Pharmacy drive thru is the worst I have ever been too. I am covid positive and just wanted to get my fiancé a test and didnt want to risk infecting other people. (The home test we pay for) She refused telling us it dont matter covid positive or not we had to come in the store. We went right across the street to Walgreens and they had no problem what so ever. I will not come back to cvs. We are trying to stop the pandemic right?!?

As soon as i walked in the pharmacy, the large man was whispering to the other lady. Didnt think nothing of it. Then when im talking to her shes telling me she cant do anything right after my doctor sent over a e script. I talk to the man the large stinky man whispering n he tells me that he cant do it. early that day i talked to him and he said he has to verify it with the doctor. thats cool but he told me right to my face he wasnt calling my doctor and i need to get out his store. DO NOT GO HERE LATE NIGHT IF U ARE COLORED, YOU WILL B PROFILED

Worst and slowest pharmacy ever. Understaffed during Bike Week being their excuse not to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Rude pharmacy staff hung up on me when I asked why it was taking so long to fill my much needed prescription. Find another CVS to go to. This one is horrible!

I had a message on my phone so I called back and whoever answered the phone in the pharmacy was EXTREMELY rude. If you have to work with people maybe change your attitude or find a new job. Not impressed

I want to thank emily the pharmacist. She handles my many medications with ease. She also comes to me to talk about any possible side affects. My wife also has many medications. The store is always busy. But emily handles things with grace. She makes that place run smooth along with joyce they really are great multi tasking. Due to cancer i have a trachea ixygen a feeding tube and not able to hear well....emily will speak loud and clear and gives me a thumbs up. I will always go there providing emily always works there. We followed her from south daytona store. We also spend easily two hundred a week there. But emily and the store makes me happy. The dark haired young lady upfront also is kind and rememberss us. So thank you for having a great team. We will never go anywhere else. Ottmar and sandy

They was a nice store. Sore manager was awesome and the workers were very nice also. Sad to see a good store close down last year. They need to open it back up and close the one on Ridgewood & International.

So I get a text at 2.03 pm saying my prescription is ready for pick-up and I come to the pharmacy at 2.20 pm to pick it up but the pharmacists say they’re closed at 2pm for Labor Day. There’s so mention of their Labor Day hours and I find it unprofessional to say a time-sensitive prescription is ready for pick up only after your business hours are over.

Been going for many years. Most knowledgeable staff. And the pharmacist is so nice and helpful.

Joyce, the lead technician, was very rude, short, and unhelpful. I will drive further or use a new pharmacy because of the behavior exhibited by this employee.

Went to do passport photo, they shoot my picture with wide white light reflection on my forehead, I asked them to re-take another instead, first she said the system accepted it should be fine. Like as shes not human and cant see the picture no good .and call supervisor he told me cant do it again either you take them or refund it. Robot would perform better. So refund it.. waste of time and never use this store again.

I came in to the CVS pharmacy today I was going to start filling my prescriptions here, And the medication is called subutex The pharmacist informed me they dont have this medication here and he informed a week because I live here and Daytona Beach in the prescription is based from Cocoa Florida he refused to fill it, They said they will not feel it because its from out of town what difference does that make they cannot verify with the doctor this is so pathetic I will never use CVS pharmacy again, Walgreens has no problem filling my out of town scriptions I have been using the same pharmacy Walgreens for many years and I will stick by them the only reason I came to CVS is because it is a part of my insurance plan,

Awesome staff I interacted with, however there were only three brand of pregnancy test and they were all vastly overpriced, maybe because theyre the early kind, Im not sure. More selection at other CVS stores Ive visited. The lack of variety and high prices are a reason I dont come to this store often.

I Enjoy CVS very nice and professional pharmacist got my roommate seizure medication in order, he reallyyy needed it after 10 seizures later & not wanting to go to the hospital... Thank U CVS...

Walked into store with my mother and the young man behind the counter (Calvin) was making jokes about our political system and made a snap judgment about us. Very unprofessional. Happened On Sunday January 10th at 4:40pm.

Was in Daytona from F t. Lauderdal and need my prescription and they had it in 2 hrs.. Good people and good service.

I bought a gift card for a birthday present, the cashier never activated the card. When I called to get the issue fixed manager told me there was nothing they could do, like really?? So you are gonna take my money and not fix it for me ? And pretty much he said yeah. Never again would I ever shop at any cvs again .

Very rude pharmacy tech. Couldnt see her name tag or other wise Id be making a phone call to the corporate office. All I did was ask for service . I work with the public and o dont care how bad of a day it is I would never treat people like this. Shame on you for hiring this woman.

The womens restroom was filthy. It looked like they had not swept, mopped or cleaned it for years.....there was not one surface that was even remotely clean....no soap to clean your hands and I was afraid to touch the hand dryer button..I immediately went to pharmacy counter and lathered up on sanitizerFor a business that is supposed to be promoting health and safety how about take a look at your own store and restrooms..Staff was rude...especially girl at front register....there are way too many good people who need a job that have a good personality and can provide good customer service....people who care....You dont have to just hire a warm body to fill a shift....maybe take a few days to really interview & reference check people and find someone who smiles and can carry a conversation...

I wanted to transfer my medicines to CVS since my insurance is thru CVS/Caremark. I went to talk to the pharmacist about transferring from my present pharmacy since CVS is closer to me. I had my printout history of my meds and also pictures of dates as my doc advised. The pharmacist was horribly rude and condescending. He asked me questions about my meds that made no sense and was talking down to me. One of the meds he told me they didn’t even carry. He said he was busy and was walking away. I picked up my info and walked out. He was so very nasty. I wouldn’t go there for anything after that even if it is convenient.

We have been using CVS Pharmacy for years and we were always happy with them until we moved here and started using this CVS. The pharmacist and staff has always been rude. Even after almost a year of trying to be loyal customers (where our family can get our prescriptions at one place so the pharmacist knows exactly what we all take every month) and seeing the same people behind the counter they have never been nice or cordial. I have no idea why it took us months to realize they will always be rude and for us to go someplace else. Guess I had high hopes. We switched to Publix and its like night and day. They were extremely nice and helpful and our prescriptions were filled quickly. A far cry from what CVS is capable of doing. Because of this CVS I can say we wont step foot in CVS again.

Very rude and lazy staff. Any time i go in there the same older man Tony is in there and he immediately goes to watch the cameras, he opens the door to the little room he is in to greet others who enter but when you need to ask him a question he is locked up in that room and doesnt come out until youre at the counter to pay which he has you waiting an unnessessary longer amount of time needed. I know he judges me and my friend that go in together based on our looks. I definitely will no longer be going there and will be calling corperate about my most recent visit. How he treated me vs. how he treated the customers after me and who entered while i was in there was night and day and i really kept my cool because i almost always speak up about disrespectful staff. Also, the place was a mess. There were many seperate areas throughout the store that had several open boxes with merchandise (not just one or two items, on the floor but a rather big mess) skattered blocking the aisles with no one in sight doing anything. You couldnt even stand at the counter because of explosion of stuff on the floor directly in front of the register that the employee Tony left so he could go and watch the cameras after he refused to exchange my item.

A manager recommend just to go to Walgreens because he was lazy even after we waited well over 20 minutes to have are photos print. Plus he said its not my fault you waited. Corporate knows but Im going to prusue him being fired.

The worst CVS every the two ladies in the pharmacy was very rude. The night before I came After I left the hospital she stated they were closing to go to another store on granda and nova to me. I said no you can take it and I’ll just come in the morning to get it and when I arrived the next morning it was on the same lady from the night before she told me it wasn’t ready to wait 15mins or to come in and get it “ I stated didn’t you read my medicine it state flu why would I come in” I’m in pain and it’s contagious . they didn’t have my flu medicine ready she then made me what a whole hour. After I came back she sent another lady up “I could tell they talked about me how she was acting” and slamming the thing in drive through she wore a hijab the other girl was black and her name was Kendra the both was so rude espically when people are sick. I’m calling corporate on them. I have been going to this place for years. They must be new.

The pharmacist assistant Joyce, at the daytona beach location was very rude, had an attitude.... I will not be returning to this pharmacy ! She should be fired

Left hospital with 2 prescriptions for kidney stones. Pharmacist refused to fill just one of my two prescriptions, had to fill both according to him. Could only afford the one so I left. Suffered with Kidney Stone pain as a result then went to other CVS about a mile away the next day and no problem...Profit above Patient...Reported to CVS corporate and Florida Board of Pharmacy.

So sad to see this place close.

Im a tourist, when I got there for some medicines, they helped me very fast without any problem. I bought other things also but then when I went to Walmart, they were cheaper 😯

Terry S. is by far the worst custodian I have ever encountered. Firstly my spouse came to cvs to get stomach relief medicine and Gatorade for himself and our four year old son who both have been repeatedly vomiting today. My spouse goes to the counter and hands his things to Terry who then ask for his rewards card, my spouse explains he doesnt have one and is feeling very ill and just wants to purchase his things so he can return home before getting sick again. My spouse explains to me that he feels Terry is at this point getting some sort of enjoyment out of prolonging his painful experience. My spouse trys to explain again he just wants his things so he can go, as my spouse is bent over the counter Terry argues and says he refuses to sell him the items without the rewards card. My spouse gets sick and runs outside and is forced by his sickness to leave without his items. He comes home and explains this to me as Im helping out four year old son clean himself up. I have to then take my two year old out of bed to go to the store because hes too ill to watch her. When I walk threw the doors I see the custodian that my spouse explained to me. I did say to him that hes a horrible person for arguing with a sick man who just wanted to buy his items and return home, that Im forced to drag my baby to the store to get what he was unable to. I requested his full name and the corporate phone number as well as his managers information. He refused to provide me with the information and I shook my head and went and got the items my spouse left behind. I had my baby in one arm and the items in the other. I waited in line for awhile. Never did he ask me to leave or say anything else to me, same for me. Then two police officers walk in and he tells them get her out of here as he shooed at me with his hand. I had to put the items down and walk outside with my daughter. They explained to me he can trespass anyone for any reason even for what I did. Ive worked for many companies as a cashier for many years and only once had to trespass someone for shoplifting. He walked to the door with a smirk on his face as a he police were talking to me. I was never asked to leave, I never said anything to harass him just that I needed his information. Which now I have and I will call corporate, his manager, and a lawyer. I will never shop at another cvs as long as this man works for this company. All I can do now is spread the word to everyone and anyone. Ill be taking cvs off mine and my familys prescription store.

They charged over 300 dollars for lipitor plavix and metopol Went to Daytona discount pharmacy 103 dollars why the price difference

A nice store that has what I need along side with staff who are willing and able to assist! Thank you.

They lied on the phone to my nurse, from KY on vacation and every pharmacy I went to said they were out of my medication,had to fly home to fill my scrips,1000.00 dollars for tickets.i hope mom and two brothers are still in jail for starting all these problems with there pain clinics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The laws have swayed to far.
