Staff is very rude! This morning I came in and they told the lady in front of me her Carter’s and Gerber items all stained and they don’t purchase Gerber yet it’s on the shelf. Third lady ups items smelled like smoke so sent her packing.They took one OG item from me and a few clothing items. Said all my stuff was old and stained. Made fun of a boutique dress. Wouldn’t answer questions. Went to my location and sold 90 percent of the clothing and the rest of the OG stuff (in-fact super excited about the OG stuff) I looked at what is for sale and I would never buy it for my children - target brand shorts for $4 and up when I can buy them new for a little more. $80 graco strollers.... You can buy new at that price. Also prices crazy all over the place. Research people, research!! This store is a chain corporation just like Wal-Mart and they are ripping people off!! See last photo of the young adult circled she was one of the rudest ones as was an older lady. A younger lady was super nice.

My daughter-in-law told me I need to go here due to my 11 month old grandchild seems to grow daily as all children do. What a wonderful surprise very polite, organized well priced cant wait to go back again. I also had been saving all his outgrown clothes for her to take in she can have a start credit to buy this little one more clothing. I have not been unhappy at all. Negative reviews seem to be from people expecting more money and to me you can at a garage sale. They cant stay in business paying top dollar. Again love shopping there and would highly recommend them. Went back everyone was friendly had masks on and very well-organized would definitely recommend

I came slightly earlier than they opened and as soon as I pulled up and got out of my car an older lady that worked there rudely said the store wasn’t open yet and that I couldn’t come in . She didn’t smile or say hello then explain that. It’s fine the store isn’t open yet but it’s the way she told me and the tone that was very rude. It made me never want to come there again . If you work in customer service you should be more customer friendly.

You need a new staff that doesnt try to belittle customers and sellers.

This store is a disgrace to the Once Upon a Child brand. RUDE AND LAZY is the best words to describe this store and the employees. After spending alot of time organizing and pairing items they throw your belongings in a plastic bag and offer you a few dollars. Because they are lazy and dont want to do the work to tag and put the stuff on the floor. NEVER shopping here again. Disgraceful

I won’t be shopping here again.The past few times I have shopped at this store for my baby, the staff has been rude. We went today and the employee didn’t greet us, she scanned our items and didn’t ask if I had a membership — and when my hubby asked about the membership she gave attitude and was rude (he asked nicely; we were not rude at all). And then she continued to slam her fingers on the keys when typing in my number. It happened a few times now (the past few times they didn’t ask if I had a membership, which I feel they should). I gave this store a chance and liked it at first, but it has gotten disappointing. The clothes can be decent, but costumer service should be number 1 and I’m just not comfortable or happy shopping here anymore.

Staff is extremely rude. Refused to buy items that were brand new and made excuses as to why they weren’t good enough. Barely gave any money for the stuff they did buy. Made me and my husband feel judged that our stuff wasn’t good enough for them. Meanwhile you walk around the store and they’re displaying stuff not even half as nice as what I was trying to sell. Bad business. Will not be returning.

My experience with Daytona Beach Once Upon a Child has been excellent! Both in buying and selling, they are always a fair and professional store to frequent. I want to give 5 stars to Dee especially, she is friendly and generous in every encounter I’ve had with her. Thank you.

I love shopping at this store and selling my childrens clothing here . I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and happy to help. It does say on their website the criteria the items your wanting to sell must meet in order for them to consider buying it. They are picky which isnt always a bad thing,because I know when I buy something its in good condition.

Stopped in while we were vacationing in the area. Great selection for such a small OUAC (compared to many of the others that I have been to), well organized, prices comparable with other OUAC. Everybody was very friendly and an employee even heard my two youngest kids starting to act up and brought them stickers to distract them. Great experience!

Pretty clean place. As far as customer service, it wasn’t top notch but considering we have a virus going around I was kind of glad I didn’t have someone in my face at all times. I do feel like a lot of their clothing are overpriced for it being second hand and I’d rather much buy new clothing for the extra $2 dollars more that doesn’t look used . You can find some new stuff with tags on them though not many. They do have deals as well. Their baby equipment they sell still kind of pricey but I can say in very well shape. If you’re going to sell to them don’t expect a bunch of money for what you give which is completely understandable being that they have to make money off a sale as well. They did give me a book of coupons since I’m expecting and it was pretty decent, I’ll definitely be using it . I’ve seen they have sales going on from time to time so if you’re really on a budget I’d recommend shopping during those times. It’s not a bad place but just isn’t my first choice for a second hand store.

I came in today with two large heavy boxes of clothes and shoes, one large plastic bin full also and then two smaller boxes. I had mostly baby and infant clothing, up to size 2 and then again some larger sizes 4 to 7. I knew how picky they were with buying things so anything I boxed up to take was meticulous, no stains, cute styles. When I received the text that they were finished reviewing my stuff, I came back. They had one of their blue bins 3/4 full of stuff they wanted and did not want anything else. They said everything was out of style or stained or too old. I looked in the box being returned and they had just thrown everything back in a jumble. I made sure everything was wrinkle free and neatly folded for them, yet they couldn’t give me the same RESPECT to at least re-fold the clothes. And I don’t see how cute onesies and sleepers can go out of style. This place is supposed to be a resource for families trying to recycle their items, but they don’t care about the families coming in. They barely spend any time looking through your stuff, just give you a quick write off. I am never shopping here again. Their ads saying they want your items are a lie. The customer service here sucks and they have no respect for the families in this community. To them it’s all about making money off you, not helping you out. Another great example of companies scamming the working people. Find another place for your kids items.

I’m amazed at some of the negative reviews here....I have always had an acceptable experience. Yeah, their sense of urgency could use some work, but overall, if I have ever asked them something, they have always responded to me respectfully. Maybe the negative experiences come from the individual bringing in the negative attitude...?Overall, they’re doing a fine job. I enjoy knowing there’s a store that I can purchase used toys for a reduced cost, and a place I can sell old items too! The rest they don’t take goes in the donation bin in the back of the plaza or the pregnancy crisis center.Remember: It’s nice to be important, but it’s more important to be nice ;)

This place is absolutely theeeeee best for children! Their merch is clean and of great quality. Neat store with an extremely friendly staff. It was a calm shopping experience and I checked out in a timely fashion. I can see why they want you to bring your QUALITY items in a bin and not a plastic bag. It’s called quality control and I appreciate it. And the prices are absolutely amazing compared to other places that I’ve gone and coming from NEW YORK my pockets were so pleased. Staff is very unfriendly at the start. I brought in clothes hoping to sell a good lot but mainly to get rid of clothes my kids have out grown. I noticed as they went through the clothes they only scanned a few and tossed randomly others to the side like they didn’t want to go through it thoroughly. I’d say about 90% of what I brought in was completely ignored. They were done in 10 minutes after going through 2 containers, but still had me wait an an hour after. During that time I also noticed They treated certain other customers that came in a little bit more friendly, while others of a more different background quite less. There is a black woman working there, but affirmative action means staff needs to be diverse. Worst of the staff was an elderly woman, she played nice up front. She didn’t know how loud and obvious she was but pointed to and said things about one of the “other” customer’s child that I can’t say on here because even though I’d be quoting, certain words are still against google policy. If you go here and you are of different background record everything, it’s a gold mine. I wish I did. Anyway, I waited that long for them to “review” my items and to be told my items were faded and quickly rushed out by staff after wasting my time.I went to a Salvation Army the next day and they were excited about the kids clothes I brought in. Having daughters I had a lot of nice dresses and what not and they were amazed of how in good condition they were and some were not even used. Then I felt so sad as I thought about my experience at Once upon a child and the current state of our country and how we socialize and treat each other cause of our diversities.I read some of the other 1star reviews and realized everything I experienced in there has been reported numerous times by other reviewers especially, about that elderly woman who apparently has been there a long long time and may be the root of all problems at this store. Following the timeline, it’s gotten so bad with the same complaints the owner stopped apologizing and this elderly woman is still there three + years later being herself with the “other” customers.If you have had similar experience please thumbs up this and other reviews similar to this.

First impression: Store was clean and smelled so good! There was a lot to choose from and all the clothes I picked were clean and I was super impressed! There are always deals going on so besides getting a good deal sometimes you can save even more money. They have books, clothes, toys, bikes, strollers and cribs and a bunch of brand new items too. The bathroom is clean and the employees are very nice and helpful. This is my favorite place to shop!

You can’t have a store dedicated to toddlers, and say the bathroom is closed. A lot of nice stuff, I left it all to take my daughter to the bathroom. Also, looks like the scoop up a lot of the Target clearance items.

I went in to sell brand new items still in box or used once (probably 10 different items) they were interested in only one toy that would go for $35 and only offered me $4! The staff was extremely rude and they found excuses not to buy the items. Everything was there that was needed for every toy. Never coming here again and I would not recommend. I should’ve read the reviews before coming.

Staff is rude with with real bad attitudes. Watch out for the old woman she talks mean behind the plastic window not realizing it’s not sound proof. Some of the things she said was so offensive I was scared an argument was going to break out. Not sure if they were ignoring her or she was lucky they didn’t hear it. That was all just walking in. I had a bag of clothes I wanted to see if I could sell, which they made me lay out in their bins. I didn’t mind at first, it’ll make it easier for them so, sure why not. They didn’t even go through it and handed them back saying they were un-sellable and faded. Most of my kids clothes were still in its original plastic sealing or original hanger. He grew too fast I couldn’t use them. So BS on that. While I was waiting I browsed the toys, thinking I’ll pick up something for my son but the toys are more stained and greasy than my plastic sealed clothes.Don’t go here! Go somewhere else! Or better off donate your old kids clothes. It will be, at least, for a better cause.

I was in the store for over 5 mins. Before anyone spoke, welcoming people to the store. The shoe bin out side didnt explain if they were on sale or not. Not friendly staff, except the older lady. Had a hard time finding the clearance items.

The staff is rude beyond measure, I accept that. Regardless, I enjoy the store and the prices. Until I tried to bring them clothes because Im having a girl and need to sell my boys clothes. I followed their exact instructions. I freshly washed the clothes that didnt have original tags. I laid everything flat, even ironed a few items to make sure they were in perfect condition and made sure nothing was overly worn or stained (this took me a lot of time because I too enjoy nice merchandise). Then I put everything in a nice box as requested. After 45 minutes, they gave it back to me having only taken about 3 onesies off the top and told me it was all too worn. Im not one to argue, I will just take it somewhere else if they dont want it. The clothes were perfect with a lot with original tags and most had never been worn because my son outgrew them too fast and I couldnt possibly use it all. When I brought the basket home I found they never even went through it. 90% was still laid exactly as I had it organized it. Needless to say I was very confused, I thought the whole point of this store was to take lightly used or new clothing and resell it. Maybe Im wrong on what resell means. It seemed like simply laziness and I wont be putting the effort in to taking anything to them again.

I wasted a drive here and am super bummed! They should not have been falsely advertising a School Uniform Sale... especially stating they had dresses, skirts, etc. Very little selection. No advertised sale in the store. Most of the polo shirts are quite faded and cost as much as new shirts on sale at several stores. Not a single uniform dress in any size either. The manager, or owner possibly was very unprofessional. He tried telling me there were 30 shirts in size 6, not even close. He evidently can’t count as he rounded up significantly the entire rack, that was only have 6’s and literally only one in the color I needed. I commented on their Facebook post and event to warn others not to bother. They blatantly lied to me on the post, making the excuse that the sale starts tomorrow, when I have multiple screenshots proving they advertised it as starting today and then blocked me immediately, which of course inspired me to spread the word far and wide!! First and last time here! No interest in returning. Save yourself a trip. It’s not worth it. The majority of their prices were ridiculously high for used, faded items.

I was never greeted or spoke to until I tried to ask one of your staffed about how it works. I dont even wanna give a 1 star. They were rude and unfairly priced our items. They offered me 14.50 for a brand new Johnny jumper along with new books that were probably 35 in total. And a few brand name items I brought in. I took my items and left. They are lazy and wont even look at all of your items and god forbid you have a mobile where the two little animals are tangled together. It took me to seconds to untangle them. First and last time I will ever go to once upon a child. Dont even bother bringing your stuff if it and perfect and high end. They are backwards as well. They took a shirt my son wore constantly compared to anew shirt he never even touched. Absurd the way they are.

Came into the store today looking for a princess dress for my daughter and Diane and Crystal went out if there way to assist me when I could not find one. I was able to leave the store with a princess dress and my daughter will be so excited. Kudos for the excellent customer service!

They are scammers. They took brand new items from me, a new bike in a box, boppy pillow cover, brand new shoes, child clothes and offered me $18...when I said I would rather have the stuff back he told me it was too late and there was nothing he could do, transaction made, opened the register and handed me my cash and said, sign here. What I really wanted to do was grab my stuff off the counter and take it home.The bike itself is selling for $55. Let alone everything else they got from me brand new. I struggled into the store with all of my items as they just stared at me instead of offering help, the male clerk was rude, and half the clothes hanging on the racks are rags... I got scammed and I’ll never offer to sell my clothes or items to this place again. Let alone would I recommend anyone to do the same.

Brought clothes in, the worker gave me such an attitude because I brought it in a bag not a bin....and then once I checked out they returned more than half of my clothing saying it had stains on them when those where clothes that my daughter had never worn before because we had so much clothing she grew out of that size before I could even get to that batch of clothing....could hear them talking bad about customers as I was walking around the store. Not a good experience at all! You think these people would enjoy working there! This store has the potential to be really good but without the right staff who know how to interact with customers in a professional manner its never going to happen.

Purchase often from them and generally find good deals, especially during their clearance days. Thats when I usually stock up. The shoes are somewhat over priced though for something so used. If youre selling your items to them, they dont give you the best dollar for it all, but thats how most consignments are. The gentleman that works there is friendly, but a lot of the younger people are not very professional or friendly in my opinion.

I will never go back to this place again. I took clothes to sell not once but twice. I had a bunch of my sons clothing that he has outgrown. The first time I went they bought 7 items of clothing for $8.50. The lady who went through them said the rest of them had a slight odor so I took them home. The second time I went they didnt buy anything. I had just went to the laundrymat that morning I washed them and paid around $6 to wash them all. The lady again said they had a slight odor to them I told her they had just been washed that morning. She told me I could re-wash them and bring them back and I said no I would never be back to the store again.I also had a pack and play they wouldnt take because of a small stain on it.

Extremely rude customer service, we brought in around 15-20 clothing items, some full outfits some just tops and pants. The girl at the desk went through the stuff then said there are stains (all but two things had tags still on them, they were things bought by family up north during Christmas so lots of long sleeves) then rudly said we dont take anything from Walmart. Maybe the owners should consider hiring people with a personality that have customer service experience. We will never come to this location again

I was so excited to finally be able to check this place out. I had the day off and made a special trip to see what they had and to bring in some of my sons clothes he has outgrown. I literally had a smile on my face as I walked up to the door and looked at the selection of strollers they had. I walked in the door and was greeted with a monotone Hi.A young girl named Stephanie asked if I was dropping off (I had a big red Target bag in my hand). I said yes and that I also wanted to look around a little and check the store out. I placed my bag on the counter and she quickly and coldly said are those clothes?.She just asked if I was dropping off, to which I responded with a yes...so either she was not paying attention or she was just trying to be rude.I laughed, but was informed that they do not accept clothes in bags, they have to be in a basket or bin (which is fine). I told her I would be right back. I drove to Dollar Tree, bought two cheap baskets, put the clothes in them, and returned to the store. This time I was helped by an older lady with white hair, who was a little more pleasant than Stephanie. I was told I had a few people ahead of me and that it would be a little while before they were done. Not a problem, I told them I was going to check the store out and if I left, they could call me.While shopping around, I can hear Stephanie and the older lady complaining about multiple customers they have previously helped. She came in at 7:30 with a trunk full of stuff..... another story was Well if she thinks were going to go through her stuff first....she is going to be mad..this went on and on. I have worked well over a decade in customer service, I take it seriously. It is perfectly fine to vent about a customer a client. In fact, its healthy, BUT there is a TIME and a PLACE to vent and during business hours when customers are in the store is NOT the appropriate time. Another observation, the older lady with white hair and a 3rd woman that was working (who was very pleasant, I watched her interact with other customers...nice as can be) were going through clothes that customers were trying to sell. A young mom and her family were waiting to be cashed out. The older lady with white hair asked Stephanie to cash the woman out. Stephanie replied (rudely, which seems natural for her) Im in the middle of doing something. The older lady with white hair said We have two people on the floor selling these clothes, we have to go through them which was true. Stephanie huffed and puffed her way to the customer and cashed her out...only to have the white haired lady make a comment about her attitude.LIVE customers/clients ALWAYS come first, what little project Stephanie was working on could have waited. The bad attitudes alone are enough of a reason for me to NEVER return. The clothes are in good shape, but the same quality can be found at the Goodwill if youre willing to look and its half the price. I was also told by Stephanie that the reason they passed on a majority of his clothes was that they are worn, had stains, and some of the sets were missing pieces. The clothes have been washed, maybe worn once. I combed through his clothes and picked out things that didnt have stains, maybe I missed one? None of the clothes I brought in were a set, my son wears 2 completely different sizes so there is no way for me to even own a set. All in all, they paid me $6.70 for clothes I would have otherwise donated. Im not disappointed in their offer at all, but the reasons she gave didnt seem to accurately describe what I brought in. All in all, I would love to brag about this place and tell all of my mommy friends, but unfortunately the nasty, unfriendly, catty attitudes will keep me away. I see the owner has responded to reviews in the past so if you are reading this, please do not take this review personally, but your business WILL suffer if this continues. I can see that my observation of the nasty attitudes is a consistent topic in these reviews. These reviews need to be shared with your team ASAP.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I feel this one is a must. I really wanted to like this place. I’m all about scooping up quality, discounted items. Unfortunately, the customer service is the reason I won’t be returning. Asking a simple, polite question evoked attitude and an air of inconvenience because I must have been interrupting their gossip fest.Look, if you want people to come to YOU rather than any other discount or consignment store for their children’s items, customer service is you bread and butter. Drove a long way to get treated rudely. It’s really sad because I had about $100 to spend... and I’ll now be spending it elsewhere.

Recently took items to sell. Over 30 items, most were brand new or worn once. Items included two pair of sneakers one air max and one pair of Jordan’s. Both pair of shoes and half of the items that they accepted, young lady that worked there had the audacity to say the system only offered me $25. When I asked her why the other half wasn’t accepted she claimed that it was faded and out dated; However every item in my bin was less than a year old, my daughter is 2 and I had just purchased the items in December/ January. Employees were rude. I decided to not even sell my items to them, and will not be returning.

I have only purchased items here, I have never sold items, but so far my experience has been fine. They have a good selection of reasonably priced items. Before moving here, I shopped at a kid to kid store and I find the prices comparable, and the shoes here are cheaper for brand name. As with any used store it’s hit and miss to find things that work just right my child, I usually come here for shoes in particular and while I am thankful they have a large inventory, the storage bin to sort through can be daunting and disorganized and often there are a lot of misplaced sizes so I feel I am missing out on my desired size that might also be in the wrong bin. They do have good prices especially on clearanced seasonal and holiday items. I read reviews for this store prior to going, I haven’t had any problems with the staff, they were helpful enough for me ( including getting items off top shelves and looking through a bin behind the counter for a coat for me). Overall, I visit this store regularly for items I know my child will outgrow in a year or less and save more than 50% off retail price. I don’t sell here, I have sold to other stores and the offers are generally so low I would rather give my hand me downs away to a child in need or sell online or on an app like let go.

I bought a doll for my grandaughter, it was in a bag so could not inspect .When I got home and took it out of bag I saw that under the hair was a plastic fixture which was obviously a housing for wings which were not there . This is so mean to do this to people as causes disappointment for the children . I feel really scammed . It doesnt matter how much or little something cost its what should be expected ! The staff are barely polite People please be careful of this store !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience buying for my twins. I have two totes of clothes to take in so hoping that goes well! Excited to see what they have ! Loving this store. All the clothes I purchased were like new and at great prices!!

I wish I could give less than one star, the staff is RUDE and makes guests feel like a bother for bringing their items in. Now all clothing from 0-9 months has to be in a set for them to purchase? No wonder they hardly have any boy clothes... I brought brand new NB-3mo outfits in and they refused to take them, off to Goodwill they went. The staff never greets and guests walking in, I always have to approach them or say “hello”, and they apparently have ZERO manners because I’ve never heard a please, thank you, or have a good day from any of their mouths. NEVER going back. I would rather spend the extra money and buy new things than come there and be treated like a bother.

If I could give a zero in rating I would. The staff was super rude, I took a crib in and they told me it had to be assembled they didnt even look it over until I was done assembling it, then told me it was too old. They could have told me that from it not being assembled. This store is a joke and honestly ill never step foot in any once upon a child stores again.

Just inconsiderate when asking questions or dont tell u when theyre done going through your donations even tho you have a baby with you! I have time to wait of course but not 30 min wen u said 15! I have sold to this store 3 times. Once when they first opened. The staff was very professional and the transaction was smooth. The second time the young girl working explained my clothes were soaked and wet and couldn’t go through them. It was sprinkling out when I came in and we felt them after we walked around a bit and told her they werent still wet and she said it must of been a mistake. They bought almost all of my clothes and I got $50 which I felt like as extremely underpriced. The last time I sold to them was an absolute mess. I brought my stuff in, all of which was in pristine condition. She looked through and said many items were stained or had some wear so they couldn’t buy them. They purchased all of my high end clothing( about 25 outfits), 8 pairs of shoes, and a laptop for children and gave me $30. I accepted because I drove all the way there, but felt it was not a fair price. I also noticed while I was shopping that there clothes had become very unorganized and messy and it seems they raised a lot of their prices. The staff working was also very rude. There was one young girl with piercings whose attitude was okay, but other than that the customer service was awful. I will not be returning.

This store doesn’t even deserve a one star. The staff is so rude and unprofessional it is ridiculous. I brought clothes in to sale, was told that the clothes needed to be separated into a bin. Ok that is perfectly fine. Went home seperated into a bin and brought them back. I waited a good 3 minuets for someone to greet me because two of the workers were “too busy” talking to one another as they were sorting through another customers bin. Once I was finally greeted I was told it would be about 30-45 minuets and that I could shop around or come back. I left came back and literally almost all the clothes I brought in were being returned back to me. These clothes were BRAND NEW with tags from Carter’s. I was told they had stains and piling on them?? They were never worn. I honestly don’t feel like they even looked through my bin. I had a few other of my mommy friends that also expressed to me how rude the staff is there. Don’t waste your time! It is obvious that whoever owns this place or manages this store does not care about how therr employees are treating customers, hence the many negative reviews that date back almost to a year to recent reviews stating the SAME behavior. I will never return to this store to either buy or sale again.

There is no rhyme or reason to their buying process. It is unfortunate because I do like the cash on the spot option and I enjoy shopping there. I was also very disappointed in the attitude of the staff.

Just a little PSA post for everyone who likes to shop at this lovely business....Don’t get me wrong, I used to love this store. It’s a great little store merchandise wise. However.... on 2 different occasions my debit/credit card has been charged double/duplicate. Not to mention, they’ve given me absolute hell trying to get it refunded to me. I was told this morning when I was getting no where with the manager on duty that “unfortunately ma’am this is a family owned business and there is no one higher for me to speak to.” They’re more or less treating me as if I’m lying and not a single mother who runs her account pretty low after every paycheck and does not have time for this nonsense and needs the matter fixed in a timely manner. Also, the only reason I went to the store ON MOTHERS DAY was because there was a 30% off sale in which they didn’t mention in the fine print that unfortunately “equipment” was not included in this sale so my items were not discounted. ON TOP OF THAT, the item I purchased had 2 sales stickers on it with 2 different prices and unfortunately after they “looked it up” in their system it was the higher amount. Do not get me wrong! I did not let any of this bother me yesterday as I still made my purchase...But today, after 2 phone calls of them not helping me, and me having to go round and round with them and my bank, I will not be shopping at the Daytona location ever again and you should only us cash if you decide to do so. 😡Beware, long add piggybacking my previous review above.For those of you who followed my previous post about my experience at Once Upon A Child of Daytona beach, this was my final follow up with them today. The owner himself finally called me around noon. He said to me that his bank statement for that day only shows 1 charge on my card and my accusations are false and in a very rude condescending tone at that. I proceeded to tell him that I have already been to my bank twice, 2 payments of the same amount were posted and withdrawn from my account, and I’ve already filed a fraud/dispute on the double charge. He then told me that was unnecessary since I was only charged once and he didn’t know what else to tell me. We then argued back and forth for several minutes until I realized he was just like his employees and I wasn’t getting anywhere with them and there was no point to continue. Once the conversation came to and end he threw in how they advertised their sale on social media and it in fact does state the sale did not include equipment and called me wrong AGAIN as to which I replied, I did not check social media, I came in because I was in the area and saw the huge 30% off sign by the road and as soon as I walked the employee said EVERYTHING is 30% and did not mention equipment in their bate and switch, and that was not my main reason I was continuously calling them about being charged twice... and he chuckled.... I then got very angry and told him to enjoy his google/yelp/Facebook review because he was getting another one and he said he looked forward to it and have a nice day ma’am. So... ladies and gentlemen. That is their costumer service for you. They have and will do nothing about stealing from me. They do not care they stole money from me. They are not afraid of losing lots of business over this. Please Do yourself a favor and never go to the Daytona location again. They are crooked, incredibly rude, and dishonest people and I am truly shocked at the way I’ve been treated the last 3 days. Thank God I have a wonderful bank who will right their wrong regardless of how they treat me.

Be careful they like to double charge their customers on their credit card statements might wanna check yalls accounts!!! they delete anyone that points them out for their THEFT its not the first time its happened BUYER BEWARE they flat out are rude when you tell them it happened and REFUSE to do anything about it even when you show bank statements...SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Came in 40 mins before closing to be told they couldn’t take my items to come back the next day. So I told them ok and everything I had. Come back next day to be told my items are to old. Well wouldn’t it be nice if they told you this or had their stipulations posted. Wasted my time 2 days in a row 100 miles and for what? Cuz my item was wasn’t from 2015 or newer.

This place has a ton of clothes, toys, strollers, etc (used mostly to buy) at very reasonable prices and everything is clean and organized. NOTE: If you are looking to sell your clothes, be prepared....They arent going to offer you much money.

Always look here for kids clothes they have an awesome selection and organized not only by size but also by color love coming here!

Great values on baby basics, and special items, too. Staff is great and they offer fair cash values for items in good condition.

Staff was unfriendly and though they have lots of clothes to choose from I cant support someone who hires trash like that. Plus, my son just had to have this purple car that was $8 ....it had a cracked windshield and everything. I bought it for him but where do they get off selling basically garbage toys for a price like that 😒.

I feel you should love children to work at a childrens store. They have no customer service skills. One lady was polite to me, the young black lady at the register. I had bought stuff in, the lady with Red hair and a yung one with Brown hair working together were rude. Telling me my stuff was over used. Throwing items as guest are trying to sell them. Telling her she aint buy this. Told me my things were not worth reselling. You have used kid clothes in there, I can go in there now and show the really used stuff that store is selling.

Sold me a broken stroller for $80. Everyone who works there has a bad attitude.

I took a load of items into the store, including 9, like new, girls dresses, a pr of girls (little worn) Vans Shoes, a pr of girls bib ski pants, girls Star Wars shirt, a girls velour purse & matching hat and two step stools. All in great condition.The store purchased several items & gave me back a bag of discarded items. I was offered $10 plus change and I accepted.There was a line behind me and so I didnt closely check either bag or bin on items bought/sold. That was my mistake, my fault. I was assuming. So seller beware.When I got home, I realized only 4 dresses had been discarded.I had sold 5 dresses, (including a jacket with one), the Vans Shoes, bib ski pants, Star Wars shirt, velour purse & hat and two step stools for $10. What? Items that will sell for $100 easily were only worth $10? Evidently!!Plus it cost $5 to drive there & back.My opinion, next time I will take items to the kids consignments stores or add them to my next yard sale. Lesson learned!I was just trying to recycle & earn some cash for the holidays. After driving 40 miles round trip, including $5 in gas,I made a $5 profit!

Staff isn’t very friendly and seems a little over priced for a resale shop.

I had high hopes for this place as I considered buying the franchise myself over 2 years ago.. What a great idea and should be a positive place that helps both parties. I brought in 3 diaper boxes of girls baby clothing up to 6 months. I had already pre sorted the items and placed matching sets together with their headbands.I sent very very few with stains and none that looked as if they had been laundered too frequently. When I went back through them at home I found two onsies with a small stain that could only be seen in the sunlight. 90% brand name. I glanced around the store hoping to find some winter items to get in exchange for the items I brought in. I was surprised to see that the majority of the clothing was in poor, overly washed condition, was told they dont launder them after they receive them, and overly priced. I returned today to be given back almost the entirety of my drop offs and was given 35 dollars for outfits I knew were some of the cheapest in the box. At least 15 of the outfits Sent were from Dillards, cost over 30 dollars a set, and were all given back to me in a pass box. These were outfits I know were washed twice and worn once in practically new condition. I even had two outfits with tags put in the pass box.The trip and store were a complete waste of my time and energy packing in the clothing. I really wish that someone with some knowledge of brands and clothing was in charge of sorting and buying.Most of the items in the store, clothing wise, were in poor condition, especially sleepers.I saw several items that I knew the retail price of and I could have bought the sets new from Kohls for what they were asking. I saw a pair of leggings that retail for 4 dollars at old navy, new and they were asking 4.50 and they looked overly laundered.I did see swings and toys that looked in good condition. Thats about the extent of anything I would purchase there. Honestly, I dont think I will ever go back simply because of the manner in which the one lady acted. She seemed pissed off at the world and that I was a nuisance to her. She treated the two women in front of me even more poorly than myself. There were two nice younger ladies that looked intimidated by the older lady that were very friendly and cordial.Overall.. Go to Orlando or simply donate the items to someone in need.

I have had no issues and I find great quality clothes etc.

Unfair prices had 8 dresses wanted to give me 17 dollars for them. And these dresses were worn once.

Will not be going back the girls are very rude when you take stuff in to sell the store is a mess they say they need clothes in certain sizes and when you take it is to worn when some have never been worn

My friend an I went there today with our kids and as soon as we went in the store the older lady with the white hair was very rude she told us the we couldnt buy anything we could look around but cant buy and she said it over an over she was real loud and very rude. I dont think I will ever go back to that store.

Staff is so rude!!! We brought a bouncer in and was told it was filthy and to take it back to our vehicle, that wasn’t the case at all. So unprofessional and they’re employees need manners!!

For clothes you wont find a bigger selection. Toys are hit and miss but Im betting you can put a reserve on something if you ask.
