anyone...

I am and have been very pleased with my experience at Morris. I have been purchasing from here for 10+ years and they have exceeded my expectations and have treated me wonderfully. My salesman Bob M. and manager Bobby G. have done an excellent job with helping me and my wife select the right furniture for our family. Most recently we made a big purchase which took a lot of time and coordination on their part. They both have been very helpful in making sure we get the right items for our home and that everything will coordinate and fit properly. Jackie did an excellent job with our paperwork and finance options. I cannot say enough good about these 3 professionals. I would highly recommend purchasing from here again. We will continue to buy from Morris in years to come.
Went in and asked where the 30 var stools are. He said we dont have any. Thers was a set rof outdoor chairs right by the main entrance. After I pointed it out he said he thought I meant indoor bar stools. Prices not that great for a closing store sale.
The salesman that took care of me was courteous and patient. I got a recliner and an end table. Both were great prices. It was late in the evening so I just took the end table and I told him Id be back in the morning. I think I looked at every recliner there was in the back room. He was so patient as I tried out each one. Thank you Morris for having such patient and gentlemanly sales staff.
I love this store. Nice furniture. Nice friendly attentive staff. In the very back of the building there is a huge area with marked down items & sent back items ect.... They also have various payment plans.
Staff are very friendly but the check-out process took a long time. Salesman had to keep going to get a manager to approve whatever he was doing in the computer system. Furniture is great. Prices are a little high but we were happy with our purchase.
This location is set up amazingly! My salesperson, Mike Anderson, was very knowledgeable & helpful. Teresa Richardson, the manager, was amazing. She answered all my questions & eased my fears of my new purchase. Will definitely return & refer!!!

I loved this store, I’ve spent thousands of dollars on their furniture for over 30 years, however they hired a new manager. She made absolutely no effort to try to help me get a $6,000 piece. I tried to suggest different ways to order and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. Morris will definitely see a decline of sales at his location with this new manager.

Buyers be aware this is a Badly managed establishment. Dont go to this one if your expecting to save money. Not only do they have mismached labeling and fabrication of prices. They also dont honner the military discount because it cant be added to the already discounted furniture. They dont have free shipping eaither. The sales guy was a joke and kept running to his manager to ensure we could save money each time pressuring us to buy it now. Save your time try the outlet or anywhere else but here.

Customer service from Thomas was great, happy to purchase from him. He makes buying items in this type of capacity easier than either other place in the area. Has a nice selection of furniture and other items in store. Shipping of the items can be better, will be back to purchase more furniture.
Our salesman, Michael Anderson, did a great job showing us options, was patient with us and gave excellent customer service. After shopping around for a dresser, we ended up purchasing from Morris furniture and felt we got the best option for the price range we wanted to spend. Over the years this has been the case with nearly all the furnishings in my home.

Very unreliable company. Customer service does not communicate well at all. Supervisors not available to help customers out nor do they return phone calls in a timely manner. Would never recommend this company to anyone. They tell you a delivery date and window time and then call in the window time to tell you they can’t deliver because the truck is overloaded.
Buying furniture from Morris has been the WORST experience of my life! We bought some furniture back in June. We were told it would be 2wks to get it. A month goes by, no furniture and no calls. We called to check on it and were told they would check into it and call us back. Again, no calls. So after a few days, we call back. Same scenario. We call back a third time and say forget it. Guess what, they call right back with a delivery time. TWO MONTHS after our purchase, we finally get our furniture...with missing pieces. It has now been three months after our purchase and we are still getting the run around about getting the missing pieces. We finally told them to come get it because we dont want it since we still havent received everything we purchased. I do NOT recommend buying from this company!
This is the most horrible furniture store that exists in Dayton no matter how beautiful the furniture is and it is beautiful furniture. The minute you have any problems or defects with it even if you purchase an extended warranty such as I did they refuse to fix the defects void and cancel my extended warranty so they wouldn’t be responsible to fix the it and did not take any responsibility of what they had told me and would not return my phone call so the young lady name Sarah she totally ignored me for over a month but when I was purchasing & setting up delivery she was like an angel... Buyer beware and read the BBB reports on all the complaints if you don’t believe this to be the gospel..,
Excellent customer service from Reggie Graham. One of the best furniture sales reps Ive personally come across in years. Never got the impression that he was just trying to make a sale. Ill definitely come back here to purchase my bedroom set. My friend left with a nice reasonably priced living room set.

I have, in my 58 years, never experienced the level of horrible customer service after the sale than I have with this store and company. Ive waited for over a week for the GM to call me about the horrible service I received after the sale and not related to the product. Corporate says the Mr. Klaben is not interested in the daily happenings of his stores. His leaders have absolutely failed him but, to be fair, he has failed his customers. 5 stars to Rob Marrow who, over the past 9 years has been awesome in sales.
Quality products, fair prices, exceptional service. Salesman Chris Stanley thoroughly and honestly explained the differences between all the adjustable bed options to help us decide the best option. The individuals who delivered and set up our new beds did a great job.
I recently came in to the Harshman Rd location to look for a new sofa. I loved the selection and my salesperson Judy Miller was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the sofa we were looking at and gave great advice on the type of materials that would be best for my growing family. I would definitely return!
We went to Morris Furniture on Harshman Road to purchase new bedroom furniture as a surprise for our daughter.We were assisted by LEWIS COLLINS, a Home Furnishings Specialist. Our experience with Lewis was outstanding! He was personable, knowledgeable and kind. There was no hard sell or trying to get us to buy something we didnt want. He listened to our wanrs and needs, answered all our questions and helped us put together the perfect bedroom for our daughter.If youre looking to purchase furniture, I would highly recommend Lewis Collins and Morris Furniture on Harshman!
I like the no hassle feeling in shopping at Morris. We were asked within the first minute if we needed help, told Joshua that we just wanted to look around on our own at bedroom sets. He guided us in the direction and let us wander. When we made our decision to buy, he quickly came to support us, answered our questions and completed the transaction pleasantly and quickly.
My fiance and I went shopping at Morris home furniture for the first time and it was great! Eve Georgiou was very welcoming and helped us find exactly what we needed and for a great price! She even took the time to get to know us a little bit. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

I have shopped this furniture store for years and have found that my favorite sales gal Teresa Richardson is no longer working at this location, I was upset at first but I ran into a couple great associates that set my mind at ease and I just had to buy! Thomas Moore and Lewis Collins made this experience a blast! They were quite entertaining, not pushy, and talked me into spending more money than I wanted... but I guess thats their job right. I also had a wonderful experience with Bob Marrow who has me sleeping in luxury. I love my new mattress. Even the manager Bobby came over to make sure I was happy and offered me a bottle of water. Its nice to know there are still nice people like Teresa working at this store. Ill definitely be back.
I was looking for a table for my kitchen and Eve Georgiou showed me the many sets available. She also helped me decide which one to get. I showed her a pictures of my kitchen and let her know I needed something sturdy for our growing family. I love what we picked. It looks great! We will be needing some office furniture soon and I will be coming to see her soon.
I had an awesome customer experience today at Morris Home Furnishings. I couldnt have had a better salesman, Chris G. Stanley. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was not pushy as some salesmen tend to be but was very patient taking time to explain the product lines in detail along with financing options. I hope to work with Chris on future purchases!
My wife and I had a wonderful experience shopping for a mattress with Bob at the Harshman store. I had visited the location a couple of times before, met Bob and had very informative discussions about mattresses. Bob is a wealth of knowledge on this subject, as his experience spans decades. When I brought my wife in, she was able to talk with Bob about what goes into making a great bed and why that substantial invest reaps dividends to your health and overall quality of life. We departed after purchasing a Stearns and Foster King bed and could not be more excited to take delivery! Kudos to Bob for walking us through the process and for his knowledge. He made us feel very comfortable with a purchase we were quite honestly unsure about. Thanks Bob!
Awful, they advertise deals but it is not even a deal. You can get items cheaper online on their store. Watch out do not get scammed by the con artists here.
Service was extremely courteous, and not too pushy like you see in some stores. Prices are high in our opinion, but thats the norm for most furniture stores. We got what we wanted cheap in a Black Friday sale, so no complaints there. Unfortunately they dont allow concealed carry, so we wont be shopping there again. Too risky.
Ive only been once but from my brief visit, the place was very clean and well maintained. On top of that, the staff was beyond friendly and offered all the help i could ask for. A gentleman there went over and beyond for service when i purchased a sectional couch, his name was Joshua Render. Definitely want to give him a shout out for his expertise and kindness. Ill definitely come back for a future furniture purchase, you guys rock!
If they do not have it in stock do not expect to get it anytime soon. I ordered almost 5k of bedroom furniture in may 3 months ago and still have yet to receive it. They give me a run around like its on the container, it will be here in 3 weeks, after 3 and a half weeks Im waiting another ten days. This place is garbage. After I get this bedroom stuff, Im never buying furniture here again. I suggest you steer very far from this place.

I felt as if I had known Lela for a long time it was a pleasure having her assist me. This was my first time shopping Morris Home Furniture. I will definitely shop there again. The furniture delivery came as scheduled. I love Morris app. that keeps the customer informed of where they are on their delivery schedule. If customer is number 3 on their delivery list, the app. lets you know the men are at delivery number 2. The app. also provides the customer photos of the delivery men. I cant imagine shopping at any other furniture store in the Dayton area. Morris on Harshman has some of the finest employees. I feel welcomed every time I step in the store. I recommend this store to all my friends and family. Joshua Render and Thomas Moore have always helped with my furniture needs.

I bought a couch from Morris in December of 2017. It took them three months to deliver our four piece sectional (we were told 2-3 weeks). Of course, one of the pieces was wrong. The piece in question was the wrong color and faced the wrong direction. To take things to a higher level, the delivery team tried to convince my wife that this was the right piece and that we should keep it!! After countless phone calls to their customer service team, we finally received our final piece about 6-8 weeks later. I went in to the store and spoke to the general manager who assured me I would be compensated for my trouble and that was reiterated from the customer service team at their headquarters. To this day I have received nothing after an additional 10-12 calls. Now my bank is contacting me questioning a charge or credit of some sort for $4.36 out of the blue from Morris??? I called their customer service line inquiring about this transaction and they did not have an answer. I was assured they will reach out and get this taken care of once and for all. At this point I have no faith in this company keeping their word. It is sad to see such poor customer service. We just purchased a new home and have big plans to update and furnish multiple bedrooms and living area, not a dollar of this will go towards Morris or any business affiliated with them.Stay away from this company!
My wife and I came into Morris home furnishing and we received wonderful service. Robert and his team did an amazing job catering to our needs. He and his staff were extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I would definitely buy more from Robert and his team.
My grandmother came into this place a few days ago and was looking for furniture. She needed a couch and dining room set. She wasnt too sure of the style she wanted, but Reggie Graham helped get everything together his customer service skills was awesome and very professional. Now my grandmother has a new couch and dining room set and she loves it thanks to Reggie Graham. We greatly appreciate it and I recommend this store to anyone who needs furniture theyre excellent.
We dealt with Thomas and WOW! He was excited from the moment we walked into the store to help us and greeted us with a smile. We already had an idea of what we were working for, but Thomas still took his time with us and helped us find something we loved and more. He treated us like people, not just customers and that means so much to both my husband and I. I just cant say enough good things about him, what a sweet and kind man! I went to the store to buy a new recliner. They helped me right away, I found one I could afford. They delivered it to my home two days later. Im very happy with my new recliner.

I see where theyre going out of business the prices are too high and they play games with you as far as how much something cost you get with one salesman is $1,000 off you get with another it may be a thousand and they dont have any set prices you have to go there and they asked you which if you like two couches they say which one do you like the best theyll give you a cheaper price on one versus the other a lot of game playing its almost like buying a car did not enjoy my experience there will not one bit
