One of the burners on my Monogram Cooktop was just clicking and wouldn’t come on. Terrible experience from getting parts and rescheduling to the technician being unable to ultimately make repair. Unable to get the “Venturi tube out”?? Ordered $160 in parts and ended up with a $247 bill and not able to use my burner still. Pretty much said you owe me and couldn’t make repairs. Looking for competent repair company to get my cooktop up and going. Don’t use them for your gas cooktop repairs. Tech spent more time making excuses and telling me about how many years he has been doing repairs. A joke!! Paid and no repairs!! Guess I’m the dumb one.

I would give Pioneer and Ben 100 stars if I could. The prices were the best anywhere, so dont waste your time going to the big box stores, support a small business. If you find it cheaper, he will match it, but the service alone, is worth extra money. We built a house from 1500 miles away and he patiently answered our emails with detailed product info and pricing info. We were always up to date on our total costs, rebates, specifications for our builder, and much more.The delivery and installation guys were very respectful and cautious in our new home and they gave me the low down on stuff I needed to do before operating the appliances. Absolutely top notch service and sales. Dont go anywhere else!!!
