So I have had my maxima for a few years and the only problem was clunking sound in the rear driver side when I hit the smallest bump. My husband brought it to their attention a few times but they said they couldnt find it. Recently he talked to the service manager because it was getting worse. Bottom line is they spoke to Nissan and they apparently had an issue with the shocks. They ended up fixing it with a new shock.No more clunking! The drive feels so much better now. Thanks Mark in the service dept!
They have excellent customer service and checked in with me periodically. I highly recommend them!

Third or fourth time having our car serviced there. When entering as usual noone addressed me regardless of how long I stood there which is rare for a car lot. After finally engaging a lady that worked there, I was told where I could find who I was supposed to go to. Once I met him and told him what I was there for he just stood w a blank stare and said nothing. I said my name and that we spoke on the phone and you told me to come to you. As well as the lady I spoke to. He responded w yes I know. After that he finally became pleasant. Just found it very odd. I dropped my car off and was told Id be contacted by noon w updates and when the car would be ready. Was also told that if it would not be ready that a complimentary vehicle would be offered.Noone called at all and no updates were given after we called three times. Also, noone had any knowledge about rather the complimentary vehicle would be needed or not. Finally after five in the afternoon we called again and was told by a salesman that our car was ready and had been ready for hours. No explanation as to why noone contacted us or knew any information about our vehicle after four calls. Shortly after that the mechanic called and said sorry he had been dialing the wrong number. Couldve just been an honest mistake. Just stating that there is definitely a pattern here.This is the third time out of four that the service hasnt been the nicest or informative. Also the third time that updates werent given or even known until hours past the times that we were told that they would be. Even after calling several times and speaking to several different people. As well as being the second time that our vehicle has been ready hours prior to us being notified even after multiple calls.
Super friendly and knowledgeable. Josh was great to work with and kept me informed before they did anything. They washed my truck and tightened my ebrake for me as a free bonus. Thanks again guys

Thankful for express service, oil change / tire rotation but the free car wash takes way too long extending my visit beyond my tolerance at times.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was out in about 45 minutes. Always have a good experience.
My wife had vent visors and a cargo net installed a few weeks ago. The vent visors took three attempts to get them in correctly. The cargo net was not what I expected but overall Daytona Nissan did their best and worked very hard to make sure we left happy. They did achieve that goal.
During the service inspection they told me my brakes were worn almost metal to metal I took the car home to do the job myself and found that the pads were worn ten thousandth below the new after market brake pads i called the service manager Dennis after meeting with him and seeing a Nissan brake pad i found out how much more material was on their pad i see why they said my pads were worn sorry for the misinformation
Very family friendly had many snacks to pass the time and was very well oriented.
Got my defective air bags replaced, which is so important with two children riding daily in my car. Thank you to the service manager for making it happen fast and helping me keep my family safe in a situation that wasnt nissans fault!

Don Albright is the WORST service advisor I have experienced at any Nissan Svc. Dept. in 10 years…THE WORST. I had to KEEP AFTER HIM to find out when parts to my car arrived (he forgot to call me for 2 weeks) and when my car was ready (he said it would take 2-5 days but it ended up being 9 days). Additionally, my car was unnecessarily damaged during my service experience; the back siding of the center console was cracked, additional water damage occurred on the ceiling, and the door seal and internal side paneling were reinstalled improperly. Don can also get a little passive-aggressive (he hides it behind jokes) at times. To top it all off, he always brings my car back DIRTY, even if I request for it to be cleaned. I’m so pissed off about the whole thing. I brought my car in Sept 20th for my initial service and I thought everything was done by Nov 3rd…I WAS WRONG. Do yourself a favor and just bypass this place if you have the time. If you don’t have the time, at least bypass Don Albright; his office is the first office on the right when you drive in.
Took them 2 days longer to fix my car when they originall y said it wou ld be 4 hours to do a recall and oil change but I did have a loaner
