DO NOT RECOMMEND! ⚠️ Go elsewhere as they will waste your time.I’m very disappointed with Alpha Omega Glass and Mirror and would not recommend due to extremely poor communication. Spoke to Toby Herman first via email about a window package for our home that needed a TON of glass. Due to not responding after a few emails back and forth and no quote - I decided to make an appointment and go inside the establishment . Spoke to Matt Conlan. Nice guy. Seemed super accommodating and informative. BUT- never gave us a quote on a window package for our home (this isn’t a typical house and had a lot of unique glass). Decided to wait a while . Came in unannounced to the store on Carswell. Talked again with Matt Conlan - he fumbled around for my information. Couldn’t find. Wrote down my information on a piece of scrap paper and stated he’d get back to me . Well, he NEVER GAVE QUOTE and no, never contacted me. (Please note that this was pre-Covid also).The window company we chose even stated, “if they don’t contact you now for your business, you’ll have even bigger problems if you have any issues.” NEEDLESS TO SAY- happy to take our business elsewhere . Just wish they would not have wasted my time.

Wow!! I am really surprised at some of these reviews. I just picked up glass cut for a custom cut transom and I am very happy with the speed and quality of the work. The women in the front office were very helpful, answered a ton of questions and were very friendly. The guy that brought my glass out, helped me load it and was clean, friendly and professional. I am very happy and will heading back next week for a few other glass jobs I need done. Actually all I have to do is call and they will have it ready for me.

We used this company March 2020, to replace window of the guest room and also the bathroom belong it, due to Covid epidemic, and our trust, we didnt check on their work at the time, last month my son came to check on us, used the room and we were shocked to find that they changed the glass yes but they broke the window, cant stay opened, we did contacted them, they were very rude, and refused to take responsibility, never use them again, and my advice, dont trust them, also by the way, they claimed that the guy did our job was fired not working with them anymore, what a coincidence!

Their driver nearly forced me off the road this morning. No fog, rain or traffic was around to distract the driver. Either your driver was on his phone, hung over or high. I suggest you check your drivers!

Buyer beware. I ordered window spline to seal a window in an aluminum frame. The guy at Alpha Omega measured my window and my frame. The minimum for a special order is 100 ft. It was $81.00 in advance. When the spline came it was the wrong size. It fit the glass but was much too loose in the frame. I could not get my money back. The man who ordered it said I cant do anything with it. Im out $81 and am the proud owner of 100 ft. of useless spline and theres nothing I can do about it.Mike Huss
