Best trim place in town not only for their knowledge but prices and just plain good people always willing to help. They treated us like family and as if they where picking stuff for their house with us!!! Incredible experience!! Well be back when we do these doors for sure!!!!

This company has awful follow through...they don’t return phone calls & when they tell you they will get back to you with a quote or issue they don’t. When something is not right they skate their way through fixing the issue. After my pantry doors were installed I noticed several scratches on the glass door windows. I believe this was due to the protected film being scrapped off the glass before install. These doors were installed in December. I’m still waiting to hear whether they will credit me or resolve the issue with the damaged glass. Needless to say I’m not holding my breath..

I just had a door installed yesterday. The Craftsman installers name was Kevin, and he did an amazing job. My home was built in 86, had the original door on it. It was warped, beat up, the woodwork around it was beat up. So needlessly to say, he literally had to re-build the entire door frame before he could even install the door! Kevin was neat, polite, professional and did an exemplary job. should you choose to use this company, I would definitely request Kevin.

This company is so unprofessional. They provide a quote that’s low then they come back and revise it once a field visit was made and jack up the price. They were incredible rude. The updated quote had “install / prep work” listed out three different ways and charged an additional $700 for the work and it’s all the same work. Would not recommend them if they were the last installers around. Complete joke. I’ve been in construction for 15 years and this is by far the worst door vendor.

I wish I could say this review was for anything more than the fact that apparently one their drivers didnt learn the rules of the road. Alas, the only thing I managed to read off the truck, that sped past so fast that I COULDNT even read the license plate, was the company name. This rude driver decided that not only was it not good enough that I was going the speed limit in the SLOW lane, but he then proceeded to whip out from behind me shortly after my turn signal was turned on for a right hand turn (you know to indicate a further decrease in speed) because if he hadnt he would have rear ended me.Short story made long: make sure youre drivers know how to drive SAFELY because they clearly dont right now.

Wanted to give the garage door time 6 or so months before praising the door. The crew were great from removal through completion. Went from single sided non impact door to double sided insulated impact rated door. My 10yr old door opener did not like the new door and I believe the safety edge sensor board went bad. Todd came out and made it right. What a great group of professionals. Thanks!

The worst customer service. Lots of friendly promoses with no delivery. Over a month to get a front door put in incorrectly, andwrong hardware. Promises from the owners, never kept.I will ne er go back and I intend to repor5 to BBB.

Great company, great guys. We ordered a custom door from HD, when it arrived(6 weeks later) it was of very poor quality. Frustrated and dissappointed with the box store we called Rusty explained our situation. He had a custom made double front door for us in 2 weeks, had the glass custom etched and delivered 2 weeks later. We completed the rest of our remodel with them. All of our interior doors built by them, solid wood, all base and trim. 6 1/2 which was hard to find.

Great prices, awe full service. We order over $1000 worth of materials at different times and problems with everything. Delivering damage doors,not delivering on time,calling at 730 in morning, the sales people never call you back, leave you on hold for 5 minutes at a time. The owner Terry really should do a over haul on this place.
