Went in the check out their selection & was doing some research for school. Ok selection, lots of CBD choices. Employee was so weird/rude every question I asked his answers were half answered or flat out I dont know. He was too busy staring at my purse (I think). Idk if he was weirded out that I was taking videos for school or if he thought I was stealing but whatever it was, it caused me not to purchase anything, went online for everything I needed. He even asked for all my personal info to become a member but I have yet to receive an email and this was 2 days ago. I went to my car and finished up somethings online, when I looked up he was standing the staring at me. I think he might have even taken pics of me in my car??? Id maybe your not allowed to video products in stores,, if so I apologize but he was weird and creepy and Ill never go to a Vitamin Shoppe again.

Lots of magical products and welcoming workers. I came in for the first time to see if they had some Cognizin since my local CVS was out, and I came across a wide array of nootropics like various analogs of Choline, DHA, Vinpocetine, and for good prices too. I ended up making an account and Im very happy. 10/10, would recommend.

The store is fine. Somewhat limited parking. Two employees were clearly discussing some kind of 3rd party drama. Not in a whisper, regular audio level voices and not detered by my being in the store. And while they acknowledge my entrance to the store, never asked if I needed any help - which I would have taken. I decided to wait and see if one of them would take the initiative after their talk, but no. I was there for at least 20 minutes (maybe 35 min), reading labels, bouncing back and forth between areas of the store. Other customers came and went. I never overheard, Can I help you with any questions? The drama talk ended after approx 10 minutes but still neither checked in on me. At checkout it was pretty dry, Did you find everything? Result: Ill try the products I purchased and thereafter I will buy stuff online. Why drive to a store and get less support than online? Makes me wonder. Maybe they were just having a bad day. No MoD to push Sales 101-type actions or to curb the drama discussion when customers are in store.

I usually check online if they have the item in stock, and it’s always been accurate. They have great selections of topical oils, powders, food supplements. The store is clean and enjoyable. I recommend!

Got my oil of oregano tokeep viruses at bay. The protein bars are on sale fit... brownie proteinbar is really good tasting. So many other brands of protein bars taste nasty. Glad to have found this one.

You need vitamins or supplements? Have a question about a particular vitamin or supplement? Well rest assured... they got you covered! If they don’t have it... they may just order it for ya. Depending on what it is...

Great customer service. Still need to come down on the price of products. Youre going to put yourselves out of business if you dont have more competitive prices compared with online retailers.

Very clean, and so many options at very reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcome! The man who was in there this morning was very kind and as soon as I walked in asked if I needed any help. When I did need help finding an item, he showed me exactly where to find it! Will definitely be buying my supplements from here from now on!

Prefer Vitamin Shoppe over others because they havent been sued for having the wrong ingredients in their products. Always find what I am looking for. People are always helpful. However, no wifi.

THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF!!! They are so friendly, personable and really care about HEALTH and not pushing products. They have such a good selection of SUPER HIGH QUALITY products that are clean, potent, effective and safe! I have never seen a Vitamin Shoppe so HEALTH and WELLNESS minded. The staff is incredible, the managers are literally THE BEST! I trust them with my health, my familys health and my patients health!!

What a joke. Store is supposed to open at 11:00 am and sat here until 11:20 and no one has even shown up to open the store. Apparently they don’t need any money! 4 car loads of customers waiting to spend money and they all had to leave because the store isn’t open when it’s supposed to be! Thanks for nothing! I’ll spend my money elsewhere!

I think if you have a new policy regarding compare pricing you should have empathy and understanding for the customer. Not our first rodeo coming here and yes we price compare to get the best deals. Instead of understanding the customer it was condescending saying in a nice tone here I can get you .50 off.. If you wanted to run the customer off permanently you have succeeded..

Terrible...Went in 1st time asked for perrmint oil. Sales guy says these are 50 percent off, I see sign but dont read fine print as sale rep said half off. Cool I get 2. As it rings up only 1 is half off..Terrible misrespentation and just a bad taste on 1st time in store. Wont be back..

I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!Salesfemale (she was NO lady!) was very rude and dismissive BOTH times I went in the store last week. I went in on Wednesday(08/30/2017) and was not acknowledged while she put on an extremely shameful display of flirting with the guy ahead of me; we were the only customers in the store. After the guy left, I was still ignored as she pretended to shift papers at the register. She finally looked at me with TOTAL DISDAIN and snarkly asked Do you need some help? I told her the specific item I was looking for and was given a dismissive wave to the back of the store to look for said item. I explained that I could not see very well because I didnt have my glasses and wasnt wearing my contacts and her reaction was a huge sigh as if it were going to kill her to show me the product. I told her I dint mean to be a bother and left and returned on Saturday (09/02/2017) to try again to get the product. The same woman and another sales female were chatting. THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. I walked in and was not acknowledged until I came to the counter area a THIRD time to inquire about the availability of the product. The same female was even more rude and appeared to be very upset that I was interrupting her conversation. I cant say definitively that she s a racist, but she stated that I MUST own a credit card to order the product (even to have it shipped to the store) and then said Do YOU own a credit card?. Needless to say, I left and will NEVER step foot in there or any other Vitamin Shoppe ever again.

Completely inattentive and unhelpful.Boyfriend and I were the only ones in the store but still the two workers completely ignored us. Go to GNC instead.
