Young man was only his 5th day, but he was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, very cognizant of store rules and made me feel comfortable. I am in my 60’s and need products for dialation, post surgery. He listened very carefully to my needs and took me directly to products that matched my specifications. Store was quiet and very clean.

Awful and sometimes creepy staff. One guy tried to look under my friends skirt when I was in here last year. I went with another friend against my better judgement this past month and the manager was just straight up rude. I understand the type of store gets alot of creeps, but you also need to be comfortable helping customers when they ask questions about products without being snarky.

Went in with a friend just for some late night adventures, and some creepy walked in, and stayed at the front while we were checking out. He walked to the back of the store but then immediately walked out the door with us when he noticed we started to leave. He was only in there for 5 minutes and didn’t even look at anything. It seemed like he only walked in to mess with my friend and I once we got outside. Thankfully the guy working at the counter noticed something was wrong with the guy and kept an eye on him. And when we walked outside and the creepy guy followed us, the worker followed us to make sure everything was okay. Props to the man who was working there tonight. He was tall and wearing glasses. So sweet and probably saved us from some trouble. He also checked on us once we got to the car to make sure we were okay. Thank you!

Customer service isnt what I expected, the lady that works there is rude and un-professional. I wont be coming back to this location and I will advise my friends the same.

I refuse to shop anywhere that requires me to leave my purse in my car, or better yet..behind the counter. If you dont trust me, I dont trust you not to steal from me. Your store is on the main road where people can easily break into vehicles! Its bad when you feel like a criminal before even starting your shopping experience! Maybe you should start by putting some money into a security system, or door scanner, maybe spruce the place up..smells like old gross wet carpet, and looks like it hasnt been cleaned or touched since 1970.

Not bad of a store with a great amount of adult toys and novelties to experience. The staff there is actually not bad, they’re very friendly and very helpful. Couples, stop in, you won’t regret it.

I have my maiden name on my debit card and on my license I have my married name. Lady told me she couldnt sell to me because of the last name differance, so I found the only thing I could find with my maiden name on it which was a copy of my old license. Brought it right back into the lady(wearing pajamas to work) and then was still scrutinized like I had went to elaborate measures to fake an identity, when clearly the license number was the same. She was reluctant to call her boss who told her that was acceptable. Last dime Ill ever spend there. You run an adult store, not a damn bank. Jesus.

ZERO STARS!!!!! Discrimination, overpriced and rude!First off, to discriminate against a man because he carries a bag or purse is asking for a lawsuit! No I am not comfortable putting my valuables behind the counter for your staff to go through and steal from. The reputation this store has for hiring thieves and pervs proceeds itself.Second off, not only is your selection of products worse then shopping at the Wally World, but EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED and cost TRIPLE what similar stores charge. I guess they have to overcharge locals to keep up with their expensive lease. Must be hard to be the only store on the speedway not getting a facelift and still looking outdated and trashed. Which dont even get me started on how inconvienent the parking lot is to access and find parking being its on a busy road. Who ever designed the layout for this lot must have been under the influence, much like the staff here.Third, I do not appreciate name calling and snickering amongst your under trained employees that look like they rolled out of bed and came to work with a hang over from partying on Sleazebreeze the night before. Your manager is EXTREMELY unprofessional to stand there and make derogatory comments to her staff in front of a consumer.AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This store has gone seriously down hill since its name changed from XTC Superstore. The new management is gonna sink this outdated ship.

I would give zero stars. The employee working was kind of rude i understand all the co-vid procedure. But after around 4 minutes of browsing he told me to put my purse on the counter as if i was planning on stealing or something. He also blocked the door with a cart. Ridiculous. It ruined me and my bfs whole night, and it was for my bfs birthday.

ZERO STARS! I was warned to avoid this place by a local friend because they price gouge during seasons and I should have listened. I dont know if the pricing part is true but I can tell you they are just an expensive Spencers with a much less welcoming layout. Barely any toys. Holes burned into you from the dirty looks employees give you. The toys they do have are squished into one area and just different colors of alot of the same item you could get on amazon or Spencers. How can you call yourself an adult store with such little variety? The movies are extremely overpriced when you can get the same thing online for free. Magazines look used and like they are repackaged GROSS 🤮 I figured at the very least I could get a cute outfit since I just moved here and alot of my stuff is in storage. Nope. You can not check the size on a tag without an employee treating you like you are stealing and making holier then thou comments to their friends. For your information I drove all the way here through way too much traffic to spend money in your store. If you would have offered to help me find the size rather then making comments about how your not paid enough to give a $h!t perhaps your day would go alot smoother and you might enjoy your job. If this is the type of people the owners of this establishment hire, I have to wonder how much they even care about their customers or if they are only in it to line their pockets!!!!!!! Go elsewhere. Where you wont be expected to leave your wallet at the counter upon entering. What kind of shady daytona stuff is that!

I read the reviews and thought the worst when I came in last night I was very amazed the woman behind the counter had a grey button up was very kind and helpful i wish I got her name to complement her I was there around 8:15pm December 11th she was very knowledgeable about the products I had a very relaxed calm and open minded vibe from her if you feel embarrassed abou going into a sore like this be sure it is on her shift she made me feel better about it definitely will go back

Went today with my husband, and eyes were on us basically the whole time. Wasnt there even 5 minutes and we walked out. The lady seemed friendly but dont like being watched like a hawk.

Absolutely disgusting! Not at all what i was expecting especially when i called and asked what type of food they served and he proudly answered the best Italian in the state . NOT even close. On top of that my husband and I spent the rest of our anniversary with upset stomachs...

Great place. I had an amazing experience with Alexis. It was my first time shopping and she made it very welcoming and comforting. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

No food is served here, so looks like you gave a bad review on the wrong place... jsBrad Conners- maybe you should educate yourself some more. Even The We-Vibe (the most popular couples toy) says Sold As A Novelty on the box. All toys say this on the packaging. So dont blame the store for your lack of knowledge.

Worse service ever. I’ve been here twice this week and was unable to purchase my items. Same girl there both times. 1st time, the girl tells me I can’t take pictures, I can’t do anything to try and show the person I’m buying this for, what the product looks like. That’s their store policy, okay, fine. I go back today, she’s ringing up a customer, guess who was in the back snapping photos?! I was!!! What store policy? Maybe she couldn’t enforce it because she was the only one there and she was busy. I feel like the first time I visited, she could’ve accommodated me and just let me take the picture, no one was in the store other than me. Tonight however, when I finally decide what I want to purchase, I go to check out. She opens the product, shows it to me, does her job, I’m like great, this is the one I want. She goes, okay I’m unable to take card. At this point I’m frustrated as hell, like damn, what can this place do? Other than overcharge people for adult toys that people can make at home???? I’m like, well why can’t yall take cards, she’s like the machine keeps declining them. She didn’t try my card, she didn’t attempt to swipe it, she didn’t attempt to type the numbers in, to me: this girl is a whole ass idiot. I will not shop at Xmart again. This is the worst and poorest adult store I’ve ever been in && IVE BEEN IN A LOT!. The location sucks and again the selection is mediocre and over priced. Please xmart on ISB hire a better associate who knows when and where to make accommodations for customers to ensure a sale (because I could’ve purchased my item on Tuesday when the card machine was working) and 2. Get a damn card machine that doesn’t decline everybody’s card. Maybe multiple card readers or something man. Shame.

Fun store,girl at the counter was very casual not overbearing and was funny & honest,made me feel less uncomfortable about my time there... plus she opened everything i was even curious about so i knew what i was getting!!

The service was friendly, way over priced,most things cost over $50.00,spent 77+ for stuff that didnt work at all!!! Not even once, I understand no refund,but no exchange,no substitute for faulty products is just bad business..We will spend money elsewhere.
