Despite the mixed reviews, and online professionals. I went with Soundz. Wow it’s amazing Brian over at XBS customs did the install. I am looking forward to testing them out, and IF for some reason I have a warranty concern I hope to be treated with the awesome customer service I heard of.

SoundZ in both of my bikes. 12 speakers in each. One bike is all carbon. Very loud and clear. Super clean install and unmatched customer service. Terrific product, outstanding engineering, top notch support.It doesn’t get any better!!!

Let me say that Gorilla and his team did a great job! I had my install scheduled during Biketoberfest and I am very satisfied with the equipment, work, and professionalism of Soundz Inc. Riding back from Daytona, I only had to have the volume up about 3/4 to very plainly here the music, while traveling at or above the posted speed limit. Around town, speeds less than 45, only half was plenty loud. If you are wondering about getting a sound system done for your bagger, you cannot go wrong with Soundz! Great clarity at high volume, with ZERO distortion. Check out Soundz at the next rally, you wont be disappointed.

Had The Soundz team upgrade my stereo on my motorcycle. The install is clean. Meaning- proper fits, no exposed wiring, no faults or codes on instrument panel. The system sounds fantastic! All my questions were answered when asked. Inquirys via email or phone call were returned in a quick time frame. Gorilla and his team strive for getting it right the first time. They work as a team and are very efficient. The system works.Do recommend!

Not only does Soundz have the best equipment on the market they have the best staff, PERIOD! Customer service is off the chart! Everyone I have been in contact with was 100% professional and put the customer first. Cannot say enough good stuff about this company. I recently purchased a system over the phone for my indian challenger. I must say they were diligent and made the purchase very easy. I almost cant wait to purchase another system for another bike. Im glad to see that some people still care about their customers.

I had Soundz installed on my 2015 Black StreetGlide Special at Myrtle Beach Bike Week 2021. We rolled up on the bike just to check it out, talk to some techs, get some options, and maybe get a tour of the place.Some kid pops out and immediately asks if thats my bike. Very direct and no real welcome. Brought us to the show room and immediately started qouting me prices and just flat out saying we arent reusing any equipment thats on the bike regardless of what it is. I tried to express several times we are just looking and wanting to check the place out.After he quoted me a quite ridiculous price. He fires up his 6 speaker bike on the show room. Clear yes... output/loudness average. Definitly didnt have that wow factor. After he shut the bike off continued to try to set up a appointment for my bike... finally had enough and just had to walk out. Not very good experience. We came 1500 miles and only have a couple days. Definitly wish I spent my time somewhere else.

The crew at SOUNDZ installed a 6 carbon fiber speakers int my 17 glide and all I can say is wow!! When you hear it you will want it!! Awesome customer service and friendly staff!!

Soundz make the best systems. I have an 8 carbon speaker system with the DSP and 800watt amp. Its so loud and clear, I can hear my music at 100mph, and all the people around me can hear it too. They stand behind their products with good customer service.

Experience was not pleasurable. Maddie displayed the most egregious attitude of anyone I have ever experienced in customer service. She was a complete turn off; wouldnt be a representative of my business with that behavior and attitude. I wouldnt recommend. Do your research first: buyer beware of the product(s) you purchase. Installer was good.

These guys are awesome. I had a couple issues with the speakers i got from them and they honored their warranty! They jumped right on it even with the rally coming up and it was fixed that very day. I highly recommend them.

I had Pete install fairing speakers and lowers on my 18 Street Glide Special almost a year ago. Gotta tell you, this guy is TOP NOTCH! Working with Pete, Maddie, and Sue was awesome. Big Shout out to the customer service at SOUNDZ audio!It the best customer service i have ever experienced!Somebody made a post asking what kind of stereo system would be recommended. I commented that i have an RF Power Series system and a SOUNDZ system & theyre close. Well the truth is theyre definitely not even close!They saw the comment & knew there was an issue. We pmd & set up a time for the system to be inspected.The best and most impressive part is they came to my house, to do the repairs & optional upgrades in my garage. They are some of the coolest guys in the world to meet & hang out with.They just made a dedicated lifetime SOUNDZ customer!If you wanna know how the RF Power (their best w 600w) Compares to the SOUNDZ:SOUNDZ AUDIO will drown out the RF embarrassingly bad! Soundz is very much louder and clearer sound even at max volume!Im not a big stereo guy so it has to be a big difference for me to notice. My neighbors even noticed it🤣🤣
