Called the store in Ormond Beach, Fl seeking a small laser printer, I was told they had one so I drove 40 minutes to buy the printer only to find out that the lady I spoke with doesnt know the difference between laser and ink jet. Then I was told the store in Daytona had the small laser printer. So after an appointment in Palm Coast I called to be sure they had the small laser printer and was assured they had one. I drove back to Daytona (50 minutes) only to discover they too didnt have the small laser printer for which I had inquired!! VERY POOR customer service!!! Sales associates didnt seem to really care that I drove so far TWICE and apparently neither did the managers!!
