To the manager, I appreciate your help but I do not feel satisfied at all with this experience. I feel that more could have been done and I expected more. BUYER BEWARE the 30% off sales might sound great but in the end this is a mall jewelry store and NOT WORTH IT. I took my engagement ring to a real store and was told how poor the quality was. Told it was not brand new and was shown the multiple scratches on the band that should not be there. Not to mention that this was a replacement ring since the Zales warehouse or whoever does the repairs messed up my first ring!! Not only did quality control miss the fact that their worker lost a diamond, they missed the fact that the ring had multiple chips on the band! That they put there!! This is not acceptable. Brought the ring in weeks ago and just get it back now a week before my wedding dealing with full blown stress and anxiety all because of the first mistake by an employee and second big mistake upon “fixing”. Was also told that the ring I got was a size 7 but come to find out it’s a 7 1/4. Measurements are off, quality is off. Not worth it at all. Extremely dissatisfied.
Zales is our only store for fine jewelry. We have always had a pleasant and professional shopping experience. The stores consultants are always attentive to our needs whether we are purchasing, browsing or having a repair done.
My fiance and I shopped here recently and had a very pleasant experience. The sales associate Kristie made it easy and smooth. We will be back
I came here on 3/26/21 around 2:30pm and all three associates refused to help me, there was a lady who had blonde hair who told me to go to the flea market instead. Had i been A white woman she would’ve have helped me, i feel I was Racially profiled although i was Planning on purchasing from their store she turned me away and made me not want tho ever shop there again. I will find out her name and continue to post about her until her and her counter parts are held accountable.
Zales is a great store, this one is the best Ive found. The staff and management have done a great job with customer service and product knowledge to find a lot of really nice pieces. Thanks Ria and Mayra.
Normally I don’t leave reviews but me and my husband came in last week looking for a birthday gift for our daughter. The sales associate Natalie helped us out so much and made it and an enjoyable experience. We didn’t get the feeling that she was pressuring us to buy something. Definitely will be back for the holidays.

The service is great. Unfortunately I had to return a ring I bought for a girl who Ghosted me before she even knew about it. But in order to get my cash returned I have to wait up to 48hrs for an email. The ring wasnt even $100... Seriously?? I had all receipts... 48hrs?

She made is so easy to find exactly what my girlfriend would love, also personalized our interaction. Definitely a returning customer. Jeanine is the best!!!!!!

They looked on line and ordered us a ring, so we paid for it, then a week later they said they said they couldnt get it. Three weeks later still havent received a refund.
Ria walked my boyfriend to buying my engagement ring. He was very impressed with her. She took her time and actually spent Two hours with him.She educated him on quality and clarity of diamonds. I am very in love with my ring from the Vera Wang collection.
I received a bracelet as a gift. Unfortunately it broke due to wear and tear after just two weeks. So I brought it here to be fixed, and they said I did not have the warranty so there is nothing they could do except sell me the warranty and replace the bracelet. So I said fine and bought the warranty and me and my new bracelet went home. Again..It broke after two weeks. I brought the 2nd bracelet back to Zales and they suggested sending it to be fixed. I did just that and received a 3rd bracelet. This 3rd one broke as well so again I returned the Zales. Now they suggest they can take the bracelet and I can look for something else with a similar value however I couldnt find anything that was comparable. they offered me a more expensive option with a discount, however I would have to purchase A NEW WARRANTY. At that time I decided I no longer want to do business with them and got my final replacement which now sits in the box because I know it is too delicate to be worn.. 0/10 would not recommend.
This review is overdue. I used to stop in somewhat regularly. My ex bought my engagement ring here with some help from Craig. After that, Craig had been our go-to jeweler since. He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and always gave us the best deals available. He is friendly and personable. Every time Id bring my ring in to get cleaned, hed have to show it off to associates because she did the mixed metals and rose gold before the trend hit our stores or whatever. I dont know why it was a big deal to him but it definitely made me feel awesome going in and being remembered.I havent been in for about 3 years or so because I moved after my divorce but if Craig still works here, Ill definitely be back soon! Hes the heart and soul of this store and is what every Zales associate should reference for customer service.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are so unorganized and terrible customer service. Bought a ring and received it and the part on the ring that holds the stone in place was broken and would twist. Said they could not fix it even though it was broken when I received... THEN they said if I want it fixed I’d have to pay even though I wasn’t the one who broke it. Said my only option was to get a refund. DISGUSTING SERVICE.
Volusia Mall Zales is the best to buy any jewelry. Everyone is always so friendly and willing to answer any questions. Joyce has been so helpful when picking out our engagement ring and wedding bands. Keep up the great work.
Terrible customer service. I went into this location looking for a men wedding ring willing to pay about 3000. I went twice in a week. They never greeted me, or even looked at me. I noticed that they greeted everyone else. The woman prob thought I wasnt going to purchase.... I went down to Reeds and gave them my money.
Connie Price is the best salesperson. She knows exactly what a customer needs and wants.
I don’t usually complain about places but my last experience at this place was horrible. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this Zales in the past. We ordered a ring for my mother September and we were told that it would take up to 8 weeks to receive. Perfect timing since it was a Christmas present for her. 8 weeks later and I called the store to check on the ring only to be told that the ring was no longer being manufactured in my mother’s size. I was told by the manager over the phone that they would resize it and it would only take a week on a Friday, only to bring it into the store on a Sunday and be told by the assistant manager that I needed to pay to resize it because we hadn’t bought the warranty. Apparently the manager had assumed we purchased it. Brought it in and spoke to the manager who stated that the “ring’s code had changed” and the manufacturer is still making it. She then told me it would take another 8 weeks to resize the ring. When I expressed my frustration that I wasn’t called and that I would now have to give my mother a ring that didn’t fit, she was super rude and rolled her eyes at me! What kind of example to your employees is this manager? Horrible, horrible customer service. I filed a complaint with Zales and was told someone would call me back. Never ever received a call back from them. Never going back again.
Worked here for a little while. They sell horrible diamonds at premium prices. Repairs done as cheaply as possible and usually come back looking cheap. I recommend looking elsewhere for jewelry!!

Younger gentleman and older gentleman have great customer service, but zales messed up my ring before I even got it back from sizing and it was a terrible experience.
I was pretty dissapointed when i brought a ring in for repair. They sent it out and called saying the repair was $35.00 but all the diamonds needed to be relayed for $500.I said to make the repair when i got a call back five min later saying whoever they sent it to refused to fix it unless i paid the whole fee.Im picking it up the way I dropped it off so I can bring it to Jessups later.Its like hiring a sheetrock guy to fix a $35.00 hole in the wall but refuses to do it unless i pay $500 to re sheetrock the whole room.It seems shady to me
Zales has been nothing but a nightmare for my son and fiance - see Kelly Harkins post. I tried to help by talking to corporate - District Manager was an absolute joke. I am appalled with the lack of professionalism by this company as a whole, they have destroyed what should be a memorable life event. I would suggest if you are looking for an engagement ring, you run away.... there are other jewelry companies in the area that will stand by their product and warranties. Do a simple internet search on Zales issues, the time will be well spent, we wish we would have prior to making a purchase.
Horrible customer service. My item was suppose to be at the store by Valentines Day, it just got shipped today and is still not available for pick up(2/16). They charged my card twice. Employees are rude. Will never go here again.
