I ran into an honest employee dont know his name. He told me nothing was wrong with my car. Everything is practically new. And didnt make a fake reason to find something to charge me for.

Service was really fast; allowed me to stay in car with my baby. They did not vacuum my car like last time but thats ok, I didnt like that they said they did on the paper. They also fixed my air in tires so my light could go off.

Don’t pull up here if you expect to be out within 15/20minuted the people here are very unprofessional and take their time doing little to no repairs they’re on the phone more than on cars they will try to do the bare minimum they don’t clean the vehicles or put any air in tires as they should nor do a break inspection then try to over tax after presenting a Groupon for device save your money and pass this place up Midas is right across the street with better service

They do more than quick oil changes at this location. One of our church members car had alternator go out on here while leaving Sunday morning services. AAA dropped the car 🚗 off Sunday about 2 pm and the car was repaired by 2 pm Monday. Super fast and excellent service.

Update 2.8.21 Wow! Went in today to find new management. I was definitely nervous because of bad experiences, not from this location, but others that try to “get over”. I was welcomed by manager Steve & right off the bat he built trust by educating me on my car. He was extremely patient, informative, and funny lol. Isaac, another employee was the one who did the work and also would peek his head in to educate. I loved how efficiently they worked together. I left laughing & feeling great about my oil change. Thank you Steve & Issac!I LOVE this location! I come all the time for my oil changes. The staff is great. Ron is very friendly and even cleaned my windows for me. They did an amazing job. I asked for a over all look on my suv. Both air filters needed to be replaced. They had them in stock and i was impressed. They even vaccumed my suv out for me! I will be back for future oil changes!

The manager there is pretty nice got great Manor but the rest of the screw is green they really dont know about certain things my truck has a manual transmission they didnt even know how to check back so Im going to say Im good give them a 3 stars Im the kind of guy that changes is on flood but since I had knee surgery I havent been able to do it as much anymore I hope they work on getting their service up to par

Great place to go to when youre old

Went in for a tune-up before a long road trip and it was a little pricey but the mechanic was honest with me after looking it over and said I really didnt need a whole tune up. He said my oil change was over due and suggested a engine cleaner from auto zone that he also did for me no extra charge when I bought it. Were really nice.

Unfortunately, I was told my oil change would take approximately 15-20 minutes & I was here well over an hour (even with only two other customers).

I gotta go with 3 because they did end up fixing the problem and in a timely manner. But thats also why its only 3 because I just have to raise suspicions that it shouldnt have happened. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. All good. I had drove my Dart all day doing errands and parked there and had no issues. When theyre finishing up my car Im told the brake light is on and the brake hose is busted. I wont 100% say they did because I know Im not savvy with my car yet since its fairly new (best believe Ill be after this), and anything can happen. Who knows. But. Weve all heard stories mechanics tampering with the car to cause another problem to get the customer to come back in. Was an extra $157 for that. Who knows what happened. Seemed fishy though. They are all really nice though. Never had a problem with actual customer service.

These guys are awesome! Customer service is excellent... I was greeted with smiles, and there wasnt a wait. I was there for 20 minutes max. You may pay 10 bucks extra, but good service is hard to find. They also vacuumed my car and washed my windows!

Great service, fast and friendly, even will top off the oil that is lost between oil changes.

They did a great job, they have awesome policies (like free top-offs,) they were fast and informative. Most importantly, they didnt try and sell me anything, just updated me on the condition of my car. Then they gave me a bunch of coupons and sent me on my way. Ill drive across town to come back here!

Im disabled came in to get air in my tired. And was told to go to midas and do it myself. Extremely dissatisfied. Issaq usual does all my work and always does a great job. New management keeps hiring lazy rude people.

Just went in for oil change and the service was the worst I’ve ever had. The workers tried to start my truck after oil change and were stomping on the brake pedal to reset the oil change light. 2 hours of just watching my vehicle just sit in the shop while they didn’t have a clue what they had done to it. I had to walk to Midas next store and push my vehicle down the street to Midas to get fixed. As soon as I get the bill from Midas I am going to call Jiffy Lube owner or whoever to hopefully get reimbursed for the inconvenience and damages.

It was a rip off they tried to overcharge me for a chassis lube and they could not even shut my hood properly. Im driving down the highway at 70 miles an hour my hood jumps up where they hadnt shut it properly.

My car was in fine shape. Stopped in here for an oil change during lunch. Came back after lunch picked it up. Paid no issues...they put on my receipt that the skid plate was missing points. I failed to read that in the notes. I get on 75 and my car starts making a horrible pounding noise. I get out and looks to find the skid plate dragging. I come back and tell Shedrick who changed my oil. He told me oh yea I told them to put it in notes. It didn’t make that noise before I brought it why would when I leave it be missing bolts and make that noise. My 6 year old son wait 2 hours for them to fasten the skid plate. They told me after the fact it was only secured with three bolts. Well what happed to them? I will never use another jiffy lube again. What a waste of a day for an instant oil change. Also the bathroom was disgusting.

They do a pretty good job here. But, I hate how they try to sell you everything under the sun while your in there. A $30 oil change could end up costing you $200 if you take there advise. Know your vehicle before you go into any establishment like this.

I used the Jiffy Lube on Dixie in Northridge. They changed the oil, vacuumed the inside and washed the outside of my windows. If you run out of window washer fluid, brake fluid ect... in between oil changes, simply take it back and they refill for free. I highly recommend this particular Jiffy Lube for their professionalism and for being on mark!!

Went there two days ago. Very bad mistake. Bought an oil change and tire rotation from Groupon. After leaving I needed ball joints on my passenger side. Never had any problems with that until then. I believe they broke it so they could get extra money from me.

Got an oil change and thats all they did. Didnt put air in my tires or top off any fluids. On the receipt it says they did but no they didnt. And it says I refused vacuuming and windshield clean. $50 is way too expensive for JUST an oil change.

These guys are Awesome! Always professional and very nice. I like that they dont try to make you get stuff you dont need. I like coming here. I trust them and with all the places that try to take advantage of people, thats saying alot.

I went into Jiffy Lube with a Groupon. I have never used one before and you know what I will never go back to Jiffy Lube again with or without a Groupon. They lied about what they did and I feel as though since I was not paying full price I guess they decided they didnt have to do full service. Never never ever again will I go to Jiffy Lube and Im telling my friends

Expensive and aimed to have checked transmission fkuid but didnt know where the check stick was located or if there was enough fluid. The manager after I insisted finally came out found it and checked it but they woukd have allowed me to leave without performing this essential task.

Worst experience in my life. Do not go to this Jiffy Lube. Went to get a routine oil change, left with my tire bolts striped from an employee jeff. Jeff took bolts off my car but did not out them back on because he claim they were stripped, but left the other three bolts on the car. He rushed on my car, did not explain anything about my transmission, suggestions about what should be done next. but was open arms to accept the payment. The Store manager Joe is disrespectful has no customer services skills and very aggressive. This is not the first issue with jiffy Lube. BBB will be contacted.
