Up In Smoke is a great place. They have just about everything you need to enjoy your flower and oils. They also have a awesome variety selection of different vape machines, juices and disposable pens with amazing flavors and you cant go wrong with their prices. Customer service has also always been excellent here as well

The lady that works during the day is a very hypocritical, unethical, no moral having phoney! Very judgemental and trash-talks about anyone who she feels is beneath her, which considering she has a very grandiose attitude, she feels like as well as acts like she is better than everyone!! The company itself might be okay, but with her attitude and me hearing her with my own ears negatively talking about a customer I refuse to go back in there.

Best place to buy tobacco and tubes. Tubes are relatively cheap. Other places charged over $4 for a box of tubes. Up in smoke charges maybe $2 and some change for a box of tubes. I like this place. This is the only place I go to get tobacco and tubes.

Employees didnt seem too happy to help me, or overly knowledgeable of his products. Didnt recommend any rigs or e-juice. I wont be coming back, but not because of the before mentioned experience, but because he sells crack pipes. STOP CATERING TO ADDICTS!

I give it 2 stars as when I went in there seemed to be a lot of tobacco and vape products, but was first off overwhelmed by the cluttered items and put off by the inscence that was burning. When I asked for help about being a new vapor user, didnt seem to have batteries etc for me to see how some of the mods worked. I again was confused and walked out. Im sure its a nice place for those that know what they need prior to visiting, but for a new person it didnt feel inviting and didnt even know where to start. Hope they can make this store a little less clutterly as I felt I was squeezing myself to walk around.
