A great place to deliver. Took me 2 hrs early. Easy access. Theres lots of room to maneuver and back into the docks. The personnel treated me with respect and was sure with the instructions on what to do.

Friendly and quick unloading facility

Good crew inside there. Always quick and easy unload. Never had an issue, even when one pallet had shifted. Took one look at it and knocked entire trailer out in less than 30 minutes.

Fast friendly service

I was late picking up my keg after they had closed and almost everyone had left. Leanne went above and beyond to figure out a way to get me my keg. We will definitely use Heidelberg again.

Fantastic place to pick up/deliver to. I got there approximately 4 pm, a day before I was scheduled to delivered at 6 am, and they still unloaded the trailer. It didnt even take them 30 minutes to unload the trailer.

These people are very nice 👍🏿 I went to deliver a load there even though I was late they still take me got unloaded less than 20minutes. Thanks guys 🙏🏿

Grabbed two kegs and taps for a private event, walked in the wrong door and the lady receptionist was probably the most nice and polite human I have ever met, she gladly pointed me in the right direction.The retail staff was great, got me in and out without a problem and the warehouse had me loaded up quick with some ice cold kegs.

Customer service is somewhat inconsistent. Nice people and I’m sure they are all trying but when you have to consistently go pick up your product to make sure you get it. It’s not a good thing.

As an employer, the work environment is similar to that of the work environment described in Chewys reviews: abysmal.

I definitely love having a job that has so many perks and look forward to many visits to the gift shop.

Delivered 40,000 pounds of bud light to them. I was unloaded in 30 minutes.

Desk receptionist was very nice and they loaded the keg up quickly. However, returning the keg has been a hassle and would be for anyone who works. 11-5 hours on weekdays and like 9-11 on Saturday. Slim pickings. And youre charged everyday you have the keg until you return it.

Cool inside...never known the true size

I was sorry to see that they had invited the Budweiser Clydesdales...these horses are mutilated...Budweiser amputates their tails so they look a certain way. It is cruel, and seriously stupid...and leaves them with a tiny, useless stub. Imagine you are covered with flies or wasps, but, cannot use your arms...yes, that is pretty much what these horses have to live with. Some also have a lifetime of chronic or phantom pain because of what these people did to them.

Needs to give reading test to drivers.
