I was very comfortable with the assistance and the technician. Im trying to see if the insurance will help me cover some or mostly all of the expenses for a hearing aid. I bought my Hearing Aids through Hear Again America in Port Orange, Florida. Christine Hand was great to work with. She was very thorough, reviewed all of my options and made the best recomendation for me--which by-the-way was not the most expensive available. Christine and the office were very helpful navigating though my insurance company procedures and getting the hearing aids delivered quickly and set up perfectly for me. I cant say enough.

It took me years to convince my husband that he needed hearing aids, despite the annual hearing test reports he brought home from work that stated the same. He is a very quiet man so I was pleasantly surprised that Christine at Allen Hearing drew him out of his shell. He felt comfortable around her. He didnt want to spend that much money so we had first considered (less expensive) amplifiers but learned they would not help his hearing loss. His loss was in the higher ranges (women and childrens voices, etc.), so he wasnt hearing syllables. Christine conducted a simple word test in my presence and I saw, for the first time, why he didnt understand half of my words sometimes. It also explained why our TV headphones at home didnt help all that much. Christine didnt start him out with the hearing aids at full capacity so as not to overwhelm him. She continued to see him every few weeks, slowly increasing the levels to his liking and giving them minor adjustments and cleanings. No charge for any of these follow-up visits, and he could see her as often as he needed to. Best of all, we got to finance the hearing aids for 12 mos at 0% INT. I am so glad now that we didnt purchase them at a Club store as my parents had. They were not nearly as satisfied with their hearing aids.

My husband and I both needed and got hearing aids at Hear Again America and are very glad we went there. We had considered other places but this place turned out to be the best choice we could have made. Christine is knowledgeable and patient and willing to do whatever she can to make us happy. Wed both highly recommend Hear Again America.

The customer service is great. Every so often I would go in to the office so they could check my hearing aids and to ensure I was using them and maintaining them properly. Any problems I had were handled promptly in a professional manner and successfully.

Everyone in the office treated my wife and myself very professionally and helped us with no matter what concern we have had. Recently went in to replace a small cable that holds the hearing aid securely in place. As always was attended quickly and treated like family.
