My husband & I brought our 18 year old PT Cruiser in on Monday morning with no appointment to see about getting the front bumper put back on. Jeff helped us & advised we would need a new pumper as the old one was missing the necessary reinforcements. He said it could take a little time for him to find a bumper that fit as Chrysler quit making the PTs a good 10 years ago. To our surprise, he phoned 2 days later on Wednesday morning to let us know the car was ready to go. Replacement of damaged remote, adjustable, heated, blind spot warning, outside mirror. Found this shop on recommendation of an acquaintance. Jeff, owner/operator is an excellent businessman and highly customer sensitive. Highly responsive with estimates and accepted me assuming responsibility for providing parts from internet supplier. Minor repair scheduled at two-hrs labor; finished in one-hour and charged me for one hour. Total labor $50, part $230. Estimates from dealer-based auto body shop was $980.00 for the part and $200.00 labor.

Went in to see if they could fix my front door so it would open properly. He adjusted the front quarter panel and the door opens fine now and didnt even charge me!!!

My experience with Car Care was absolutely incredible! Jeff is very personable and he worked with my insurance company to fix my son’s car after his accident. The car is not made anymore, but Jeff stepped up and was able to find enough parts to make it look brand new! I had a great experience with Car Care Autobody. I was really pressed for time considering I’m moving the following day but this shop was able to squeeze me in and do a great job as well. I had ordered a set of towing mirrors from a separate company online that arrived at 2pm today. Within minutes of speaking on the phone, I was able to bring them in and receive a quote and service same day. The installation was quick and high quality and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!

I found Car Care via the internet and I wasnt sure if the 5 star reviews would be accurate. I called the office and spoke with someone who assured me that Jeff (the owner) would call me back. Just as I was told, I received a call in record time! Jeff and his family worked miracles on my fathers truck. This truck was lent to a friend who had a mishap and unfortunately had a good bit of damage. It was sitting at another shop that had quoted a very large amount of money without digging into it. I felt very comfortable with making the decision to have it towed to Jeff for a 2nd opinion and it was a game changer. Jeff actually quoted higher initially then the previous business BUT did say he would work to obtain what he could of used parts to bring down the price. He did just that, by about $4,000.00. He does it right, he does it on time (or faster than you expect) and he does it old school with a chain pulley system, not having to cut some pieces at all. What a wonderful body shop ! I backed into a wooden trailer and scratched my car, i wanted it to just go away ! Yes there are paint kits you can paint on but that is exactly what it will look like. I googled body shops and this business had 5 starts out of more than 80 reviews, which is stellar !! . When i arrived i was greeted by Jeff, he took a look at my car and took immediate action.
