This may be the best Big Lots store in the country, and definitely Florida. Spacious, clean, and employees are extremely helpful. I will keep buying here for anything I need. Superb.

Good place. Pretty assortment. Quite spacious. With different products of different brands. Up to furniture. I frequently come to this place since it is very well located, so access is very easy. I recommend going during flexible hours since the place is quite busy during the hours of greater audience. And the prices are quite good.

The staff is nice, they need to mark all clearance merchandise and rescan the whole store. I knew merchandise that was on sale that wasnt marked and on the sales floor mixed in with regular price.

BUGS IN FOOD!!!!!! I bought 2 boxes of Mac N Cheese and when I went to open it I noticed there was dust like particles all over the side of the box. As soon as I opened up the box some small fly like creatures flew out. I look in the infested box and see them crawling inside. Also all of the pasta was already being eaten where it looked like swiss cheese. The pictures did not come out great but you can see the bugs in the box and see the holes in the pasta. Pretty gross and disappointing.

This Big lots doesnt have much of a Good Selection of items. It used to, but they have eliminated Isles of good products people like myself shop for. Such as electronics.

Great prices on everyday things like snacks and not every day things like a Black n Decker personal blender for 17.50. However, they do have a lot of empty shelves.

You know what it getting. A discount store but has some of everything. No cold case food at this trip tho.

I was very surprised by the look and products for sale!I ended up buying 2 big boxes of K-Cups for my Keurig coffeemaker AND an extremely nice Lane loveseat!Im very pleased! Dont forget to join their rewards program! I ended up getting 15% off everything I bought as a welcome gift! Cha-ching!

Easy parking, curbside pickup available, great location. From Ormond Beach, its quick if you take Williamson south and once you make a right onto International Speedway Dr, make a right turn into the first strip of stores...THERES BIG LOTS!

Great store, been shopping here for years. The only reason I deduct a star is because I have to watch like a hawk that the clearance items ring up correctly because the employees dont usually notice. Conversely, I can immediately unload the items from the bags after purchase and get the receipt corrected, it wastes my time every trip. I think its the system not recognizing the sale. I would also say their computers hardware are likely outdated and need the ram upgraded because the cashiers all complain theyre too slow, in case anyone from management reads this, its not very expensive. I love this store.

Store real clean and nicely set up

I called to see if they had any bed rest, my dad just got out the hospital. Spoke with a James there in furniture department, and he said yes they had them. When driving around all day I get to their store and there were NO darn bed rest there 😡😡😡😡. I was so mad and I asked the manager then James told her he thought I said bed rails. I clearly said bed rest, he so wasted my time and I drove out of my way exhausted from helping my dad.

Asked a young blonde man named James if it was possible to cut tempered glass. He proceeded to lie to me and tell me no. I decided to buy some furniture, and James helped carry the boxes to my car. He then stole my car keys and drove off with my infant daughter chilling in the backseat. I’d rate this experience one star, but he was a handsome man.

Big Lots has specific things we need at a reasonable price. Theres so much competition out there. I worry for them. Its hard to keep up with places like Amazon which will ship straight to your door. Yet, Big Lots keeps hanging in there. Dont get me wrong. Im happy youre here but more and more I personally have less and less reason to go here. I know I am not the only one who feels this way. I dont know what the answer is. There will always be people who need things but will they always be willing to go get it? I wish you well. Thanks for your service.

Never leave empty handed always have friendly staff

I spent over $700.00 in furniture during Black Friday and got a few coupons that I could not use until the 1st. The teller told me that I would have to have the reciept present with my next purchase using the coupons. The coupons make it look like because you spent that amount that you are able to use the 100.00 off 500.00. Turns out that you have to pay an additional 500.00 just to get 100.00 off. I spent quite a bit of money and should not be pushed into paying more when I already put so much money into the business already. I will never use coupons at Big Lots again and I will also limit my trips there in the future.

By far the biggest selection of any local area Big Lots locations. The store is also very clean with helpful personnel. I also love that their hours are earlier/later than pretty much all other area stores.

Mixed bag, this location has food, but no tools. National chain of moderate goods at somewhat lower prices. Special buys are really tempting. Furniture. Seasonal, household goods, cleaning supplies. Candy.

This store is one of the better ones in the chain that I have been to. Shelves are always stocked and organized. Check out staff friendly.

Join big lots rewards and get money off grocery and freebies every week. I got a free blue ray this week and $5 off $15 . I come get all my pantry items and snacks for my family. Its cheaper and they carry the same brands the super market does.

The store is always clean as well as the rest room which is an A+ the workers are helpful. They have more goods to offer then youd think. Like if Wal-Mart dont have it dont think Big lots doesnt either. Just call them they will go look to see if they have it and each time they have what Im looking for if Wal-Mart or any OTHER stores doesnt have what your wanting.

Big Lots has never been a 5-star establishment but I dont know what happened to their prices. This is no a longer budget shopping chain. The prices do not match the quality. Such a shame. This particular Big Lots need some customer service skills. I was returning an item I purchased at the Port Orange location with a receipt and the clerk made such a fuss over the whole thing, like it was such an inconvenience. Like really?!? If you must shop at a Big Lots, go to Port Orange, its overall just a better store.

Went to Big Lots off ISB & Williamson to buy a bed for my son..... Checked out the few beds they had on the floor and bought just a futon frame. Then traveled home and found a bed bug upon getting out of my truck!!! Im praying it was the only one 🙏🙏 🙏. Beware this could turn into a NIGHTMARE!!
