Its not the cheapest but they have a good selection and very organized store. I would recommend because most shoe places are over the top expensive. This store has branded shoes like nike,vans,etc. I would recommend if you are interested in branded shoes that last good.

My BFF needed a new pair of shoes...ones that fit and felt good on feet..after sitting in WC 15 years she needed something that would support her and make her feel supported in the feet any way. Lol Our sale cleck was was so sweet..we came with a mission find some shoe that had all the above.and this young lady was excellent..smileys, happy, polite and the big one...she knew where this special shoe just might be ..got it ..liked the looks and fit was comfy..sold!! And they were on sale ! What more could you ask for ? Its hard to find the right person some times in a job to help but here she was the angel we needed..Thanks.

Great people, didnt have two pairs of the same type of shoes. So they ordered me a second pair and had them delivered!! 👍👍 Heres the kicker, they told me itd be five days for them to come in and I was okay with it. So later that day I received an email letting me know that my shoes have been shipped 😳, then that evening I received another email letting me know theyll be there the next day and well dang sure were 👍. Thats a five star Job if Ive ever seen one 👍👍👍👍👍. Thanks and Ill definitely be back 😀

Love them, the best experience was when the time we walked in the experience was welcoming. The guy helped myself and grandkids very much. I had already had a stressful day trying to gather things for their re-entry to school(brick/mortar) from online. His customer service won me over. I was looking for shoes that I saw online which were black Adidas for women or teenage girls. Well the store didnt have them so the guy heard me say I cant find them and I begin to explain what shoe and he helped me look online while he looked on his phone. He was liked we dont have that particular shoe, but we do have these 2 pairs and depending on what she(grandaughter) wants Ill give her for this same price $39.95. Simply blew me away!! Great start to school shopping.

Shoe Carnival has become my go-to place for shoes and socks. They always have good sales going on and some very fair prices on high-quality brands on shoes. They carry a wide variety of brands and sizes. The workers are very efficient and are good at their job. The store is clean and usually neat. Its also rarely busy and the wait in line is never long. Its 100% a place that I would recommend.

Decent selection. Very friendly staff. With the entire world having information access in the palm of your hand (prices online) why do they think nobody will notice and pay their rip off prices? They’re 5-10 higher than any store in town. 10-20 higher than online.

The manger was awesome he was so quick and very helpful. I would love to work here if I wasn’t 30 minutes away. He was so very patient as well

Okay I was shoe shopping for my son starting kindergarten. The sales girl was very pleasant and helpful. My son was getting his foot measured for the first time ever.
