Rude associate told me I had to leave the store because I didnt have a mask on. I told her I was fully vaccinated and she said, it doesnt matter you have to leave right now. She didnt offer me a mask either. She made me feel like I had leprosy.I went into most of the other stores in this Outlet mall in Daytona without a mask like many other customers and nobody said anything.

Went shopping this past weekend in the outlet mall. All the stores we went in we didn’t have to wear a mask but when I walked in that store the associate approached me and asked if I could put a mask on. I immediately walked out of the store. Nope, not happening. If your business still wants people to wear a mask to shop there, I will give my money to another store that does not require one.

The employees here are the worst. The manger here is on a power trip!!!! I would never go here !!! She insulted my daughter

Worst customer service ever. Went to look at their clothes and my husband was told by one of the associates that if he didn’t have a mask he was not welcomed in her store. Very rude and unprofessional will never go back. This company needs to be very careful on who they hire. Associates should never be like that towards customers who offer to buy their products

This is my first time ever writing a review. The ladies that were working were absolutely rude and nasty towards my friend and I. It sucks because they had a good selection of chlothes but did not want to give money to the company because of how we were treated.

Excellent selection for teen and petite types. Clean bright store. Prices very reasonable.

Not a place to get tops if you are a bit top heavy. Large is it when an XL for the girls to fit into the tops or dresses would have been better

Most rude unfriendly terrible Associates I have ever dealt with was in your store yesterday purchase an item told I had 14 days to return it brought it back today because of a rip on the seam and the associate I talk to whats the most rudest unprofessional to deal with I have ever dealt it any store in my life this person needs to be fired immediately I will never buy from this company again

Advertising sales they arent honoring. Sales team is rude and dont care. If it wasnt for the gift I bought I wouldnt have spent my money. They dont have to worry about me coming back thats for sure.

Really cute clothing, sizes run really small, associates arent very helpful or friendly

The cashier was friendly but one of the other employees in the front entrance didnt acknowledge my sister in law and I when we came in the store, and my sister in law said hello to the employee and she just ignored us, so I would say you dont have to be on top of customers every second, just feeling acknowledge in a store that Im spending my money in is enough. A friendly hello goes a long way.
